It’s is very tiny, intimate place . But we felt very relaxing there. The service was good, the band was decent . We came for a burlesque performance. Was a little bit disappointed as it was just for one song. Very short .The prices are reasonable

Wow what an experience!It’s the perfect place to hang out and have a drink and be entertained. The performers are amazing. Fun acts! The drinks are super good. What a night! Recommended for couples date night or friends night out! The vibe is great.

Fantastic speakeasy night club! Intimate setting, great for dates. The cocktails are top quality and we’re excellently balanced. We tried the Libertine, the money for the honey, and the ménage à trois. All were excellent! The duck confit was also delightful as was the chorizo flatbread.We saw two excellent burlesque acts, and the live jazz trio was very good.I definitely want to come back and ask the bartender to make a bartenders special, because I think he was excellent! The only part that wasn’t spectacular was the waitress was not paying attention at all to the tables, and it took quite some time to get service. Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience, and I can’t wait to go back!

This place is such a gem! You need to look for the red Coca Cola door in between lulu and jungle bird. They have fun looking cocktails, a magician and a burlesque show! They also have snacks (I saw someone get a flatbread, but I didn’t try it). Overall loved the decor and the vibe and the service was also great. Definitely recommend checking it out!

Swanky, moody, intimate, enchanting, super cool, sexy vibe is how I describe this hidden speakeasy in Chelsea. Our waitress, Isadora, was just precious, friendly, adorable, attentive. Delicious drinks were so unique, super tasty & the food was soooo yummy. The jazz trio was top notch, world class; just incredible. The players were just so talented & I would chase them anywhere to listen to them again. To get to this place to enjoy a spectacular night, you will need to look for the red Coca Cola door in between LuLu & Jungle Bird.

Wow, events here hosted by Olivur Yu are completely a vibe. Fun and fantastic, to say the least. Dress nice, you won’t regret watching the shows and drinking cute cocktails like a vintage socialite.

Went to the place today (Friday). It was very chilled and underwhelming. We arrived around 8:30 and saw 1 performance (dance)and that was it, no dancers just chilled live music. But there was no atmosphere in the place, no energy. Also, there is no dress code. There were people in shorts and snickers and tshirts.Personally I wouldn’t go back to this place

Went here for a dead rabbit event. Come 30 minutes early or you’ll be standing. Beautiful setting, drinks and vibes.My true experience with them was with the burlesque show that I tried to book with them via Pulsd 3-4 times. While their event cancellation and refund is super fast, their reservation of this event was a very negative experience.Via email, response stops after 2 email exchanges, phone never works, in person hostess can never pull up anything, even their instagram stops responding.After being told by a hostess to just show up one evening with my date, we were met with a “there’s a private event happening”.Then I finally got in touch with the event organizer via email with all the details. I had to ask to confirm but they finally set me up for a Resy. Once again, upon arrival we were met with a “there’s a private event happening”. With no communication of cancellation.I sent an email with slight frustration which they responded very fast at 11pm, taking no accountability, stating “we’re sorry you didn’t get the message”. Then they said my reservation that was made by them was for the restaurant, that’s why I didn’t get the message.Update: They’ve offered to make this up. TBAUpdate 2: They canceled the day before the make up reservation. At least I didn’t find out at the door this time. The End. We can now live happily ever after.

Such a great experience! The whole place felt like a 1920s speakeasy, everyone was dressed to the 9s and even the servers and bartenders were dressed for the vibe. Performances were also really good. Rare to be able to see such great acts in such an intimate environment.

Had an amazing place here. The atmosphere, people and vibe were amazing. Got a taro card reading, custom poem written and ended off with a great burlesque dance. Great place to take a date, cocktails were amazing too 😃 will come back soon!

Stumbled upon this place and was blown away by how insane it is… almost don’t want to post this to keep this spot low-key. Great cocktails, burlesque, tarot and even sword swallower. 100% will be returning

I went here on a date with a pulsd voucher, best money ive spent in recent times, service was lovely and very attentive the atmosphere was amazing and the burlesque performer / pianist and singer was a knockout! And drinks were definitely worth the price, will definitely be looking to come back!

I went by myself since my friend canceled but I went with the intention to enjoy my solo time as I usually do - luckily they accept me sitting in the front table on my own. I had Baked Camembert and it was so delicious that I wanted to take my time to enjoy it before the cheese dry out. I love how attentive and detail oriented was the host/waitress, she made sure that none of my drinks and food had my allergy ingredients and double checked with the kitchen. And the other gentleman who were assisting her serve was very friendly and helpful. I like that they didn’t bother me too much and let me enjoy my own company as I intended but yet watch from the distance to make sure if I needed anything. Top notch service. There was this only employee at the door at my exit that looked at me nasty like if I stink - a male, ware glasses, had a digital pad and was Asian - while greeting others with courtesy. My only suggestion is that be careful in hiring people with racial bias. Because there wasn’t anything on my appearance that say I don’t belong there because I was one of the few people who followed the proper dress code: cocktail black dress, high heels boots and looking gorgeous, of course. The drinks are pretty pricey for the quality of the cocktails and the seltzer water is way to expensive for mostly ice. Overall, the atmosphere was underwhelming for a night after a long busy week. I honestly expected a whole burlesque performance show but the performer only danced for the duration of a song (4 minutes) every hour until 9:30 pm. I would definitely go back if they make some improvement adjustments in food/drink quality to match their price, show performances duration and the service at the door.

One of my favorite spots in NYC! Amazing cocktails, Fabulous live entertainment such as burlesque acts, sword swallowers, psychics, and more! The Producer Olivur Yu and their extremely skilled, impeccably dressed, and professional staff bring such a magical, amazing energy to the room. Must go if you have the opportunity!! Xx

Atmosphere: Website advertises two show seatings one at 6 and another at 8 for burlesque but on our Saturday night visit from 6-7pm the place was empty and there was no performance of any kind.Drinks: Low-value. $12 for bottled beer and cocktails use base spirits such as Bacardi but are charged at $24. The fact it is not a true premium cocktail bar nor a venue makes the pricing excessive.Food: Fine.Overall, it was a big disappointment and failed to excell in any notable way.

I had made a reservation and received a confirmation email, but on the day of my planned visit, I received a call late in the afternoon informing me that the venue would be closed due to a private event.This is already the second time this has happened. If you cant honor reservations, you should either implement a system that prevents them from being made in the first place or post a notice on your website about closures due to events.Calling at 4 PM on the day of the reservation to inform customers that they cant come is extremely irresponsible.Because of your system, my weekend plans have been ruined twice already. I dont think Ill be attempting to visit again.

It promotes a burlesque show but it didnt even last 5mins. Very disappointing.

I used a pulsd deal with friends. Since there was a private event that booked the space before hand my reservation was pushed back twice but that was ok since we ended up having dinner at loulous.

Dingy basement with a cool door that calls itself a speakeasy so they can overcharge for drinks. Do yourself a favor and hit a nice rooftop unless you miss basement parties from high school.

I stumbled across this gem with my husband and was totally amazed. Firstly, the secretive entrance and what lies behind is is spectacular, the host was so gracious and I had some of the most interesting and delicious cocktails. If you like a sense of intrigue and mystique this place is for you! Stunning burlesque performances and I was told they have different performances each night! I had a really fascinating and accurate tarot card reading that night. 5 stars!! Cant wait to come back.

We had such a bad time - it’s hard to believe given the other reviews. We made a reso weeks in advance for 9 pm on a Friday. We arrive and the doorman is pretty off putting for one. Downstairs we sit at like a high top table and there’s jazz playing and the waitress takes our orders. First, they’re out of 3 of their speciality cocktails. Second, the jazz trio only plays for about 30 mins then packs up - ok fine, but weird; they’re backfilled by a dj. At 10 pm on a Friday, the waitress says she needs to close our check so she can end her shift - ok sure, but again unusual; her whole demeanor is “I’m telling you, not asking you”. They start cleaning up (? - they’re not closing?) and we end up with a candle that’s out being placed on our table - like we’re storage. Finally, a busser comes over to us and suggests that we move to the couch, we say “we’re ok here thanks” and then he says something like “you need to move I have to clean this table” (? - again, they’re not closing). At that point we just decided to leave. The drinks are also ok but not great - we went to a better cocktail bar a few blocks up and had a way better time.

The new best speakeasy salon! I felt like time travelled to Paris in 1920s. Wonderful performances with delicious cocktails. Will definitely come back again and again.

Absolutely love it here! The vibe is so cool, and the drinks are amazing. The party is so great even at 6 PM and the best part is you can go right upstairs and have an amazing dinner afterwards!

My favorite club scene in the city! The ambience is like a boujee, intimate speakeasy. Pulsd has an amazing deal that gets you 4 drinks, 2 flatbreads, and whatever entertainment is showing that night (ours was a tarot reading and DJ) for $79–well worth your while!

Great place, drinks were amazing!

Such a disappointment. We arrived for the 8:30pm show and we were told that the show actually would start at 9pm so we could order drinks and food while we waited. When 9pm rolled around there was not sign of the show starting. Also, the waiter would not even wait until we were done with our drinks before taking it away and asking if we wanted another. Finally, at 9:45 we asked what was going on with the show and another waiter showed up and said it had been cancelled because it was raining. They pushed food and drinks on us that entire time knowing the show was cancelled and didnt even bother to let us know until WE ASKED multiple times. We complained to the waiter and he said he was sorry and would bring us a another round of drinks on them and we place our order; however, he didnt bring what we order but instead another random shot. This place just took advantage and wasted our time.
