Mocha Red Steakhouse Mixology Bar

Has such a yummy delicious time over here we came a bit early so we were there for the seniors dinner time. The food was amazing and came out right in time. The bathrooms are downstairs all the way down the hallway. We came back after our show for some dessert and they didnt come up to our table for about 17min to take our order so we left.

Love the atmosphere and location. Food is a 10/10 highly recommended the signature mocha burger. The manager Eduardo was so helpful, and the chef himself came out and asked about our experience. Would 100% come back here for the amazing food, drinks and hospitality.

Incredible service. 10 out of 10. Our waiter Julian was lovely, attentive, patient, and explained everything in great detail and without any condescention, just down to earth while still professional. When his shift ended in the middle of our dinner he made sure to inform us in advance and introduce us to Carolin who would be taking over who was just as lovely. We ordered 7 starters for the two of us instead of any mains which was fun, because we got to try out more things. Definitely recommend the bang bang chicken as the number one out of all we tried. And the cocktails were great!

The food and service were all great. We were pretty excited about the drinks but they werent anything special.The service was great and the atmosphere was great. Everything was expensive was that was not a surprise.We ordered 3 apps and 1 main to share between the two of us and it worked out nicely.

Tried this place for prefixed lunch with 2 adults and 3 kids. Seated and ordered at 1pm... salad and soup was served 25 minutes later, day old warmed bread came 5 minutes after, food was served another 30 minutes after. We were the only table at the restaurant until another table showed 20 minutes after and were served the same time we were. Im convinced the waiter forgot to put our food in until the other family came in and ordered.Service atrocious ...really.Food disgusting... pastrami tasted spoiled and salmon smelled so fishy. The medium ribeye was over cooked but the kids ate. Hence 2 stars.

What an interesting and unique place to eat! Went here with a group from work to try out as we have a new person who is kosher, and we didnt expect this place to be so much fun! There was a live musician/dj, the drinks were amazing, the meat perfectly grilled, and overall we all just had such a fun time. Looking forward to returning!

Tried this restaurant for the first time and my experience was really good! Certain food can definitely have a bit more flavor to them, some stuff for example; like the burger was a bit bland and too thick on the meat, but it was all really delicious!!!! The meats were phenomenal, the service impeccable, the music was a lot of fun, but to loud…. Maybe lower it a bit so people can communicate at times and pump it up like every 15 min (just a suggestion) . Overall the place felt like you were in tulum 😊 …. A must try and experience. I give it a 5 cause everything was really amazing. Will definitely be back!!!!! P.s definitely get their signature drinks!!!!

We had a nice meal tonight. Yelena our server was super sweet. The food was delicious. Loved the vibe. Loud music, gun atmosphere.

Cool place, good vibe, food nothing specialGood music, mostly too loud we couldn’t hear each other speak. But there was no dancing either… pretty and artistic. Servise was ok not the greatest, had to search for eye contact with the Waiter to get his attention to be able to ask for things order things etc.Was charged wrong and called about it and emailed whomever I was told to email and nobody ever got back to me never got my money back!

Had a great time with my friend at the bar. The restaurant opens late and turns into clubbing vibe on weekend nights. The bartenders were super friendly and chill, made us some amazing cocktails. We enjoyed the good music and energy, definitely a nice place to have dinner or even just for some drinks.

I’m giving this place 4 stars because the ambience and vibe was amazing! They have a DJ on Wednesday nights and it’s pretty lit. While I didn’t like the food, I have to say it’s totally worth it come here for drinks, dessert and a good time.

Its so sad that I did not take more pics but it was an amazing experience to come here for dinner. Highly recommend the dishes that they had, I tried the ossobuco and it was so tender and juicy, as well their sabich Israeli salad. My friends tried the filet mignon and the bao buns. The service was implacable, I think I never been taking care like this before, I would definitely be back to had some more food here and keep seeing new surprises. Thank you for having me.

I dont know how this place can have anything but all five stars. Everything from the ambience, to the staff, to the incredible Maître d, to the food to the music. This place had a vibe. Its fun, vibrant and incredible. I have a lot of reviews for food here on Google, but I can safely say that Mocha Red was the best kosher restaurant I have ever been to anywhere

Enjoyed the great vibes but the Signature BLT prime burger came with a well done egg, as seen in picture. Supposed to be a runny yolk that should run down the whole burger. Manager told us sorry but didnt offer to replace or even credit us. Big disappointment when spending $600 and two $50 burgers were not done right.

Came here with my fiance for 1 year engagement anniversary. We both loved the place, our server Diego was amazing, answered all the questions professionally, with no attitude like most people would. Had two pretty good experiences here with large groups. This place is trying to bring the city something it doesnt have, which is a kosher restaurant with good food that turns into a party.For the most part, everything was great. Loved the soups, especially the French onion with faux cheese. Loved the vibe in general, although good luck having any conversations in the restaurant. The front of the restaurant in January was very cold, but not sure theres much you can do about that. The staff works hard and service is good, although look out for that 20% tip included in the bill. The lights and artwork are very cool, and the drinks are interesting, although not nearly strong enough for the pricing.All that said, I have a few pointers/ideas:-They play the same 50 Cent bday song for each birthday. In the two times I was there I probably heard the song interrupt the regular music maybe a dozen times. Im sure the staff loves it. Its gotta go.-Between the two chicken appetizers, they both include extra carbs (chicken and waffles or bao buns). Recommend ditching at least one of these and swapping with a standard Chinese-style fried chicken with a sweet glaze. Look at Wall St Grill, or Bordeaux in Brooklyn.-The filet tableside is cool, but it didnt taste like anything special for the price and was missing salt. Recommend swapping for a Korean Style hot pot like they do at The Loft.-The inside of the short rib wontons were almost flavorless without the sauce. Recommend using a standard dumpling recipe for the filling.-The 30 oz Tomahawk was OK, but again, missing salt (there was no salt on the table). It also did not taste dry aged. We split it with 4-5 people and it didnt even finish. We also ordered it medium and it came back medium rare. Plus 10-20% was unrendered fat and inedible.-The vegan butter unfortunately doesnt work. We had it on the steak and fries and those dishes would have been better without it. Chimichurri was better though.-Cobb salad is not a kosher thing, recommend scrapping it for something lighter, see Bordeauxs chop salad.-The music selection was weird/stale at times.-The prices are high. $275 for a couple when we basically only had one main dish and a bunch of appetizers, seems like too much for what we got.-Recommend more Mexican items on the menu, and recommend a shorter menu

Amazing.Good fresh clean

Wow!!! The food here is truly unbelievable, and I am a seasoned New Yorker who has eaten everywhere. Had the bang bang chicken to start with. It was so delicious! Juicy, sweet, and so tasty. Went on to the tomahawk ribeye, which was perfectly cooked. I enjoy my steaks medium rare, and the waiter suggested medium because it was a thick steak, and he was right on the money. Served with the best chimichurri I ever had. Oh, and the espresso martini is also the best I ever had. I’m not even exaggerating. You have to try this place!

The food here was average and had it not been so overpriced I might have considered returning but for the quality and quantity the price is not worth it. We ordered a number of appetizers and a few mains and nothing was stand out. Similarly the cocktails were disappointing, for a cocktail bar the menu was very limited and the cocktail taste and quality was more on par with a dive bar. The service also wasnt all that great and if you are going to include gratuity you should at least tell people outwardly, I find it dishonest to allow someone to leave almost a 50% tip without doing so intentionally. The atmosphere was eclectic and somewhat trendy although the lighting was fully lit for most of our dinner and the restaurant was pretty empty for a Thursday night.

Just want to come on here and say Ozzie the manager treated us incredible from the second we got here, if your looking for a place that is the perfect balance between upper scale and classy but still yet affordable this is the place for you! The staff were friendly and the music choices were great- I hope this manager gets a big raise because he treated us like kings and queens. I recommend this place to all my friends and family members and anyone else out there who is looking for good food without a stomach ache. Havent had a chance to visit this place for a long time. We went there Saturday night for drinks. Its one of the only Kosher places that open on Saturday nights.Sat on the bar, the bartender was Cesar H. A shout-out to him, hes great.Had French fries and tacos to eat with the drinks.I think prices are above average but overall I had a good time

Excellent service and atmosphere. Good background music and very pleasant hostess. Steak was perfect with a nice crusty pepper salt top and pink center. Wish they included some crusty bread and a mash potato option. Fries make a good steak cheap.

The food was goodthe service was goodthe attention was excellent.I actually enjoyed the dumplings.The steak was very tasty and made to perfection .the dessert was excellent.The vibe inside the shop is very very exceptional.lots of art lots of pictures .Thoughtful and very well laid out.We had one waiter looking after us from the time that we arrived till the time that we left the ambiance inside this restaurant is really special.I would advise anybody who wants a special night out to go and enjoy themselves.You guys have done a tremendous job

Had an amazing experience here! Celebrated my birthday with a group. Servers were nice and made us feel comfortable. Drinks took a bit longer than it should, but were good when they arrived. Had the huge rib challah sandwich (a must have!) along with several apps etc. definitely coming back!

My friend and I walked in after an eventful evening and I was very pleasantly surprised. Amazing decor and atmosphere, very attentive staff, especially the manager Julian. The food was delicious and the steak was outstanding. Drinks were phenomenal as well. Would definitely come back. 10/10 highly recommend

Ozzie was my sever tonight and went above and beyond to make my experience the absolutely best one. From letting me taste test two different wines, to making sure my steak was perfect, and helping to correct any mistakes - I couldn’t have asked for a better server. What a fantastic experience. The food was also quite lovely, especially that crispy cauliflower! My steak was tender and flavorful and the accompanying chimichurri was perfect. But it’s the service that stood out tonight. I really received 5 star treatment.

We had a phenomenal experience - the food is good, the ambiance is amazing, the servers are pretty attentive also which was great - except for the freelance photographer roaming the floor which is super annoying and we wouldnt have minded if she wasnt so exuberantly overpriced.

A nice and comfy fine dining place.The food was great and we loved the atmosphere. The the way they present the dishes was so unique to them. When you are there you feel like you are in a party. They Really know how to treat there customers.

This place is not only kosher but the food is outta this world... let me start off by saying Israel and Roberto were the best service I ever had coming to any type of restaurant. Not only were they intensive, but they were accommodating and made us feel like we were home.We had a bit of a hiccup with a staff member who was a part of the morning service, but overall, this place was amazing .. I recommend you go to place at night so you can get the full potential they have to offer

Eduardo was great! He’s the general manager , he was so present on the floor , checked in with my friends and I multiple times and made sure we were all right and well taken care of! Super friendly staff and great efficient service. The food on top of all that was AMAZING! i loved the Bronzino fish dish!

While pricey, the food is worth the price, and the cocktails are true mixology.Go for the food, stay for the great cocktails and interior decor. Service is top notch.

Guys the negative reviews worried me a bit so not a thing this place is AMAZING!! Brussels sprouts and drinks will be an experience! Awesome fun vibes and great service would highly highly recommend had the absolute best time!

This is an awesome stop for Kosher food. It has the best prefix menu for lunch I have found in lower Manhattan.They have some wild and delicious drinks. Just make it a dinner stop as lunch time does not always have a bartender.

I always looked for a kosher resturant that has a really nice vibe. It’s hard to find kosher restaurants like this. The atmosphere with the dj is just soo amazing absolutely love it. The fancy drinks I’m in love with. The service is the best gave us free shots. My friends food came a little late and they didn’t charge her for both of her drinks! They really really care about there customers and the chef itai was so sweet he came up to us personally seeing how we liked it. That’s why I always come back and esp now with what’s going on in Israel I really want to support all the kosher Jewish business’s. Absolutely LOVE this place !!

Mocha Red has a fun menu with a lot of great items. The descriptions of the offerings were great. We ordered the Waygu steak to be cooked table side on a hot stone. It came to the table already cooked, which was disappointing. After we questioned the server, they did come back to do it at the table. The potato latke app and the mushroom soup were tasty. I would go back again.

I went to mocha red with my boyfriend for dinner, the atmosphere ,the vibes, the music everything was amazing, the chef came out and personally introduced himself gave us he best recommendations, and we didnt doubt the chef’s top choices and I’m glad we didn’t judging that sometimes we can be picky eaters, but most of all the manager Eduardo made sure we had a really good first experience and kept on checking on us if we needed anything, from the service to the employees to the food and music I 100% recommend, they know how take care of their people and how to take care of all their clients, Mocha Red NYC well be seeing you very soon again!

Party of 5. It took almost an hour to be given our food after getting up and having to walk to the waiter and ask. They forgot a glass of wine and put it on the tab. Was told to rudely leave after waiting for them to pack up our to-go bag, and having to ask again after the fact. Along with a mandatory 20%. Seeing their review on here and them only responding to the few good ratings compared to the many bad ones, I shouldn’t be surprised. Classless restaurant.

I went here for my wife’s birthday. I heard it was a nice place , but I was not expecting it to be such a nice experience. From the smiles that greeted you when you walk in to the delightful atmosphere to the delicious food this place is a 10/10 in every single area!!!! The servers, waiters , chef, owner are all so nice and easy !! I have never had such a nice experience like I did here!! (And it’s really well priced) definitely recommend!!

The decor was incredible, the food had so much flavor and range, and the cocktails were better than many cocktail bars I’ve been to. Went here with 13 other people for new years. We were told it was a $125 minimum per person which wasnt a bad for new years. The service was really terrible. The food was nasty. To top things off they added an extra 1400$ on top of our $2800 bill. When we called today to see why they charged us an extra 1400$ we were told they would look into it. After we spoke to the manager and he told us he would not refund the extra 1400 charge. Stay away

Only steak place open late on a Sunday. Great service and quality. Aged meat 🥩 is a good option for meat lovers. I had the fish 🐟. Real good quality. Some bones on the edge but it was good. Flavor wise it was very plain I wish it had a hint of some flavor or a nice small side of a secret sauce. The meat was very tender and tasty with great natural juice. Brussel sprouts very delicious. Which go perfectly with the fish but unless you order on the side you will know otherwise you wouldn’t be able to pair up with your plate. Prices are a little higher than usual fir other dishes besides the meats. The decor is very cute and love the nice lighting. The music is a but too loud and very club type/lounge. Which I liked a lot but people my find it a bit unbalanced for the type of ambiance. Drinks were excellent and cute glasses.

Recently dined with a group of friends and while the atmosphere was great there was a heavy aroma of incense upon arrival. The service was good but the food was defiantly lacking in presentation and flavor. Unfortunately this was a one time visit for me.

Really great kosher spot for lunch. Although the lunch menu is quite small, the dishes they offered were very tasty. Service was great. Best of all, it was affordability priced! I didnt get any drinks but the bar did seem to have a large variety of drinks and mixes. I would definitely return for an evening drink and chill.

Huge disappointment. Overly expensive restaurant for such mediocre food. Came with bunch of friends on Sunday night with reservation. We were seated on time. Tried cocktail at the bar: wasn’t bad but can’t justify the price tag of $22. Previous reviewers mentioned nice decor, we found it tacky. All of this wouldn’t matter that much if the food would be at least decent but it wasn’t. We all agreed that it was crazy expensive but tasteless: fried avocado is a joke, tuna tartare - nothing to write home about. I had hamburger for $45- again mediocre and can’t justify the price. Our friends tried different steaks/meat dishes, the same response from them. Service was ok, not personal. Paid $10 for bottled water with gas only to get tap water to be poured in the glasses with this water without asking- ridiculous.Wouldn’t come back or recommend

Love the atmosphere but service is horrible! Waited 35 minutes for drinks. We were pary of 12 ppl, waiter did not take all the food orders at the same time. Some of us got food and other 20 minutes later, 2 of the stake were serve cold. It was almost impossible to get a cup of coffee. Overall we had a good time and that the only reason Im giving it 3 stars.

Horrible place! We ordered two different steaks, both super cold, at the end we paid $400. Super cheap place.

The vibes are DOPE!Had an amazing night here with some friends. The tomahawk steak was out of this world delicious. We had a great time with Cherry and Charlie (the bartenders) as they were so friendly and excited to show us how they make all the interesting and next-level cocktails. Go for the Chichén-Itzá.Julian, our waiter, was just wonderful and so friendly.We also had a nice conversation with Chef Milan about new items coming on the menu -hes so passionate and enthusiastic.We will definitely go back.

Waiter barely visited our table of 7… we were a big group and I kept needing to get up to find her or ask the bus boy to bring me my waitress. She was very impatient to take our order… also brought us more than one dish we didn’t order and then charged us…. She clearly was new and didn’t speak English. Additionally when we asked her what was for dessert, she said there’s an arrangement of all the desserts for $25 when we got the bill it was really $75… when we said she told us it was $25 she repeatedly said it was $35 and we were like no it says it’s $75. The waitress clearly didn’t speak English and we ended Ip spending much more because of her and the manager didn’t offer to compensate us.

Very disappointed experience last night-Besides the bartenders the rest of the service is a disaster. They have good drinks.- its useless to make appointments , they over book and made us wait for almost a hour to sit.The manager took his sweet time to properly accommodate.- the waiter service is very poor . They sent us frozen/cold bread twice.- be prepared to wait a long time after finally ordering the food because that takes another hour by itself

Truly would give it zero stars if I could. The space is cute and trying to be trendy but every single thing we ordered was not good. We got the eggplant, and brisket tacos for appetizer. They were JUST OKAY. For entree we got the tomahawk for two. It was fatty and almost inedible. The sides were awful. Everything was expensive (which I do not mind as long as the food is good). We were 3 girls and all left disappointed.

Food and drink takes way to long. I asked for a beer and it took 45 minutes to receive it. My food took 1 hour and 20 mins from when I ordered until I received it additionally it took the waiter 20 mins to even come get our orders. We were all starving and they dont offer anything to nibble on while u wait. Food prices are way too expensive for what your getting the food isnt Gross but for a 170 steak Id expect it to be cooked medium rare like I requested and It was completely raw inside. Same goes for there starters, theyre edible but for those prices I can go to wall street grill and get really good food. Drinks are meh Ive had better pretty much anywhere, if youre gonna charge 22 dollars a drink I expect to be amazed. Ambience was the only decent quality this place has except for the music it is way to loud. Dont expect to have normal conversations with anyone your with unless your prepared to yell. The one good thing this place has is there fish Tacos those actually tasted really good.I have no problem paying for expensive food but I expect to get what I pay for.Overall not a pleasant experience and will not be going back and I dont recommend going there for any occasion

The food here, including all the appetizers and the steak was very delicious. Most of the staff were courteous and nice, including the host, Mike, but some waiters were actually clueless and rude and the bar staff of the mixology were impatient and didnt have a problem showing it. The Ambience was very pretty loud but it was special due to the presence of a DJ.

We got a resi for 11:30 and waited 45 minutes for a waiter to take an order.We waited from appetizers to steak for over and hour. Never stayed this long in a restaurant ever and kept getting excuses “another 10 min” for the steak.It’s now 1:20am. All I want is to pay my bill, and go home.Only pro was the music playing early 2000s music.

The corn on the cob is horrible Inedible and the steak and brisket came out to dry and they blame me for ordering a medium well steak i’ve ordered medium well steaks before none of them ever came out like jerky it’s ridiculously overpriced for the horrible food I paid over $400 for two couples and the only thing Enjoyable about this place was a decor. I’ll spend $$$$ for Quality and good service any day. It was so bad I didn’t even take the left over steak home for dog. Felt like he deserved better. Only reason for the 2nd star is the decor. I hope after they read this review they will change things around for the better.

We had an amazing experience at mocha red tonight. The manager Eduardo is very friendly and our server Israel had a great recommendations. The chef Itai is extremely talented. Highly recommend the chicken soup it’s out of this world!Their lunch special is also a great deal.Highly recommend grabbing a cocktail they’re inventive and delicious.

Order the food came at the decent time the appetisers were cold we asked to warm it up they said okay bought it back still cold and told us rudely why did you tell the stuff you didn’t order this that’s not what we said we just wanted our food warmed up forgot to bring the things we ordered and still tried to bill us for them didn’t feel comfortable at all with the service would not recommend or return

Super over-priced, god-awful ambiance.Sat in the front area on a saturday night and the music was so loud we had to yell in order to hear each other across the table. The music was not nearly as loud in back where the DJ booth was, so they had no idea how unpleasant it was in front. I also asked the DJ to play a song and shout out my friend for his birthday, and he said he would do it. He did not.Steak, wine, and apps were good, but not nearly good enough to justify the insane pricing. There are other kosher restaurants in NYC with similar pricing and far better food. They also don’t blast Katy Perry in your ear while you’re trying to read the menu.

Mind blown, ditch reserve and just go here. The experience, food, service, and ambiance are all just a straight 10/10.

Such a beautiful restaurant In NYC! Perfect for a birthday dinner or a date night. The vibes are absolutely amazing. Tuesdays and Saturdays have a live DJ with amazing energy, and every other night has a great playlist on that keeps you dancing. The mixology bar is perfect with drinks that’ll definitely have you feeling them. Each drink is served in such a beautiful and unique presentation! The chicken itza, Tel Aviv, teruahhhh and the champagne bubble bath- you just want to try and see them all!The food is delicious and the master Chef, David has perfected the recipes! I’ve been back 4 times and keep bringing more friends and family to try, they’re all fall in love!I have to add, the service and the wait staff is incredible. Our waiter Nelson helped us with all our ordering for our large party! Even the owner was hands on and present and super kind!

Cool vibe and friendly staff. We had the Duck Bao Buns and Tuna Crispy Rice—both tasty. Its nice to have a kosher option like this around.

Everything was great, service was good. But we purposely decided to come because wanted to eat a good steak while watching the football game. The restaurant had 6 TV’s but could not put the game on and my friends and I were pretty bummed out.

And that’s besides of the way down to the bathroom it has a really bad smell and the prices are ridiculous for what you get. You are definitely not getting what u paid for. Worst kosher restaurant in the city. Even though we had a reservation they made us wait 2 hours for a table. The server was super rude even though we had been waiting forever. The guy basically threw the dishes at us and at the end of the day yelled at our table to never come back! The check was wrong (they charged for the most expensive dish twice, which can actually happen anywhere but it was the cherry on top an awful experience). Wouldnt return to this place even if they paid me to. AVOID!

Service was beyond phenomenal! Drinks and food was amazing. I would recommend to stick more towards the smokehouse and other sections of the menu, and stay further away from the Steakhouse. Over all was an amazing vibe and experience!

We dined last weekend and were so impressed by the vibes and ambience! Like nothing I’ve seen in kosher. The filet was excellent, Michael took great care of us going above and beyond to make sure we had a great night.

Newly opened, but management not quite there. We waited one hour after ordering before the food turned up. No compensation offered by management. Steak was decent, but the reddest medium tomahawk I ever had, rare more than medium.

Was charged $55 for a single of Glenlivet 12. I understand there is an up-charge for a kosher establishment, but something that is $15 anywhere else should not be $55. Will never be coming again.

Best dinner experience with my friends

I recently visited this restaurant and I was extremely disappointed. The food was disgusting - the fish and meat were of very low quality. The service was also horrible - it took forever to get our food and the staff were unhelpful. On top of that, the prices were way too high. I would definitely not recommend this restaurant as it was a rip off.

We had an incredible experience at MOCA Red Steakhouse today! From the moment we arrived, everything was simply outstanding. The ease of finding parking at 7 pm was a great start to our evening.The food was undoubtedly the highlight of our visit. Every dish was prepared to perfection, and the flavors were simply exquisite. From succulent steaks to mouthwatering sides, each bite was a delight to our taste buds. And lets not forget the cocktails! They were expertly crafted and added a perfect touch of sophistication to our dining experience.The service was top-notch as well. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making helpful recommendations that made our meal even more enjoyable.I cant emphasize enough how much we enjoyed our time at MOCA Red Steakhouse. The ambiance, the delectable food, and the impeccable service all came together to create a memorable evening. Its no doubt that well be returning for another delightful dining experience in the future. Highly recommended!

Took my boyfriend here after work, we both work nearby. We get seated and the waiter raised his voice about a venieros cake box we had. He eventually told us that this was a kosher only place and i offered to put it away in my bag or his bookbag. He kept stating that this was a kosher place only very rudely and that he would get his manager. It was very unwelcoming and a very bad experience. As two latinos in the fine dining industry we understand restaurant policies. I honestly would not come here again. Altogether the worst dining experience i have had.

For context, mocha burger is my favorite restaurant in the city. However, mocha red left a lot to be desired. The brisket was dry and flavorless, with a horseradish sauce on the side (delicious but incompatible with the dish). The Peking duck tasted good but left a bad aftertaste.All of this plus the ridiculous asking price just adds up to an experience unworthy to the burger counterpart

Honestly the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. Service was terrible, slow, disorganized, they even brought desert menus to us after we paid the bill... Food is overpriced and not good at all. There is thumping awful chart club music (think black eyed peas on repeat) and you cant have a conversation with a person to you.Worst part... there was even two hen parties there. Wasted drunk brides-to-be running around screaming with tacky veils on. This was 7pm on a Wednesday night I think.

Checked out Mocha Red last weekend. Leora seated us, and the Corn and Chicken Bao Buns were tasty. Wish it were cheaper so I could come more often.

Had a great time there! The GM Michael took care of us personally and checked on us multiple times. The rest of the staff are also well trained and we appreciate the professionalism and great service.

The food is very well presented and it tastes great, but the place is very commercial and loud the waiter did not come to our table very often he didn’t ask if we need anything we needed to call him if we wanted anything. Music is rocking the house very loud in normal steakhouses you have calm and pleasant music here it was loud and jazzy, I know some people like it this way but I don’t.

Great décor, however was very unimpressed with the wait staff and their 2 hour time limit per table. We were persistently reminded of the time limit, and were asked to leave twice. Not very classy...*Bathrooms are not handicapped accessible

I’m not even kosher nor Jewish and this is some of the best food I’ve ever eaten. While on the very expensive side, every dish we ate, especially the giant tomahawk was worth every penny we spent. Service was impeccable. And the whole artistic movie star and mobster decor was so enjoyable. I cannot wait to go back!!

For me, interior is a big part of the dining experience. Mocha Red is definitely one of the best Ive been to in the city and the food was absolutely divine. They have complex and creative cocktails that are not only delicious but nicely presented. Wait staff were impeccably dressed in classy uniforms.If you have a sweet tooth like I do, make sure you save room for the churros! Looking forward to my next visit.

This place was wonderful i left like a kid in a candy store but i was really in a restaurant. Steak is my favorite thing to eat so i recommend anyone who likes things like that to come here. Amazing drinks and workers! They felt like family to me the way they took care of me. Ozzie was the one taking care of me and i could say he’s now one of my brother from another mother the way he treated me tonight. I’ll definitely be back!

We got there with a reservation and waited an hour. It took a long time for food to come. Once we got the bill and corrected the waiter on an extra dish that was added he got upset and yelled at our table.

Came here on Thanksgiving day. Took a couple minutes to be seated eventhough the place was empty. Service was excellent. Waiter was knowledgeable and helpful. Got a steak sandwich and it was one of the best things Ive eaten in a while. 10/10 would recommend!

I couldnt recommend this place more highly. Chef Itai is incredibly gifted and so welcoming. His dishes are absolutely delicious, so creative and such an inspiration to experience. The meals are designed with so much thought and sophisticated detail. I loved the shawarma bao buns, lamb cigars and the steak. The desserts (lava cake, churros, tiramisu, crumb cake, soufflé and ice cream) were to die for! I cant wait to go back - this is such a special place!
