Great place inside of Hudson yards! Love the amount of options available to dine-in as they have a buffet, pizzeria in the back, and a cafe inside. We really enjoyed the drinks and the live jazz music!

Restaurant is a mix between self service and wait service.There is a small cafe at the entrance where you can purchase grab-n-go items like sandwiches, soup, desserts, and coffees.There is a self service cold/hot buffet where it is priced by the pound ($18.99). Behind that is a small pizza area and bar.Happy hour is weekdays after 4pm at the bar. It ranges from $5-8 for a beer and $8-10 for wine and cocktails.We ordered two coffees and eventually got drinks at the bar while the kids enjoyed a pizza. They devoured it, so thats a win. Pricing was on the moderate side.

Came here as a first-timer. No staff whatsoever to guide new people. Finally seen a server, but right away gave me attitude. Then only brought one of our sodas after almost done with meal. The beef sandwich also was saltier than the service! Pizza was eh. But honestly I just wish they also not take 15-20 mins to just get napkins! Jesus, I know its new york and busy, but man the place was not that busy!

Interesting selection of options with some good happy hour prices. Order at your table for regular food or drinks, and wander over to the cafe for a selection of deserts.

Very poor service. The staff was overtly rude upon arrival and abandoned us without giving us our full order. Then when we confronted them about not receiving part of our order, they asked for a printed receipt even though the orders are placed electronically only…. The food was good but the service was so bad that I would not go back.

Great destination for a quick bite or a cup of coffee. They offer a variety of freshly made specialties including pizza, tacos, and a great buffet style salad bar. Those looking to catch a game on TV can do so on a screen at the fully stocked bar.I recommend the tacos and guacomole for lunch, as well as the pastry and coffee bar.

Very nice bar & eatery. We ordered from Bianco Latte and coffee was really good. Pastries looked so attractive and tried the Hazelnut Vanilla Praline and it was delicious!

This place is a scam. Very below average food that charges $20/lb. For context Whole Foods across the street is $9/lb. and Ana’s food is worse. The “hot” items were cold and everything was pretty bland.This small place that looks like it was given to me on a cheap airline was $28…Save your money and your time and find somewhere else to eat.

The tacos were pretty damn amazing. The meat was soft and cooked well. I got the chicken and beef tacos. They were really good.

The section that we sat in was self service. We did have some trouble finding someone to come and get our order here. The buffet is $20 dollars a pound which is pretty much three slices of broccoli and it wasn’t even that good. Disappointed

Pricey place for garbage food. $20 per pound, food was not tasty and $16 for a local beer. The pizza is terrible. The crust chewy and the cheese is a 5th division quality. Thumbs down 👎

The food is decent but the prices are exorbitant for an average buffet.The taste and variety was fine.The self serve kiosk is pointless as its impossible to figure out and you always need assistance.They force you to print a paper receipt in order for you to get your food cover and your fork. I guess they dont trust their clients.

Pitiful portion sizes, and horrible quality, all for $6. This portion size is around a 2.5 ounces, If that, which isn’t much, for “fresh” gelato as they claim. It’s a pre portioned plastic container from a distributor, they put into a machine, and it squeezes out. Which took a staff of 8 about ten minutes to get for me while I was one of 3 customers. Their staff just sat there looking around like it was a wonder they had customers which now I can see whyI will say the staff i talked to is super friendly, but their prices and portion sizes are a scam to say the least. And the quality is disappointing. $6 for two bites of gelato is horrid, I could buy a whole gallon of bryers vanilla icecream, for less money and more pleasure

Amazing atmosphere. I can’t believe I’ve lived in NY for over 2 decades and this is my first time here. The atmosphere is electric. The food is amazing and the drinks are out of this world. Our server Pedro made sure all our needs and wants were taken care of. I came here for a client meeting after a conference and I’m so happy to have chosen this place. The cadence, the respect, the interaction are next level. You can communicate while vibing to music, and eat great food. Definitely recommend, and def will be back for a date. ASK FOR PEDRO

Me and my friend went for a quick drink and then afterwords we asked for direction .A lady working there said in a very arrogant way : I don’t have time for this I’m sorry I got stuff to do.Ok then next time we will go eat or drink somewhere where people are not that arrogant .

The food I got was good, for the most part. The standouts were the Mac and cheese, fried tofu, asparagus, and Brussels sprouts.I hate that the checkout system asks for a tip when it’s self-service, which is absolutely wild!

A spot for a quick lunch near attractions like The Edge and The Vessel, located inside The Shops. The buffet food is decent (salmon, salad, basmati rice), but the margherita pizza is terrible (both in texture and topping — unpleasant-tasting sauce and mozzarella). My husband and I both ended up with food poisoning from the tacos place. We ordered different things so I’m not sure if it’s because the food had been left out for too long or cross contamination. If not for the food poisoning we would have recommended it, but it’s definitely ruined our final day in NYC.

Latte and cappuccino were delicious. Restaurant was nice and clean but the music was way too loud. Staff is very friendly.

Visited this excellent restaurant before going to a tour throughout Hudson Yards. Has an excellent buffet and other delicious meals, snacks, salads etc. Food quality is 💯% A great place to eat before visiting the Hudson Yards or walking to the High Line. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍😋

The bartenders really made this place. A really positive vibe with a great band in the background. We could have easily whiled away an entire afternoon here and only had to tear ourselves away to go for food.Even though it wasnt on the menu, their old fashioned was one of the best my partner has ever had.Backed by a reasonable price, this is definitely worth a stop

Edit: the management team is excellent and a sole person should not be held representative of the entire business. Management went above and beyond to rectify the situation.What a joke. The guy in the front was extremely rude on 01-08-2023 at 12:15pm. He needs to get some type of coaching. My parents, wife, and I went to the establishment after my sister had recommended it. We had a look at the buffet and decided to go with the single items. We chose our items and I was paying for them at the cash register. As we were new to the place my parents were further looking at the display case and menu and the man behind the coffee machine wasn’t even giving my parents a chance to look at the menu and display case. He wouldn’t even let them stand at the counter. He kept harassing them to leave or move as if they were behind the counter. Mind you, the display case and menu is front facing so you have to stand there to see the items and menus! Then I paid with the kind lady at the cash register. The man continued to harass my parents, I don’t know what his problem was. He was being extremely nice to another lady who he’s probably seen before acting like myself and my parents were a burden. So I spoke up and confronted his disrespect, and he spoke back to me, a customer! I’ve owned a business and have NEVER spoken to a customer like that. Don’t talk to my parents like that and learn respect, I was astonished at his disrespect — he stared at me from afar and then charged up on me, coming at me, as if he was going to punch me. Then he verbally abused me in front of the whole restaurant. I wanted to walk out of there without anything but I had already paid, and the lady was trying to make the situation better. He did not even apologize for his disgusting behavior. He made my mother and father very uncomfortable and upset and he didn’t even bother to apologize to them. The lady was very nice hire more people like her. It seemed like she was familiar with the situation so obviously she knew he’s really rude. If it was just me, whatever but never again, learn some respect and manners and how to treat elders, I am in utter shock.

Our office did catering for lunch and dinner with ANA. Food was delivered on time and everyone raved about it. Great communication from the team as well for when they were arriving/ confirming our order.

I was ordered the Too good to go....This is incredible meals, very yummy, great value, staffs are friendly, great interior design......and I will come back to try different dishes of them.Great for dine in here. It is located in the Cut department store, on the 2nd floor. If you visit the Vessel, dont forget to visit ANA Bar and Eatery.

The deli has incredibly fresh & tasty food sold by the pound. I believe its $17 a pound but you can eat a good big lunch fir $13 if you dont allow yourself to overindulge in the delicious foods. The salmon, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, brisket, brussels sprouts etc all deliscious...the Taco bar is great with a wonderful LA taco chef who is very friendly & makes your tacos taste even better with his smile & additions of whatever you like.We tried the expressotoo, excellent but expensive.On the weekends, they had jazz & it was relaxing. Definitely my go to deli for lunch when at Hudson yards.I will post photos next time.

The breakfast burrito with egg, cheese and bacon was horrible. The bacon was fatty and it was not good. Would not recommend.

Ordered via QR. Credit card charged but no service after an hour. Manager didn’t even bother helping and just told us to reorder and pay again.

The drinks are strong and flavorful; unfortunately we waited about 20 minutes for our beverages. The cheese pizza was delicious; tasted like a cross between a Sicilian and a regular slice.

In a great location the Hudson yards are beautiful fast smells good great atmosphere. A little disappointed it didnt have sauces available if you get there late for salads but service very friendly knowledgeable helpful tacos excellent and quiche is very tasteful

Keepin it real out here in Hudson YardsThe newest brand new neighborhood is one of my favorite route to take on my lunch walk. This spot is brand new as well, great design and pretty decent food, decent service as well, the price tho, thats another story. Coffee is pretty good as well since thats the only thing i can afford there most of the time.

Had a delicious passion fruit margarita made by Eric the bartender. He was very helpful made excellent recommendations and gave us great, attentive service. Will definitely be back!

Over priced drinks and rude bartenders. Went yesterday to celebrate a friends birthday. At 8:30 pm they started closing down the place, I politely asked the bartender why because online it says it closes at 10 pm and he snapped back at me “I don’t care what it says online, we’re closed!”

This is a great place inside the Hudson Yards mall. Its great for breakfast and lunch, especially if you are on a tight schedule because you can just grab and go. They have lots of healthy food and beverage options, helpful staff, very clean, and plenty of seating. I live in the neighborhood so I will definitely be coming back here.

Terrible. Ordered first drink on the menu, was told 10 min later they didnt have it and then took another 20 min and manually calling the waiters again and again to get a refund.

A fine example of the latest midtown craze: rip off the tourists. Mediocre food, overpriced, ordered from your cell phone (with a request for a tip before you ever see a server), and presented with airplane-style plastic cutlery. Stay away.

Great place for Quick Lunch break or After work relaxation. The Bar is Amazing. Buffet has great options. Pizza and Sandwiches are my personal favorite half of pie for $10 😍. Sandwiches fresh made to order. You will not be disappointed 😁

The amount of salt in their sandwiches is unbearable. I switched my sandwiches twice and every other kind still was very salty. This is NOT HEALTHY!

Just terrible, what a tourist trap!!! Took 15 minutes to get one tap beer and thats after I tipped them. A tip before an order is basically a bribe. Food was cold, expensive and average. Just avoid it, you can do better buying a drink ans a sandwich in a deli for a third of the cost.

The food is overpriced even for Manhattan standards, but the staff are friendly. Their meatballs were tasty. The tomato salad had an odd flavor though - almost like a dish soap — maybe from the washing process? Overall not a bad place to have lunch if you happen to be in the area.

This would be considered a very good airport spot if it was in an airport. Lot’s of options here but the quiche I had here was fairly middling. Hard to avoid if you’re at the Hudson yards and looking for affordable as their are a dearth of inexpensive food options here. Perhaps stick to the nearby Whole Foods?

Man at the bar was one of the rudest bartenders Ive ever encountered. At one point he yelled at me, bordering on assault.

I love the bar here. Super nice bartenders, and other options available as well like pizza, taco and bar food.

I was met with a scene that was less than satisfactory. The bartender, adorned with more trinkets than a gaudy Christmas tree, caught my eye immediately. I couldnt shake the feeling that he was trying too hard to be something he was not.The real test, however, came when I tried to order a drink. Instead of a menu, I was handed a device and instructed to use an app. I found this to be a poor substitute for the tactile experience of holding a menu in my hands. And to make matters worse, the descriptions of the drinks were non-existent. It was like trying to navigate a foreign country without a map or a guide.The final straw came when I attempted to get the attention of a server. It was like trying to hail a taxi in a crowded city. All in all, my experience was less than satisfactory, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Very disappointed, not recommended. First off, the price is too high for a food-court like fast food store. A tiny slice of pizza costs $6.00, worse than a microwave-made supermarket frozen pizza. Second, no one is there to clean the tables, and you have to clean it before you use it. We did try other choices at Ana, equally disappointing - tiny size/amount, hot dishes are just warm, and low in both quantity and quality. Would rather go to Whole Foods food court, much better. Will never come to this place again.

Pizza was very doughy. Didnt get the guac and chips because they forgot and asked about them when we left and carried them out. Problem is mostly that they still do covid-era food menu ordering from your phone even if you sit at the bar. The bartender was nice enough but it was all very confusing and he didnt know what we ordered and we kept telling him and another person who was there. I would have ordered through him but he never approached me until I got his attention later.

The service at their cafe and bar is amazing! Sunshine and her staff were so warm and welcoming. I was actually having a rough day and their service truly changed my day around. Not to mention the bar opens at 12pm! Their cocktails are perfect some of the best Ive had in the city. Would 100% recommend.

I was here last Friday after my morning shift, I decided to get some drinks and food. When I say I was WELL TAKEN CARE OF. YES I WAS. The bartender Jeremy was very knowledgeable, kind, funny, and caring. My drinks were beautifully made by this gentleman and I felt like a queen being taken care of so well. The food made it even better! The steak was amazing. The establishment is beautiful, the staff is fast and caring, I will be coming back here. It might just become my go to for random mid day drinks haha. I loved it from the moment I stepped in to the moment I wobbled out. Jeremy you are awesome!

Came here for the Sunday market lunch. The food was cold, it tasted like something that once would have been enjoyable but had sat for too long. It was a good deal more expensive than we expected and didn’t feel like value for money. The cold pressed juice in the glass bottles were nice but pretty sure they were pricey…

The other one stars could not have prepared me for how ridiculous my experience at Ana was. I had a free coupon for a “small hot coffee.”Based on the number of people lamenting about the portion sizes and quality, I figured I shouldn’t get my hopes up. After ordering the drip coffee, the server filled up the tiniest paper cup I’ve ever seen in with lukewarm coffee. I was able to take a sip from it immediately without any discomfort; a really bad sign. After pouring oat milk into it, I was afraid the subsequent addition of sugar would not dissolve properly in the cup after stirring. To no surprise, the coffee was barely warm after adding all this, and the sugar piled up on the bottom. To add insult to injury, there were no lids available that matched the cup they served the coffee with.Ultimately, the coffee was bland and I’ve had better coffee from a gas station. Cannot believe they charge $4.36 for this. I had a good laugh from how ridiculous the situation was but I certainly won’t be going back.

Surprisingly fun little bar and pub experience in Hudson Yards. Pizza was cold and food service took forever. Overpriced even for Manhattan. The Seabreeze from the back was good and fast, pleasant bartender.

This experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. I just had a glass of wine, no menu, no check, when I asked for the chech he said 16.34,I gave him a 20 and got 3 back. I asked for the check, which said change 3.66 When I asked about tip Jay A (bartender pointed out the suggested tip), I asked about the short change, he said they dont keep coins in the till, so they round it off. Annoying way to order drinks even at the bar

I work in Hudson Yards and am always looking for great places to eat. Ana looks like one but it is not. I spent $60 on pizza slices. Brought them home and heated them up and half of them smelled rotten. You know that smell pizza makes when its been sitting out a long time? Yeah its disgusting and it cost me $60. What a joke. It looks awesome but it is not. Go downstairs and go to Sweetgreen instead. Or across the street to Whole Foods. Youll spend much less money and get far better food. I got ripped off.

I came here to Hudson Yards for the first time to check out the Chinese New Year performance. I also claimed the red envelope from the Hudson Yards app. I got a coupon for a free small coffee in the red envelope but saw on the store directory machine that Ana was closed. However, we roamed around the mall and found a second Ana. It was a 5 minute wait for latte with warmed oat milk, which normally costs $6.50.No latte art though...

Good selection of many buzzy foods from tacos to vegan mediterranean options, waffles and etc. Convivial vibe for what it is.

I made conversation with a few employees at Ana’s Bar & Eatery while sitting at the bar. I was shocked to find out their ages as they were consuming shots of tequila, rum and coke etc. Ana’s Bar & Eatery was serving underaged employees (all below 20) alcoholic beverages at the bar. I’ve been there 3 times & It’s been made a routine for them to sit & fraternize with guests. One late evening, an employee threw up at the bar in a garbage can and they proceeded to serve her more alcohol afterwards. I overheard one employee state that they had covid and their manager told them to come in to work anyway. There are fruit flies all over the sweets in the coffee bar area where fresh juices are prepared. When I asked for my tab to leave the bar area because I was disgusted, a bartender named Alex was extremely rude about the fact that I wanted to close my tab and did not tip her. She went as far as saying “if you can’t afford to tip, maybe you should not dine out”. Truly disgusting experience. I will not be returning and if I were any of those kids parents, I’d be suing for negligence. Underage drinking is UNACCEPTABLE. The owner and management should know better.

Not gonna lie, food is delicious.When the shrimp and grits are there-get them! 🤤 or just the shrimp; them boys is huge!The chicken tacos with the mango salsa. . . 😋 yes...just yes.You will spend money. This isnt the most affordable place to eat by any means. Be very careful at the buffet because its $19.99/lb and you will go over that ridiculously if your not paying attention. (Do not go here hella hungry or if your feeling greedy lmao) make smart choices at that buffet table 😂Regardless of price - it is extremely convenient. The service is great and friendly. (Except this one tall mature caucasian man w. white hair...he is kind of...😵) but for the most part everyone else that works there is great.

What an awesome spot! We are in town visiting and my fiancé had some remote work to catch up on. The coffee and taco bar were absolutely delicious and the service was so great. Rohanie, Saratou and Josiah at the cafe bar were so kind and helpful! Also, the AGM came over to introduced himself and check on us, he was super friendly and accommodating. Great experience all around, we will definitely be back!

Multiple members of the staff were rude. one in particular was rude on two occasions. I asked if I could split an order onto two cards and they said yes but when I payed and it only went to one card they said well you already payed. this made me and my friends not able to split our meal and the whole bill to be charged to me. while food is supposed to feel like a single unit the salad felt like lettuce and dressing not something i would want to eat again. wouldnt recommend.

Really good, Ive eaten here twice now and both times I was blown away. Food is del-ish and so is the atmosphere. Staff are all very nice and helpful, especially Kayla who I met last time I went in, super polite and well informed.They have plenty of tasty vegitarian options, and as a proud omnivore I can say that they handle the more meaty end of the spectrum as well with a chicken sandwich that just simply slaps.Definitely stop into this place if youre nearby, you wont be disappointed.

Bought a premade steak sandwich. Steak was overcooked. Bread was meh. What I assume was a pesto spread was tasteless. Basically felt and tasted like a sandwich I might buy at an airport store before boarding a plane. Have yet to try other options but this was not a good sign.
