Had an amazing birthday dinner for my child. The truffle burger may be one of the best burgers Ive ever had in my life. The truffle parmesan fries were equally as fantastic. We also had the critical cut fries and the sweet potato fries all done to hot and crispy perfection. Excellent attentive service even though we are approaching New Years Eve. Will definitely go back again.

Nice experience, good food, i visited with a group of 11 and the service was on point. The food came out quick! The menu is fun and has a large variety with reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend this place. There is plenty of seating place, however it’s a pretty busy restaurant so making a reservation would be the recommended. Parkin is tough due to location, but not impossible.

We walked around Hells Kitchen to look for a nice place to have dinner. While walking past the restaurant, we directly noticed the delicious looking food and decided to give it a go. It was no disappointment… the lemonade was the perfect amount of sweet and fresh, and the burgers were probably the best I’ve ever eaten. The service was good and the staff were friendly. The decorations were super nice and made the restaurant feel super cosy and comfortable to be in. Can definitely recommend and will 100% come back!!!

Fantastic lunch woke on a trip to NYC around the holidays. Was quoted about 20min wait. Really only waited about 10. From drinks to burgers to side everything was a 12/10. Would recommend. Service was totally on point. Attentive and fast. Wife and I decided on a burger for lunch and this definitely was the fix. Again highly recommend!

I love the interior design and decorations of the restaurant. It’s elegant and modern at the same time. Right when I walked in, was greeted with warm welcome from the host. The burgers are super moist, juicy, well seasoned and delicious! It is also huge! The fries and onions rings are served fresh and crispy. Definitely recommended for anyone visiting New York 💯 delicious food and good service

Visit for brunch with my family good quality food, my favorite frozen was finally available (pomegranate marg) took my brother for the 1st time great hospitality. I had Michelle as my bartender it gave my family different opinions on the menu on what to try and I believe Alberto was the manager (which he is super above friendly making ALL of us comfortable) it was such an amazing experience we enjoy the ambience , music and Service. I didn’t enjoy the smoky Paloma as much it. I believe it does not go with elderflower but Michelle help me by suggesting the ‘ In the Garden best drink ever and I don’t like cucumber. Would definitely be back.!

Opens early so good location for brunch. Service is friendly and the restaurant is huge with seating both inside and outside which is great when the weather is not too hot during the summer months. Onion ring tower is definitely worth trying and the burgers are really well prepared. Will come back again to try the other burgers on the menu.

We were there around 1830 hours on a Friday night, Christmas weekend, no wait, we walk right in the door was able to get it seated (4 people) right away, Our server was Isabella, she was awesome,

The wife and I took a last-minute excursion to Times Square(NYC). While there had lunch at a little diner called 5 Napkin Burger. Wings and Pattymelt were phenomenal. Highly recommended!

Great atmosphere, really good customer service, Burger was delicious as well as the chicken sandwich, definitely a great spot to hang out with friends and have great conversations.

I have NO complaints about this place. Food was on point, delicious and inventive. Waitress recommended the tuna burger and man was it good. I cant talk enough about how much of a solid hit that was, rest of the family loved the burgers. Again, those were at a base level amazing, but all had added aspects that added a whole level to the meals. The drinks were amazing too, if you can get the hot burden, Id do it in an instant. So good! Lastly, the staff was great too. Not intrusive but not absent.... really enjoyed the experience from end to end!

Went to 5 Napkin Burger with wife and friends Sunday night in Hells Kitchen and we had a great time. We all had burgers. I had the truffle burger. It was delicious!! Tender, juicy, fresh, and tasty. The wife had Avocado, another had impossible (plant- based which i heard was very good). and another had the classic. No one complained. Delicious! And the fries were made very well. Not burnt or over cooked.. I also had a chocolate milkshake with a shot of bourbon. It was so good! Gotta get there again soon. Bathrooms were super clean. Excellent service and the restaurant was very nice looking.

This place is very great, but you need to be very calm, because, the wait is very high due to a high demand for a not huge place.The lunch is very tasteful and is really gourmet…. Amazing restaurant, came here on my last day visiting new York! They sell some incredible burgers and some very nice breakfasts!!Its a shame I didnt find this sooner or Id have definitely made multiple visits for breakfast or lunch again!Lots of very comfortable seating, really nice interior, good sized bar with super nice and friendly staff. Recently visited Five Napkin Burger. Wonderful classic american food. Loaded truffle fries were to die for. My server, Liam, was a wonderful man. So attentive and humorous. I ordered the avocado ranch burger with onion rings. The onion rings batter was so delicious and crispy, and had a slight sweetness to it... yummy; and, the burger was amazingly cooked to perfection while the flavors all compliment each other. The vibes and music were nice, and my waiter was very polite to not only myself but all customers whom he served.

While searching for a Burger Place, a friend recommend this place. We enjoyed the atmosphere, food and service. After thinking what to order, I decided on the Onion Ring Tower and the cheese burger. Went there on a Tuesday evening. We ordered the Matzo Ball Soup which was traditionally authentic. I ordered the 5 napkin burger which was the juiciest burger Ive ever had and topped with the exquisite Rosemary and Garlic Aioli which was to die for. The Fries were brilliantly seasoned and delightfully crispy.We were served by Liam who was an excellently attentive and polite young man, who went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed our experience. But all the servers were incredibly hardworking.For simple but brilliant American food, in an authentic restaurant and fab staff - no place better.Booking advised.

This review is for the burgers and drinks only, never had anything else there.But what burgers! Flavorful and juicy beef burgers, and a lamb kofte like lamb burger. Never tried the turkey or meatless burgers, thats not what I go there for.Nice range of beers and a delicious Manhattan. Can be very busy, so best to book ahead.

Found by accident on our first night in NYC. We were a group of 7 (mix of adults and teens) without a reservation but the team were so friendly and quickly managed to make space for us. We had a burger each and ordered 3 large portions of fries, but the burgers are enough on their own. Everyone agreed it was the best burger they’d ever had - so tasty, cooked to perfection, juicy. Soft drinks include free refills which was great. Staff are very attentive, refilling drinks when they spot it getting low and without needing to ask. It was so good we booked to return a week later for our last night in the city. Again, can’t fault the food or service. So glad we found this gem!

This place was recommended to me by a friend and it did not disappoint. We luckily stopped in for happy hour (amazing specials) after an afternoon Broadway show. An easy walk down a beautiful tree lined street. The frozen watermelon margarita was delicious, not too sweet, and the salt, not too salty. It was just perfect. We got the spinach and artichoke dip, 5 napkin burger, cheddar and bacon burger, and parmesan truffle fries. It was all delicious, though I needed like 20 napkins. This place has charm and a great energy about it. They take reservations, which Im glad to know about for next time. After eating we grabbed cookies next door from Schmackarys. Though we had to eat them later because we were so full.

Stopped in to 5 Napkin Burger for lunch before seeing a Broadway show at the Hells Kitchen location. Ive heard from a few people this is a spot worth checking out so I had to make my way in and find out for myself. It was a pleasant surprise it was less than a 3 block walk from the theater and luckily we had good weather.I got the 5 Napkin Burger (10 oz. All Natural Beef, Imported Gruyere Cheese, Caramelized Onions & Rosemary-Garlic Aioli) and my son got the regular cheeseburger that just had American, lettuce, tomato, and pickle. The burgers here do not come with any sides so we added a large order of fries to split. We had a plethora of different servers throughout the meal and other members of management and such checking in on us. They are very on top of their tables and the service was good. The room was bright and enjoyable as well. Very open layout and not too cramped.The 5 Napkin burger was very tasty. The rosemary-garlic aioli reminded me a lot of a béarnaise sauce and was super creamy and had a nice flavor from the herbs. The onions were caramelized well and the gruyere was a good touch almost making it feel like it was a French onion soup burger. The burger was also cooked to a perfect medium as I had ordered. The bun was a brioche and tasted good but it was a lot of bun for this burger. They could stand a slightly smaller bun. The fries were a crinkle cut and they were crispy and not over-salted.Was this burger with no sides worth $21.50? Im not so sure about that...but it was very tasty nonetheless. Total bill for a couple burgers and an order of fries at lunch time was $56 prior to tip. Good burger that actually tasted like real meat - because it actually was! Slightly on the pricier side but good ratio to how large it was. It was extremely filling compared to other burgers since it was purely meat. Would also be a good date spot.

I’m not usually a burger person, but the patty melt was exquisite. They blended flavors beautifully, and I’d recommend this restaurant to any burger connoisseur. My only complaint is that they gave me one napkin, not five. ;)

I used to lice this place but last time I went I got a bit disappointed. The onion ring towel was tasteless, the French fries are frozen McCain French fries look alike and tasteless.Burgers were fine. The music was way too loud couldn’t get a conversation with my partner seating in front of me across the table !

If you like your burgers, you’ll like 5 Napkin. The patties are juicy and the overall burger is rather well balanced. Onion ring tower is a good app, especially with the sauces. Will come back with more of an appetite to try more stuff.

Lovely hamburger place located in the 9th Ave, in Hells Kitchen. Weve been there on a Saturday afternoon. As weather was great, weve chosen an outdoor seat - but the interior looks great as well. All the staff was lovely with us. They offer a good variety of burgers - and all the three we had were delicious. The blackberry lemonade, suggested by the waitress, was perfect! Nice place to have a burger.

I had dinner with my family a couple of days ago…it took a very long time to come to our table. We luckily knew what we wanted to order. Drinks and water took another 15/20 minutes to arrive to our table. I’d stay away from the fries and onion rings. (nothing special at all) cutomer service sucks here. The 5napkin is good for sure but not worth the $ either so many great burger restaurants in nyc. Also…if you ask for medium then you will get medium rare. Go somewhere else for your burger.

This place is awesome and the burgers were delicious. Next time youre in the city, make sure you take the time to drop in for a meal. Jolai was amazing, she was super accommodating and attentive and took care of us so hopefully shes there when you go. You will not be disappointed!!

Great spot to eat with a lot of variety if you’re with a group. It’s rare to go somewhere where you can order a burger and someone else order sushi and both taste delicious! The staff was more friendly than usual compared to restaurants in the area, which was a nice treat. If you are in the area for lunch, I would strongly recommend their lunch specials. ($15 for a decent amount of food)

Happy hour here is really good! The frozen watermelon Margarita are really good, not too strong and they are not watered down. The selection of food is great. I’ve had the Hatch Chile loaded fries for a second time and it was still really great. They were not too spicy or overpowering with cheese. The shrimp tacos are amazing. They are fried in this tempura batter and have a nice spice and seasoning to it. The spicy sliders area spicy but they are amazing. Only thing I would change is that they should add lettuce and tomatoes to the sliders.Boneless chicken wings are crispy but tender inside. I had the garlic-Parmesan sauce and it was way better than the Korean bbq (really salty). If you’re a person who loves burgers this is the spot for you because you’ll have a good selection to choose from.

The look and feel of this place is great. You do require a vaccination card before you can eat here. We had the bacon cheddar burger, fries and a boozy shake. The shake was really good. It was a cookies and cream with some type of vodka. Absolutely hit the spot. Our server wasnt attentive, as we had to keep calling her over for things but overall experience was still good. It wasnt that packed and I would definitely recommend hitting this spot. We will be back to try some of the different food options.

Nice corner restaurant in Hells Kitchen. Went with a small group on a Sunday and was immediately seated. They seem to regularly have a wait but they are very accommodating. The prices arent amazing outside of happy hour specials but the burgers are great and the waiters were friendly.

We popped into 5 Napkin on 9th, while in town for a show, and absolutely LOVED it!From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The decor was warm and inviting, and felt like a modern place with an old school diner feel.Leo, our server, was EXCELLENT and represents everything that is great about NYC! He was funny, charismatic, friendly and had a big personality with a smile to match! He took great care of us.Now, for the food - it was DELICIOUS! I had the turkey sausage, egg and cheese sandwich that was sooo good! We also gad the garlic parmesan wings - do not go here without getting them! To top it off, the espresso martinis were top notch!We wanted to share feedback on how much we loved the place, so we flagged the manager over, Aaron, and he was super nice and made us feel right at home.We had to get to the airport for our flight home, or else we would have stayed all afternoon, eating and drinking and enjoying ourselves!Long story short, Ill be back to NYC in May and will definitely stop in again!

The service was great, the ambiance lively and the food and drinks were top notch. Julia our server was all about making sure we enjoyed ourselves. When we had a third join us, she moved us to a larger table to make sure we were comfortable. The wings appetizer (hot) was fantastic. We ordered the 5 Napkin Burger, medium and it was cooked perfectly. I am not a fan of mayo on a burger, but the rosemary garlic aioli was the perfect condiment. We also had the cheese burger smash, again cooked perfectly medium. The fries and onion rings were super. The drinks as well.

Went for lunch with the family and we were all very pleased. They service was excellent and friendly and the food was delicious. The 5 napkin burger was recommended by our waiter and was amazing. Even without the bun. Perfectly cooked and topped with delicious caramelized onions , cheese and sauce. So good! The kids had pizza, chicken fingers and hot dog. They were all happy. The grilled pineapple margarita was the best!

Hugely disappointed! live close by ….not a tourist..frequent fairly often tonight was a disaster server was never around rushed to take our order never saw her again my tuna steak was barely edible…walked over to hostess stand to ask for help… 2 young ladies were too busy talking to one another didn’t even acknowledge me. I had to apologize to interrupt them…. told him about the issues at our table. They just looked at each other and smiled and said they would let the manager know….noone came to our table truly unacceptable!

Burger was pretty fire, however, the white individual with the facial hair and longer hair was our waiter. Now he was fine, but I just needed a little more from him. Personally, he wasn’t helpful with the menu at all, and just super monotone. Like where is the energy? Anyways super yummy burger would recommend

Went for a burger based on reviews that I read. Got their 5 Napkin burger and a side of onion rings. Burger was good to perfection and the onion rights were very good. Recommended if you are looking for a good burger

So so experience here. Servers never took our old plates, we had to ask them to remove them. Service was slightly slow for some reason when there wasn’t many people being catered to. At least the food was good. I had the impossible burger which was awesome. Their Korean bbq wings and onion tower are also good choices for appetizers. Overall, not the best experience. But at least the food was good. Also the particular restaurant seems to be close to some pretty loud drivers and there were many people walking by that did not have masks on. I guess that area doesn’t care about anyone else.

A must go to spot for the best burger. It starts with a wonderful friendly smile from hostess Erica, then a great experience because of all the wait staff and bus staff - although everyone should be on the list, Roldan, Alexis, Isabella, Jerry, Philippe, Jose, Aaron (mgr), Josh, Lauren, the food runners, they are all great!

The frozen watermelon margarita is awesome and I totally recommend. The class 5 napkin burger is delicious. Even more so when you add on some sautéed mushrooms. Would definitely go back again!Now for my standard COVID comments as of September 2022. No one is really wearing masks anymore now that it’s not mandatory. We were seated in a nice booth and found that it was comfortable eating indoors even when pretty packed.

Awesome burgers with amazing patties. Im usually not a great fan of chain burger restaurants, but I decided to give it a try on my recent visit to NYC. Got the Blarney burger with some Irish nachos. The burger wasnt too complicated - no overwhelming condiments or toppings. The lean corned beef was also perfectly complemented by the fatty and juicy beef patty (patty here was fattier than most burger places). The touch of grainy mustard on the top also hugely improved the overall experience. Definitely one of the top 10 burger places Ive been to in the city.

The original 5 Napkin Burger definitely lived up to its reputation. It was delicious! Fries were great too. Very pleasant service and our drinks were constantly being refilled. Burgers also came out quick! The location is great, especially if seeing a show. I will be retuning to this place during future visits!

A nice spot to go for a decent burger in midtown. I had a bacon cheese burger ($17.50) plus a side order of crinkly fries ($4.95) along with 2 glasses of Sam Adams lager which cost $41.86 which for the food I think is good for Manhattan. The food was well cooked and exactly as I order the meat to be cooked (medium). The bun wasn’t amazing to be honest, slightly on the dry side but the burger made up for this.For my 2 pints of lager (not really a pint it’s 473mls/16oz verses Uk which is 568mls/19.2oz) cost $16 which is pretty steep in my eyes!).Service was great from the lady I had (Rachael/Rachel depending on spelling!) which is lovely.I went at around 1420hrs in the afternoon and it was pretty quiet.. I guess from 15hrs it will really heat up as Happy Hour starts for alcohol (seems to have a pretty good cocktail list but I never tried any).All in all I’d certainly go back and I’d recommend this as a good burger restaurant.

My long review got lost but important I redo. I visited my grandson from Sonoma County in CA. We stopped in for a drink at the bar and ended up talking to bartender, Evon(?) and ordering a burger. Omg! Yummo!!! We went back 2 nites later, my last nite, and did same. They were actually closing but Evon and manager got the kitchen to cook my burger! The manager actually remembered us even tho we had not conversed! I bet service at tables is the best but, when I return to NYC, I will be sitting at the bar as long as we have same bartender. We couldn’t have been treated as generously anywhere else. Such a pleasure! I wish I would’ve got name spellings but no names needed for the respect my grandson, Julian, and I have for them and their attention to us!!! Thank you guys so much! Linda

They still have plenty of outdoor seatings, its a great place to go if you want to grab some good quality food. We got their onion rings, 5 napkin burger, brussel sprouts, and sweet potato fries. The onion rings were delicious with their special sauce I would definitely recommend this one if you come. The burger itself was good but Ive definitely have better ones before, it was a bit greasy after the second bite. The brussel sprouts was great and balances out the greasiness from the burger. And for the sweet potato fries, its really just sweet potato fries nothing special about it. Overall, the service was great and fast, food was above average 7/10 would recommend if youre craving for some good old greasy American food.

Shakes : strawberry and smores very goodBlack and white with Kahlua and Vanilla either run amazing !Food wise we had onion ring tower, tons of flavor, spinach and artichoke delish!, wings we had garlic Parmigiano and a Louisiana heat wing both very good .Burger wise the kids size burgers were very filling and good!We ordered s few diff burgers off the menu, I had the 5n and was great , the sauce was very favorable.Fries were very good just the right crisp on outside! And the vegan chili cheese fries were Also!

I love this restaurant, the food and service is beyond this world. We had the truffle burger, with onion rings and the garlic parmesan wings and it was amazing, but what truly made our night was their waiter Gio. Such a nice guy and very approachable, he was very detailed oriented and was able to deliver the service beyond expected, het met our needs to perfection. I truly recommend this place.

Considering the restaurant is in NYC, the price wasnt too bad but still very expensive. The burger tasted ok but not much different from the $9.99 Longhorn steakhouse burger.

The restaurant was full to the brim with families and people there for brunch, drinking and having a good time but it wasnt too loud for me to have a full conversation with my friend. The service was incredibly attentive, someone was always clearing up our table or refilling water.We got the frozen watermelon margarita and the cookies and cream milkshake with amaretto to start off with. We got the margarita immediately and my friend downed it pretty quick, the black salt on the rim was a nice touch and actually how I eat watermelon in general. Its a great summer drink. The cookies and cream shake was by far the best milkshake Ive had in years and the amaretto was a perfect boozy addition. We got the onion ring tower, they were soooo crispy and came with ranch and chipotle aioli. They were also kind of fun because it came on a spring so you could watch it rock back and forth. We got the impossible burger and added vegan cheese, which my friend said he enjoyed eating something vegan more than he did eat meat at that moment. I didnt mind it, but I wish I ordered their chicken sandwich instead. We also got the worlds fair waffle which was stupid good, it was like a strawberries and cream waffle. For dessert, we got the brownie sundae which came in a large glass. I wish the brownie bites were warm but this was really good because they also had peanut brittle throughout and was layered well so you got several different flavors no matter how much you had eaten. Will be coming back here again!

We love this place because their food is consistent and really good every time! I ordered delivery this week and was so impressed: packaged nearly, food was hot, and they gave me a token for a free draft beer next time we’re in. Thank you!

Sadly I will only give this stablishment 2 stars.It was our first time here and we were very excited.The front desk was lovely.Very comfortable restaurant.Food 80% goodEverything went fine with the server until we started talking our native languague.He started treating us so different.We could see that because he was attending other tables near us.With them he was very attentive, friendly, cracking jokes & treat them very good.With Us was he was mean, ignored us in a couple of occations. Even when we wanted to ask questions. Barely talking or interacting with us.To the point he wasnt the one who gave us the check, it was another guy.Its so sad, because we were very uncomfortable with the situation way he treat us and the tables on our sides. I think the stablishment should evaluate better the staff and not hire racist people that give a bad face for the restaurant.

Absolutely LOVED this comfortable sit down experience. The food was amazing from start to finish.Our server, Leonardo, made sure we had the absolute BEST time. He offered food suggestions and even brought us a flight of sauces to choose from!Highly recommend reservations here, as it was packed almost the entire time we were dining.Would definitely go back again if given the opportunity.

Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this place. The food is good (get the truffle fries and the frozen watermelon margarita) and the service is amazing. My server tonight was Liam. I have a lot of allergies and liam went through the menu with me and talked me through what I can and cannot eat. I was amazed by how knowledgeable he was about the menu. The manager was not around but I wanted to talk to him to let him know how great it was to have Liam as my server. Would highly recommend this place!

As described by my son tonight that was the best burger I have had anywhere in the world! A great venue, brilliant waiters and an excellent bar!

Ate here a couple of nights back and despite being a bit of a stroll from the hotel it was well worth the walk. Now I am a massive fan of Honest in London and I really struggle to find a burger to match, but this was close. To hear those words “how would you like it cooked” music to my ears, and guess what, promised medium was indeed medium, beautifully charred outside giving way to soft pink burger meat in the middle. Even better they had sushi on the menu which was a blessing as my daughter had been banging on about sushi, since Heathrow that morning. Oh and try the onion rings!

The greeters were warm and welcoming. The waiter was extremely attentive and quick. He gave great recommendations! The food was absolutely amazing from the tuna poke to the Mac and cheese to the truffle Parmesan fries. I genuinely could not believe the quality of the food despite it being packed and busy. You can tell it is a well run and organized establishment. My family cannot wait to go back. Great experience!

Five Napkin Burger has really good food. This location is off of 9th Street and 45th near Times Square. The food is great. I have not taste the burgers but they look very delicious along with the fries being separated in their own containers. This is a very trendy restaurant. The nachos were great and the guacamole is made fresh. There is also a plug at booth in case you need to charge your cell phone such as myself. The location is open until I think around midnight. Weekends get very packed so you might want to get there early but I have never seen a long wait as they do have seen outside as well as inside. I do recommend this place if youre in the area. The staff is very friendly and courteous as well.

Quite tasty burgers. It was supposed to be a quick dinner, and it was. We waited for a table at the bar, but it didnt take long. We recommend!

We always go to 5 napkin burger. Never had an issue until we went to this location . The tuna sandwhich was overcooked . The burger was undercooked , soggy bread, didn’t even taste good. I sent it back and asked for my usual . By the time it arrived I was done . I was no longer hungry and left it behind. They apologized but, good customer service would a. Take the burger off the bill or b. Not up charge for the new burger. Extremely disappointed and will not return .

Its been a long time since Ive been to a restaurant where every single thing ordered at the table was a 5/5. The burgers were juicy and flavorful. The onion ring tower and spinach artichoke dip were excellent appetizers. The brussel sprouts were tasty. The crinkle fries were classic and perfect. The watermelon margarita was strong in the best kind of way. This is a classic American style burger joint done perfectly.

This place was amazing...the experience was nice, but what made it extra special was the service by a girl named Jolai..very professional in every aspect and on point..we didnt have to ask for anything that was forgotten,refilled our drinks when needed. Good food and pleasant staff. We were nicely greeted when arrived and helped fine by the waiter who explained everything very well and even advised that it was possible to order a smaller version of 5 napkin burger for the kids.Recommended place, defenitely worth a reservation.

Midtown 5 napkin burger is just as good as the UWS ONE! I love their Turkey burgers!

My fiance` and I stopped here for lunch, while we were apartment hunting. We had the wings, and burger which was very tasty. Great service, music, and food. Oh, and we found our apartment! Right here in hells kitchen. And the view from each room is amazing!!!

This restaurant is nothing special and had mediocre, honestly overpriced, burgers. I got a turkey burger which was alright and some creamy Mac & Cheese. It is SUPER loud in there which became irritating and the service was decent. If you have other options for Modern-American-Burgers I would pick those, but this was an okay choice.

We had dinner reservations at 8pm, arrived at 7:50pm and was told our table would be ready. After waiting at the bar for over 30 minutes without our table being ready, we just decided to eat at the bar. Place was packed and bustling. The burgers were outstanding as usual. I had the bacon cheddar while my friend had the classic 5 napkin burger. Burgers were juicy and cooked to perfection. Whenever my friends from overseas visits NY, this is the burger spot I always take them to and it never disappoints.

Came here with two friends after an intense dance class, and it just hit the spot. The brunch options and pricing was great, and we all were satisfied with the portion sizes. Ended with a brownie Sunday and a small bill. I plan to go back after dance everytime.

Upon entering, we encountered a group of employees at the hostess stand. Im assuming a mix of servers and actual hostesses. They were engrossed in their conversation and did not notice us. When one of them noticed, it was as if we inconvenienced them by being there. That was not the kind of welcome we were expecting.We were waiting for a friend, so we asked if we could be sat, but the hostess gave us a pager instead and told us there is no wait, but they would seat us when our friend got there. Ok. fine.A couple minutes later, our friend arrived and we went back in. There was a different hostess who was quite bubbly; and with a big smile bounced us over to our seats.Our server was nice, but kept forgetting minor things. I asked for lime for my water 4 times.The food was the saving grace. Yummy Salmon Salad. I got it on the grains and greens. My hubsters had a burger and our friend had a burger, too! We ordered onion rings and fries to share.I would love to try this place again and get their truffle burger. That sounds indulgent.

The Burger I had was amazing! I was in NY for a work conference and had a long list of places to try. I stumbled upon 5 Napkin and loved the food and atmosphere so much that I came back before leaving at an earlier time of day and had an equally enjoyable sandwich and experience.

What a great restaurant! We went for my sisters birthday and everything was excellent. Shoutout to our waiter Junior for making the night so special! This is my fourth time at Five Napkin and is a favorite for the family.

We have been here several times and had lunch again here today. The expresso martinis and frozen watermelon margarita with black lava salt are always our go-to drinks! I love the guacamole burger and for someone who is not a huge burger person that is saying a ton. The fries are also yummy!The waitstaff are always super friendly, and you always know you are going to a great meal. Oh, and they dont call it 5 napkin for no reason haha, love it!
