Round 2: So good I came back with my work partner for happy hour and apps. Carolyn the “master” bartender was giving our good friend Nevin bartending tips for the cities best Manhattan followed by a tremendous dirty martini with stuffed blue cheese olives. Cheese / meat platter below was outstanding. Please frequent. Great staff. Great drinks. Good apps.Round 1- Tuesday: Now open for dinner! Recommended by friends of owner. Stopped in for dinner. 2nd night. Glad I did! Salim and Nevin took great care of me. Caesar Salad with extra anchovies ok(a little too much dressing), Monk fish superb. Panna Cotta excellent. Chianti excellent. Background music excellent.Owner Nordine stopped by. Going to be a successful venture. With and food at a high level you can’t go wrong. Stop in and enjoy.

Needed an espresso martini and was in desperate search for a reasonably priced one. Before coming here I had places refuse to tell me the price just to get me in the door. Thankfully I found Latitude 18$ and have chocolate espresso beans. Also made with actual espresso! The transparency is greatly appreciated.

Nevin is absolutely fantastic! I stopped by Latitude 39 the day after New Year’s and he made my visit unforgettable. He was quick with the drinks, incredibly personable, and took the time to chat with me. As a first-time tourist in NYC, his tips and friendly conversation made me feel right at home. Next time I’m in, you can bet I’ll be on the lookout for Nevin—he’s the reason I’ll be back to Latitude 39!

I’m visiting from Australia and had dinner from here tonight. It was the best chicken parmigiana I’ve ever had! Well seasoned and flavourful! Every waiter/bartender is super nice and friendly and always looks after you. The vibe was very warm and cosy. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough!

Their breakfast is buffet style only. Scrambled eggs (real and not the instant/powdery made eggs you get at some buffets), toast, sausage, bacon, potatoes, half-dollar size pancakes, oatmeal, apples, two choices of cereals, coffee, tea bags and OJ. We stayed at the Holiday InnTimes Square right next door so it was convenient. $20 per adult and kids under 11 are free so it’s a pretty good deal for NYC pricing. The host (didn’t catch his name but if we eat there again I’ll ask and add it) was extremely friendly and nice. 07/10/24 - I added a photo from an ad in our Holiday Inn right next door which is deceptive since none of the foods in the pic (except OJ, bacon and half-dollar size pancakes) are offered.

Latitude 39 is one of the best parts about New York. We came from a small town in Indiana and they took us in and let us eat and hang out in there. The food was top notch and the manager Medhi was the best. We will for sure be back.

We had such a great time here we went two nights in a row. The place is cozy, the location was convenient to our show, and the food blew us away. The urchin and marrow as well as the fungi gnocchi were ridiculously good. The service was also amazing; the host was so accommodating and really made our celebration that day very special!

While waiting for our room to be ready we stopped by the bar/restaurant! What a cool old vintage wood bar and restaurant. So much character! We were there early afternoon and sat at the bar. The mixologist was friendly and attentive. We ordered beers and a couple of apps. The clams oregano was very good and just the right amount of seasonings but didnt take away from the clams. Also, tried the burrata. It was fresh and tasty. Didnt come with any bread or toast but in the end we didnt miss it, the fresh veggies and arugula was a great combo for the cheese. Check this place out, next time, we will try dinner or lunch.

My family of four stayed at Holiday Inn Time Square and we had breakfast at Latitude 39 every morning of our stay. Mehdi and the staff at the restaurant made us feel at right home, like we were visiting old friends. The entire staff was always kind, accommodating and friendly. The food was a basic spread - the same day to day - but hot, well cooked, and well-seasoned (eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, cereals, oatmeal, apples, coffee, orange, juice...). We appreciated having a big breakfast before our long days of exploring the city. The service was exceptional and a definite standout. I def visit this restaurant again on a trip to NYC :)Thank you, Mehdi and Latitude 39 team!

The Holiday Inn that is attached to this restaurant advertises free breakfast. It lists “free breakfast” on the website and has advertisements all over the hotel, including in the room and on the elevator doors. When we went down to breakfast, there was no host and the setup was that of a traditional free continental breakfast for Holiday Inns. So, my partner and I sat down to eat. After about 10 minutes, the employee floating around the restaurant came over and informed us that breakfast would be $24/person without a voucher. This man was present in the dining room the entire time, but only informed us after we had gotten a plate of food and coffee. What a scam.

Popped in here without a reservation with a group from work. We had all flown into NYC that day from around the world and were tired and hungry. We had about 10 of us and were able to get seated and served quickly. Very impressed by the staff responsiveness to support us.The food was impressive as well. Didn’t know what to expect, but we thought the plating & presentation was great as well as the flavor and production. The wine pours were robust and everything just worked here. Very good experience! Nice job!

Stayed on 39th Street where the bar is located and met the very nice Nevin, the bar tender. He was very friendly and gave us some good information about the city. As it was the first time in the US, the bar was a real taste of the city with a good touch of class and overly large. We went again to see Nevin and he was equally as nice. Would really suggest this place as being nicely away, but not far from the hustle and bustle of 8th Avenue.

We are staying at the Holiday Inn at Times Square and this is the restaurant that we have breakfast. Currently is just breakfast until 10:30 am. Hey, it’s just a buffet. But the service is truly wonderful. There is this gentleman called Medhi (forgive me if I misspelled it) that took care of everyone with so much pleasure. Great service goes a long way. The customers seem very happy with the staff. Thank you for a lovely experience.

I am in town for work and had to stay in Times Square last night. I went to Latitude 30 which apparently opened the day prior. I can say that the Orecchiette alla Barese was one of the best pasta dishes I have ever had. Ambiance was great and the bartender (from Salt Lake City, who I have forgotten his name) provided great service and great conversation. Will definitely be back soon.

Don’t go here for breakfast, it is wildly overpriced for the most low quality food (think of standard hotel breakfast that is usually free minus the variety, plus $21 per person.)

Everything has been good so far, except one thing. I didnt notice that breakfast was not included in the reservation, and when I came downstairs for the breakfast, no one - even the server and his name is Mehdi, mentioned to us that we would have to pay for it. We then got charged $46 for 2 plates of potatoes and a cup of milk. We planned to have breakfast outside and were just getting some potatoes to keep us not too hungry before that.

One star because we cant give less..... after being greeted by the manager who speaks French...(but who tells us he is Moroccan), we order 2 pizzas, tomato pasta, arrancini and so-called Milanese chicken with very thin spaghetti..Result: the pizza with truffle which has no taste of truffle and which is garnished with tasteless button or Chinese mushrooms, arrancini without rice with cheese with a Roquefort flavor (my daughter had a stomach ache for 2 days ), the pasta with the chicken not at all al dente but rather mush... the other pizza barely edible (probably frozen pizzas...) and the other pasta overcooked...My daughter called the manager who said he could change the dish, something we refused because if it was to get worse.....we asked him if the chef was really Italian and we said confirmed several times without presenting it to us of course...(in any case I dont know from which part of Italy he came.....).Until we left, the manager didnt even come by us anymore, he let the waiters come to our table. He was still nice, he didnt count the truffle pizza on the bill....In any case, if you want to eat frozen pizzas, arrancini with probably expired cheese, and boiled pasta youve come to the right place....If you want to eat properly, absolutely avoid this address...

Beautiful location in American style, very well looked after. Medium level service, good quality food consistent with the prices. Too bad they took $15 more from me, despite the managers reassurances, the refund was not made and indeed upon my return I noticed the charge. For this unprofessional and certainly fraudulent behavior I do not recommend it.
