The Beer Garage

We came with my friend to his bar a week ago. And we were impressed by delicious food, really friendly and professional work of our bartender Agnes. Agnes made our day. The bar is small and really cozy. It’s very close to a family atmosphere.

Bartenders were super nice. We had beers with my brother there yesterday and really like that. Recommend to everyone!

Great little bar, great ale selection. Ok wine selection (by the glass, at least). Cosy, sports on TV, bar stools and a couple (I think) of tables in a beer garden? Not sure, didnt wander through. Nice restroom too.

A nice dive bar in Greenwich Village with a perfect oysters happy hour! The place is ideal for a well-deserved break during your shopping spree.

Came here for the first time a few days ago to watch a football game. Its very small, but cozy. There are plenty of TVs if youre looking to watch a game. Their beer list is pretty impressive for its size and the food we had (nachos and wings), was very good. The only waiter/bartender we interacted with was beyond friendly. Id go here again, either to watch sports or just to have some quality beer.

What a great little find on our adventures across NYC. Only stopped in here for a quick drink on our way home but the Guinness, wine and friendly service was so great we stayed for a couple more and something to eat. The Jack Daniels burger was delicious and Id return just to eat that again!

Fun bar modeled after an actual car garage in west village. Bartender guy was super friendly and attentive. We tried a variety of cool things

Nice bar and great selection of beers. Didnt like that theres is no price for the drinks listed anywhere so I have no clue if what they charge me was correct since i had 3 beers and one of them was different than the other 2 but i got charged like i drank the same 3 without knowing if the other brand i drank was the same price than the other two. I had one Estrella Galicia and two Ebbs and got charged for three Ebbs.

The Beer Garage is a great little bar with a decent selection of beers and great, friendly staff. It wasnt crowded when we went which was really nice. A great place to stop and grab a drink or three.

Our bartender Claudia was the most charming and charismatic woman I’ve ever met. Service phenomenal, energy phenomenal, food is remarkable, great place to spend Saturday night.

Great spot with outdoor areas when weather permits, had a wonderful time meeting new folks as well as the friendly staff. You get what you pay for, solid beer options as well as wine and overall a great environment.

A nice quaint beer spot that always has sports on their TVs. Wings and fries are really good so there isnt much more you can ask for while watching a local team play.The real plus is the beer selection and the knowledge the bartender knows of the beers.

One of the best places to hop at, you honestly will stop hopping and stay at this bar and enjoy the music, people, and the bartenders. Fast and outstanding service. Full of life and conversation. Come here and you won’t regret any part of your experience. They have a unique selection everyone should definitely experience.

No frills beer joint. My second time here. Good eats for a beer place. Good selection of craft beer but very expensive - $10 a pint. Kinda soured the whole experience at the end of it. Happy hour I think they’re $7 so might be better to go then

Sidewalk sign advertises happy hour draft beers for $6, walked in and ordered a beer, and was charged $7.90. Small unnoticeable sign in the window says draft beers $7.Update your sidewalk sign. Say $7 plus tax. I wasnt the only customer unpleasantly surprised by this. Felt very misleading, wont be returning.

Great location with a BACKYARD area. There are so many beers, wines and seltzers to choose from and the service was amazing. Our bartender was super nice! Definitely will return!

I walked past this place one morning as I was walking through the Village and decided it was a place that I needed to visit. Im so glad that I did. Great selection of beers. Great staff, Chase was amazing. And it has such a great vibe and is a perfect compliment to the neighborhood. I would implore you all to give it a try. You wont be disappointed.

Great beer selection with even better service. Its super tight in the bar area and really hard to get around but not a big issue if you sit towards the back.

I waited for 10 minutes for a drink while the bartender repeatedly passed up people for his friends and would not even glance at people walking in the door. 3 people in line behind me also left due to the poor service. The bartender needs to socialize with his friends when hes not the only bartender on staff on a Saturday night.
