Starbucks

Will stop going at this location. Service is not friendly, is slow and products are not warmed enough. You should have picked the Extra warm option in the app was I told. Prices have become insane since 2 years (compared to the 4 other places in the block). Ill go elsewhere from now on.

I went here a couple of times. The staff is great and I got a few gifts from NYC👌🏻

I asked if he, Chicago can make my drink less sweet… he grabbed & threw away with attitude… then again made it wrong. C’mon Chicago, if you have a bad day, take off . Dont let others suffer your attitude. Thank you.

I hesitate to call this the worst Starbucks Ive ever been in. That said: the music was REALLY loud and the service was REALLY slow. So ... It was an uncomfortable, unpleasant experience. Worst ever? Nah. But Id think hard before I came in here again.several years later: the music is lower and the service was quick. and ... get this ... theres a counter with room for maybe 6 stools, two of which were present when I walked in. I sat on one, and seconds later they took the other one away. clear message: we dont want you here. not a great look, folks!

After several visits to this location, Ive finally decided Ill be better off at any other Starbucks. This ones closest to my office, so I keep going in, and every time Im really disappointed. On the one hand, its a Starbucks, so the prices and everything on the menu is what you expect. The problem is the service. Staff are so slow Ive seen would-be customers give up and walk out of the store. It must be loud behind the counter, because you have to practically yell to get them to understand your order. Ive had staff walk away from the register before the order was done, leaving it empty with a line behind me. Twice Ive tried redeeming rewards only to get charged instead, and they only fixed it once. In general, they seem more interested in talking to each other than working. Do yourself a favor and walk a few more blocks to the one on Broadway.

Service was pretty slow and the staff seemed like they didnt wanna be working. I understand i came in the morning but it was 10 am. Come on.Ive worked at a Starbucks for 3 years but this was the first time seeing partners move so slowly and unenergetically with no sense of urgency. I get it. We all get tired and the store probably was understaffed for so long with the partners being treated so poorly is most likely the reason but to actively show it to the point of the customer picking that up real quick is not the best thing to show.

ZERO FOR THE SERVICE.I made a simple order to my 4 yo son: a frozen lemonade for take away. Only 2 customers were at the shop but I have to wait several others in front of mine. When I asked why it was taking so long, the waiter showed my cup waiting over the counter, but keep passing others instead of doing mine. She only did mine once she finished all the line.At beginning, I thought she was only a messy employee, but finally, I think that my choice of not giving any TIP was the reason for this stupid behavior. Seriously guys, is it really worth getting burned for so little?

Went here yesterday, the workers were good, good service and quick. Only big complaint here is nowhere to sit. Came here to sit a bit and nothing here just a small section sits about 4 people

It was kind of busy in here. The servers where nice but I felt a bit rushed, but like any Starbucks I can understand that they are busy. They have a good range of options and the staff is still very kind and polite. Its still a good Starbucks to check out.

I walked in today thinking Im at my regular Starbucks grabbing something quick before I start my shift but I was wrong. I watched him add dairy to my drink when I asked for coconut milk I also paid extra for the coconut milk and java chips I never received the java chips. The guy seems really careless and didnt even apologize.

I went it today and I got the best experience everrr. Walking in was so refreshingly cool because outside was so hot and humid. The staff was so nice even though it was just two of them they made sure I got my order and even told me to relax because of how hot outside was. My only thing is your prices. Sheeesh you are getting worse with the prices. What’s up with the prices on the paper bags now??

This Starbucks is very unprofessional. From the workers to the music they have playing in the background. The store is clean however and does have modern cell phone power stations at the desks.

Great location! Drinks tasted excellent and there is indoor seating if you have your proof of vaccination.

Starbucks is a frachise, so each of them have different pros n cons. However - location convenience, cleanliness, and professionalism-with-smile will always be my Top 3 deal-breakers for me ;)

Came in this morning to pick up a to go order, and the two workers working were clearly in a terrible mood. I was not greeted upon entering and when I walked up to one and said good morning all I got back was a uhh hi I told them I came to pick up and was told wait and once it was done instead of them handed it over to me it was placed on the counter. Very rude and lack of customer service skills. Will not be returning to this location.

Clean and Nice small place. The staff is very kind and courteous! In addition, they are also very quick and efficient at their jobs! So if you need a quick coffee or any other drink, you should definitely stop by this Starbucks! I personally highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!

Staff were lovely, the store was not too busy but the speed of service was very slow, took 13 minutes for 3 basic hot drinks - 1 latte, 1 decaf latte and a hot chocolate. It was not clear what the hold up was, if busy it can be expected. That said, drinks were good and the ambience of the place is positive. Plenty of traditional people doing work on laptops with a few tourists.

There are a ton of outlets here which is super helpful if you are traveling by yourself. It doesnt get that crowded. The service is also great.

#LetsGuide. Large place with a beautiful view and well located and still with free wifi. Have some good meals, not all! However, there are several negatives such as the price that is high. A service that does not have qualification and respect for the client. I find sad a place so well organized and unhappy and suffer from these kinds of problems.

Starbucks just must start speed up things. It just too much to wait for coffee for more than 20 minutes. Just missing the point of a quick to go coffee. And one more thing about Starbucks in general: You must start air your locations. This is NYC, when it is cold outside, and so many machines working at the same time, it can be too much.I got my coffee after 24 minutes, and I could tell that the cashier can’t handle the stress when the lines got longer and longer. So instead of relax the people, here nervousness just made thing worst. Can’t blame here, it was really too much.

I want to start off by saying starbucks customer complaint number worked hard and fast to make me feel better about todays interaction and I almost didn’t do this review but I’m writing this to help better prepare others of what could happen to you simply waiting for Starbucks to open. Today March 3, 2020 I arrived at this Starbucks location at 5:57am ( because I googled the store hours which may have been outdated ) to buy a cup of coffee. When I arrived there was two young lady’s one seemly of African American decent and one of Latin decent who seemed to be preparing for business. I did not knock on the door nor did I speak anything to them because I was under the impression the store wasn’t to open until 6:00am so I was just standing outside of the location waiting for them to be ready. Through the glass door I could see them gawking with a seemly rude stare and expression on their faces as I waited for them to open. At about 6:06am I caught eye contact with the African American young lady and gestured at my wrist as to ask what time will they be opening and she replied with a air scribble. I didn’t comprehend the air scribble so I placed my face next to the crack in between the door panel and asked “what time do you guys open “ at this point the Latin women says with the most rude and aggressive tone “ WHAT DO YOU WANT “ ( now don’t try to justify it by saying she was trying to get my order ready this was a rude tone and the African American young lady laughed and shook her head as to say “ yeah why is he here “ I replied to the Latin women saying “ well, I’d like some coffee “ at this point the Latin women said “ we don’t open until 6:30am I don’t know why your standing in front of our store “ I was shocked and tooling back from how she chose to deal with me but I did not get mad I only replied “ well that’s all you needed to tell me communication is key “ and the Latin lady waved me off and turned around as if she was flipping me off. I decided at that point I would wait the now 10 minutes for them to open so I could still get my coffee with a receipt that would have one of their names on it and the store number to file a complaint. While I waited I decided to google the starbucks complaint number so I could call them and tell them about the less then professional interaction I was giving by these two young lady. The customer complaint hours operation hours weren’t for another few hours, so I then created an email to their corporate email address about this issues. As I’m standing outside writing the email next to my car ( I drive for Uber and Lyft ) I pick my head up and I’m shocked to see multiple NYPD cars and officers rushing by me straight to the Starbucks location and inside and were addressing the call which seemly came from one of the women. I waited for the officers to finish with the ladies and exit the store in which two officer approached me and ask me “ did you have a altercation with the ladies inside “ I replied “ No, I’m just waiting for them to open so I can get a cup of coffee and a receipt with their names on it so I can file a complaint because their being absolutely rude and disrespectful for no reason what so ever “ the officer says to his partner “ I told you all he wanted was coffee “ and laughed. I explained everything that I’m writing here to the officers and they understood but told me that the women said that I looked “ weird “ standing in front of the store as if I didn’t already let them know I wanted coffee. I’m appalled by this and will never revisit that Starbucks location as long as I live. Because of this situation I lost well over an hour of works pay and I suffered anxiety and embarrassment for no more then a failure to communicate on the workers behalf. I was brought to tears with all that happened for dimpling trying to get my morning joe from their women and have filed a complaint but Wanted to also fill one anyone who chooses this location for the coffee these women are totally unprofessional disrespectful and rude and do not deserve to work in such a fine establishment

No bathroom service for the 100s of ppl that come in & out of there..idk if it was t working\dirty or if they just closed it.SHAME on you Starbucks.there was a young man that was nice enough that worked there who suggested to go across the street to Morton Williams deli to use the 🚻.Cmon Starbucks I was here visiting from Fl & Starbucks is where I frequent daily.I wanted a butter crossaint on a plate they handed it to me in a bag....NO.If I tell u that Im wanting to sit down \eat my coffee\food ordered ..its usually customary to eat your food from a plate....no?The barista : no no plates..& yet their cupboards had all ceramic dishes & cups?...Starbucks....bad customer service.it may seem petulant to some baristas need a retraining (LIKE ANY place of business or coffee house) they should be able to serve\service ALL a customers needs if its in reach.

This is the most coziest and warmest Starbucks ever and I have traveled most of the world! They are usually so cold but not this one :)

Took forever to make an order and no one was here!!!! Walk to the Starbucks a few blocks away for much better service and get your actual drink order correct!

I have visited this starbucks in the past week for the first 3 times ever. The first time I ordered my breakfast an a coffee and it took about 20 mins, gave it another try in the afternoon on another day and my venti drink was forgotten on the ledge and if I didnt remind anyone I would have stood there for an hour until they realized where my cup was. Then today they have just two people making coffee and there are about 20-30 orders piling up. 20 min to make a mango black tea lemonade (that was not shaken and not sweet) and a frappuccino that was filled way over the top since I asked for no whip and then she proceeded to put the lid on and it overflowed through the top all over my hands and my shirt. Im not usually one to complain but three times in a row? Sorry, I will find another starbucks to go to.

As always, its products are good, but it is very small. There are like 3 chairs and nothing else. Thats a good locL to buy and take away. There is a bathroom, something that is very helpful for you as a tourist, when you stop for a few minutes.

All Starbucks have free wifi, but not all of them have bathrooms for customers. The ones they have in NY are always full.
