Bar Sprezzatura

Food was excellent, wow! Creative and well made Italian dishes great to share. Such good cocktails and wine list too. Loved the loungey OG Mediterranean decor, v comfy, and good music. The only thing is the sole, odd entrance on 48tb and unfriendly door guy. But up on floor 16, Bar Sprezzatura is lovely! A nice secret off Times Square.

Overall the atmosphere and service is very good. The view is not great contrary to other reviews, as all you see are buildings, but that is not a big deal. Recommended for a nice place to gather with friends for reasonably priced drinks in NYC where the focus is more on people vs food. I am scoring the food as average as we tried the seafood tower and the flavors did not necessarily have a consistent theme, even if they were interesting and nice to try on their own taste-wise (I recognize this comes off as quite picky, which it is, although I spent $85 on it). Some of the single items were very good though. I did not try the regular dishes, which may have been better for my tastes. The drinks were also average for the price.Overall, this is likely a great place for tourists and New Yorkers seeking to decompress with friends (the atmosphere is great inside). Perhaps not ideal for foodies.

This is a great new spot, in a neighborhood with very few truly upscale and trendy options. Beautiful rooftop with great views of the city and good ambiance, and a good crowd. Food and cocktails are also great - loved the mushroom forester dip, caprese crostinis and the pastas, and lots of good cheese/charcuterie options too. This will be my new midtown go to!

Came here for my wife’s birthday. Niki made us feel incredibly special and her recommendations were on point. Food is insanely delicious and the atmosphere on the roof is incredible. Highly recommended.

I went to this bar the other day with my friends and the service was absolutely amazing! Our server Maurice was very attentive and quick when it came to our food and drink orders. He was very helpful and patient with helping me and my friends to pick out good wine pairings. The artichokes and meatballs were tasty but the crostini’s only came with one which was disappointing. Overall great experience!

An amazing new rooftop bar in the heart of Midtown! So many things to highlight about this place:1. The outdoor rooftop has spectacular views of the city and the ambiance is very inviting.2. The food and drinks. A lot of thought has gone into developing a well-rounded and diverse selection of various dishes ans specialty cocktails.3. Service is top notch. Whether you’re sitting at the bar, at one of the lounge tables, or on the outdoor patio, the staff is extremely attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable.Definitely a must-visit!!

Service was good and the ambiance is nice. Overall it’s a very cute place. But they don’t have many options drink-wise.

My new favorite place in NYC. Great food, friendly service and amazing vibe. Clean bathrooms. Tiramisu is delicious, truly one of the best I’ve ever been served in a restaurant. Christian is a fabulous server. The wine guy - Phil — has an excellent palate.In the Kimpton diagonally across from Worldwide Plaza. Don’t give up. It’s on the 16th floor.One thing. They don’t accept cash. NYC law says they must accept it but they don’t.

This place is amazing - great food, ambiance and service. It’s equally great for breakfast or lunch, or dinner as well. I really like how it seamlessly transitions with outdoor as well. Worth going to!

Saw the entrance from the street on the way home from dinner in Hell’s Kitchen and decided to drop by for drinks. Beautiful decor and view, delicious drinks, and great service. Would absolutely recommend.

Jesus the bartender did an excellent job taking care of us. He made three very wonderful drinks and provided great service. We felt well taken care of while we were here.

Fantastic new spot quickly becoming my go to in the area! Such an oasis from the hustle and bustle of Times Square. Warm and genuine hospitality and a super cool vibe - beautifully designed and elegant while also feeling like a place where you can comfortably linger for a long night with good friends.Delicious food and cocktails (especially recommend the Forest Floor and the Tuna). Look forward to being back soon!

It’s located on the Penthouse and fax terrific views of Manhattan South. The staff was exceedingly friendly & courteous. The meatballs dish included 4 meatballs and the caprese crostini was delish.
