Fun bar on the east side. It got crowded outta nowhere and was tough to get to the bar for a drink, but if you can go on a slower night its a great spot. They have a pool table in the back and a couple TVs for entertainment. Drink prices are reasonable for the area. Its a good spot.

Fantastic bar, great atmosphere, and the locals are fun and friendly. Games abound at this bar, and the pool table is kept in pretty decent shape! Bartender Max is a delight.

I had a lovely time here playing pool with friends and participating in the trivia. I noticed the bartender seemed to avoid eye contact with me, but I didn’t let it get me down. I still had a great time. The trivia questions were great, and the place seems to attract a lot of good vibes and good energy.

Bella is an absolute delight and the vibes are excellent. Classic LES vibes.

Awesome bar. The bartender and other people there were incredibly friendly - really made it feel like our own neighborhood bar. Even made us a few drinks that weren’t on the menu.Nice vibe, cool wood interior, and a banging music playlist.

I appreciate the location and the name. The music is also pretty cool. the only thing is the cigarette smell and the martinis aren’t very good. They also serve all alcohol and water out of plastic cups. It’s def a more casual dive bar type vibe. I don’t think i will be back unless by invite but cool experience i suppose!

Very chill vibe here. Came with co-workers and we were well taken care of. The drinks were so strong, in a good way. Dont think its not gonna hit because, whew! That watermelon margarita is something to recommend! Pace yourself and have fun.

I came in and the bouncer immediately misgendered me. So… not queer friendly: especially considering most of the spots on the same street are very queer. Additionally the drinks were watered down and for some reason they all tasted like cucumber water with alcohol???? Strange and not worth it.

I was wasted when I popped in here on a Friday night. Dont remember much. There was a pool table. Not too crowded. Had a couple of decent drinks and moved on. I was left with a good impression.

Place is slowly becoming a go-to local spot. The most surprising part about this place, the food. The chicken sandwich is incredible and the fries are perfectly seasoned. Grace is our fav bartender. Just an all around solid spot.

The bartender wasnt familiar with the drinks we wanted. We finally asked for Johnny on the rocks and one without (ice). When she started to make the second drink with ice and we corrected her, it was as if she caught an attitude and begrudgingly dumped the ice them slammed the shot glass on the bar. In the meantime the DJ selection was dismal as that played Juelz Santanas hey ma song 3x back to back in the half hour we were there. The closing bartender was having too much fun yelling and cursing at the crowd to leave (since it was 330 am). All in all I decided to leave a 4$ top but was overcharged on my card . Ill never be going back there.

Im so disappointed, I was told by one of your patrons, no one wants you here, why are you here?, sadly I just walked away.And then youre bartender handed me a check to leave, just to reenforce the situations, if thats not racist you can string me up to the closest tree.I see people behave horribly and I was just sitting with headphones in, Im sorry if thats offensive. This is so degrading. Show me any way I was terrible to anyone and I will apologize.

My friend bartends there, at least I hope he still does. Neighborhood regulars and a steady stream of you hipsters and college students. Mind your Ps and Qs by the pool table.

The Spotted Owl has a casual vibe. They have a decent beer selection, the wings are ok. Im not a fan of breaded wings in sauce because it tends to become soggy. The fries are delicious and seasoned well!

Its a good bar and all. But I almost dont want to tell you how good the food is, and risk it getting crowded when I go.

Bartender was awesome and very attentive - she recommended a drink i really enjoy and the food was delish.

Bartender was drunk and told us the price of our drinks were $7.50 each, when they were actually $12.00. only found out when the bill came. Deceptive and truly messed up

Waitress was attentive to us despite being outside. She would make sure to stop by every now and then to see if we needed more drinks. Enjoyed a nice chicken parm and my wife had spring wrap. Food was good and what you would expect for the price. Beer was cold and there is a pool table with lots of room to move around and shoot. Over all a nice spot to kill some time and enjoy a beer and some food.

Three and a half years ago my girlfriend and I stopped here and got fries and we are still talking about how amazing those sugar-sprinkled fries were to this day. I forgot the name of the restaurant because it was a one time visit but I spent ten minutes just now investigating just to tell you how much we loved those fries. lol.

Soild happy hour spot. Usually stop here before seeing shows at music venues down the street.

Really like this place. Good beers selection and cheap.The staff is friendly, ideal to go after work for drinks. They have a pool table, maybe not a professional one but it definitely does the job. They serve food and it is good overall.

Honesty the place is very chill and seems like a nice place. However the bartender clearly lied to us about the prices. She charged us more than what was listed on the companys website. I didnt want to believe it at first but it seems something similar happen to someone based on their Yelp review. Watch out!

This is the greatest all around bar in city. The staff and regulars are awesome, the food is delicious, there’s sports to watch, pool to play, happy hour till 8 everyday, and not to mention a very wide variety of beer, liquor, and liqueur.

Be carful from double charge! Was there with friends a month ago. Gave my card to open a tab like they requested. When we got the bill of 77.89$ we paid in cash - 90$ (include tip). A day later I see a charge on my card. Called the place for few days, different times of the day- no one answer, and no voice mail. Left a msg on google page and yelp. Someone got back to my asked for a proof of the charged. I sent it via email. Suddenly the waitress started texting me. She said she is sorry, it was a confusion and I’ll get my money back. She said she will call for the details. Never called. I went back and forth to solve it and nothing. All I hear is excuses. Very sad that for that amount they avoiding customers. And very bad business to charge twice! Which business owner/manager let their employee to take care of a matter like that! Very disappointed

The best bar in New York City, hands down!!A divey vibe with a nice long bar, few high tables, and a pool table in the back with booths. Rotating beers on tap that are always fresh and cold. All the bartenders make great cocktails, whether youre a simpleton like me and just want a vodka soda to tinis or even a nice baby Guinness!The food is shockingly good, the best buffalo wings Ive had in the city and Ive them all (Dan and johns, dinosaur bbq, hooters, etc). Also, I dont know whats in the honey mustard but it must be crack because its to die for.The tunes are always on point, the 2 Irish bartenders who seem to also be the resident Djs are always hysterical, efficient and offer great service!Cant wait to go back, found my new regular spot!
