Much needed coffee stop, staff polite and helpfulWas late at night and after a busy day would have loved some seating, but it was standing only. Staff were busy serving and some tidying the store and the floor area. Coffe was good and hot, as already said , some seating would have been welcomed.

The location was OK, there werent too many booth spaces but there was plenty of high table seats available during my visit and individual seating, I stopped by during an afternoon, it wasnt too busy which was great. I was hoping to get some work done and had spotted the power pads for a portable charge for my phone on some of the tables, unfortunately the chargers dont appear to work. The staff was friendly, no complaints there.

I was very disappointed to get this terrible coffee and not what I ordered: a cold brew with a splash of vanilla cream. This appears and tastes like mostly cream. The service here is terrible. I do not recommend.

Big branch, busy morning, amazing stuff. A little bit messy and some left garbage on the seats.But ..The coffee is perfect. ..as usual.

This is the best Starbucks in the area! The service at this Starbucks is top notch. It’s a reliable place to get a good cup of coffee and a breakfast item. I love their ham and swiss croissant. This Starbucks is very clean and well maintained, I highly recommend it!

I actually come here a lot. its pretty big with a good music vibe and staff. Take a seat and charge your phone. Read a book or get some work done. FYI near by you have trouble getting a 🍻. Next door is a dunane read they sell Voodoo Ranchers lol just saying.

Hi, absolutely loved the store! I think i am in love with My barista, the curly haired, cute one. I think her name was Liv. She was so helpful! She helped with my directions as i was a tourist (I am Indian).She made my coffee order just like i wanted it! She has such a lovely smile. Probably the best Starbucks experience I have ever had, and it was only because of my barista. 🥰🫶🏼

The most beautiful Starbucks in NYC probably! 1971 street lamps inside and beautiful little tables, retro stalls with coffee backgrounds and marble tables with charging spots. A long table to sit at by the front window. Unfortunately the NFC charging spots at our table werent working. Friendly and professional cashier who waited for me to have change by my partner as they didnt have it for a 100$ bill and offered me a warm blueberry muffin just right out of the oven. Clean unisex toilette without need of mandatory purchases (which we did anyway after!). The atmosphere is very old fashioned with a modern beat, loved it overall.Only flaw: its freezing inside! Turn the AC a bit down please... (See picture of the outside window with condensation showing)

I order espresso and I get this :-( worst espresso I ever saw and drink, i just taste it and it not only looks but also taste like when you clean a coffee machine and a few drops fall into your cup. When I ask staff if this is how supposed to look Starbucks espresso they said yes. Real shame.

The guys working there are unmotivated and careless with orders. They tried to give me an order under a name that wasn’t mine, insisting that I had given my girlfriend’s name. Instead of apologizing for a mistake that can happen, they just kept pushing. I’ll never go back there. Hire people who actually want to work, not slack off.

The coffee is good, but no standard European coffees. The smallest coffee is half a liter

I only go when it opens since that’s when I’m in the area for work. Everyone is very pleasant even at 530 am. They say good morning with a smile and the place is super clean.

The service is fast and friendly. There are plenty of outlets to plug devices in for that quick top up or to do some work on a laptop. There are a couple of booths for meeting friends or clients and a meeting type table in the back. The bathrooms are clean. Overall, a very nice Starbucks with a great atmosphere.

Not all Starbucks have friendly staff, this one does. I also appreciate the big open space and many seats, because we all know how packed it can get. Because of this I can appreciate the fast service this current staff is offering. I know when Im stressed for time Starbucks is the solution. Lunch time can be really short quick coffee food can be appreciated.

I don’t know why the Yelp reviews are so angry, there is nothing to be worried about this place. There’s plenty of seating, the service is fast, the atmosphere is so stylish and fitting for New York, it’s a great location right in the middle of the Financials District, and all the other customers kept to themselves. It was a great place to get work done. They even have charging pads on the tables for those new fancy phones that charge without a cord.

(Ammended) I saw a sign at the Starbucks on Broadway that stated there is a supply shortage, which is why so many menu items were not available. It would be nice if there was a notification on the app or in this location.I thought the app was malfunctioning when it said so many items were out of stock at the store, when I arrived I found it to be true.The staff were very intricate when making the orders and communicated with each other efficiently to keep things moving productively.

There are literally beggars coming into this Starbucks while you are enjoying your coffee and asking for money. If you don’t give money, they are shouting expletives to you while swinging an iron chain! Is it Starbucks or prison?

1.12.18 - probably one of the nicest Starbucks Ive been to. There are individual booths for groups of 2-4. There are circular seating arrangements with small tables perfect for two people, and there are high seats. The staff is quick and nice and generally move fast.

Best Starbucks I have been to. The brewed coffee was of excellent strength and freshness. The layout was unique as it had several booths, each enclosed on three sides for increased privacy. The table in the booth had charging pads.

This is one of my usual spots and I really love it but sometimes the service is not in the mood and when they are not they are slower than usual and my coffee is not he same so in these moments I am not that happy but still we all have bad days so I am completely fine with that. You can find different ways to make your coffee and they have good sandwiches so if you are hungry u can grab something from there.

Near stock exchange, nice location. Make sure u know what ur ordering, as they have so many varieties. I remember growing up with just 2 names, Coffee ah Tea ah...

The dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been in. Not a single person working there cares about clients or cleanliness. Just look at where the soap is for washing hands....in a Starbucks coffee cup that everyone has touched. If its soap at all!!! The place is disgusting. Coffee is also average. Avoid.

The location is quite busy and there are often long lines. Due to the area and based on the time constraints of nearby employees vying for a quick breakfast, lunch, or coffee selection, there is usually a wait. The chain offers good choices but sometimes the wait can deter you.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Period. The whole place is unclean, but the bathrooms are straight up disgusting. Not like maybe some inconsiderate person just went in there and ruined the bathroom and they havent had time to clean it yet, more like these bathrooms havent been cleaned in a month disgusting. Layers of dirt, piss, excrement, and public hair disgusting.Staff were dismissive and uncaring. If this were some random coffee shop I wouldnt care, wouldnt even bother to leave a review. But I expect better from Starbucks, at least a minimum standard of cleanliness. Will never return to this location. Get your s*** together.

It’s located near the NYSE & wall Street financial area and very easy to spot. It has some nice seating area and nice view from them. You get nice and calm feeling in there. If you go visiting the Charging bull on the Broadway then it’s about two blocks away from it on the conner of Broad & Beaver Street.

Great staff.. unfortunately its unbearably busy with the tight pants & vest wearing wall st. D-bag crowd and endless tourists. And its SO LOUD playing the worst music they can find...where do you even find such horrible music?! Seriously?

Bored employees, the one at the register didnt even asked for the size she just put Grande. The one that made the coffee just throw that on the table. The bathrooms were very dirty. The only good thing here were the wireless charging spots in the back.

I am appalled by the decisions that were made against a returning customer. I believe that no one should ever have to go through what I went through today.Today, at around 6:00 AM, I go to this location in hopes of recharging myself for the day. Since I am a returning customer and I would always reward good gestures, I thought it wouldnt harm anyone or disturb the peace for me to take the power map. It was made apparent to me that that sort of behavior was not tolerated in this location, but its not the action that bothered me. At that moment, when a staff member named Brandy woke me up and told me I needed to go somewhere else because this wasnt an establishment for sleeping, she did so with an attitude similar to how you would shoo away a homeless person. She treated me, a returning PAYING customer, like a homeless person.I approached Brandy and calmly told her that I didnt appreciate what she did, but this staff member didnt take regard in how I felt about the situation, told me that it was protocol for her to perform such actions, and basically shifted the blame to me by saying, You dont go to an establishment to sleep. This is not your home. I find that surprising because Ive been to other Starbucks establishments where they would treat me as if I were at home and even allowed for power naps, but I was already in a bad mood because of the aforementioned action, and this staff member happened to make it worse.If that wasnt bad enough, now I was vocal. I wasnt causing a scene by any stretch of the imagination, but now I was verbally upset. I was expressing the fact that this isnt how Starbucks should treat paying customers. It didnt take long for another staff member to say they might need to get the authorities involved. I had not commit any crime at the time. I wasnt harassing anyone at the store, yet I was treated as if I was. I had no intention to cause any harm to the establishment or the people in it, but I was treated as if I was. I simply expressed a feedback and they escalated it to a threat to call the cops. I dont know about anyone else, but I would certainly not have done what the entire staff team did around that time.I am appalled, disgusted, and, quite frankly, pissed off about what they did to me, and I believe no one, especially not a returning customer, deserves this kind of treatment. I refuse to give a good review to a location where the ENTIRE staff team in this location did not assess the situation well and put me in a position where I felt threatened. Who knows, maybe they were right in saying that I shouldnt treat Starbucks as my home because its an established business, but you know what? Starbucks is a home away from home from time to time, and Im very upset that I was thrown into the cold like a homeless person and was treated like a criminal in this location. Such behavior and decisions does not merit a good review. My only hope right now is that I get a sincere apology from each and every staff member in this location that gave me a bad experience at Starbucks.

Always long wait for services. Ordered two tall teas. One was ready within a minute, the other took full five. Most of the time my latte drink is ready way before my sandwich is warm, which is strange since they have to brew the coffee and add stuff to it whereas all they had to do with a sandwich is warm it up.

Worst customer service I ever recieved from a Starbucks. Our change was thrown at us with no apology. 6 employees behind counter laughing and talking and not helping customers . their conversation very inappropriate and unprofessional. As they hand u ur drink they are talking to each other not even looking at you. Our oatmeal was cold and drinks were prepared horribly. Promise I will never be back seems their manager doesnt care about the art of customer service. Gives a bad name to Starbucks for sure!!!

I visit this Starbucks much less often. Customer service has continued to plummet over the years, now the staff is just unpleasant. There are too many other great coffee shops nearby with delicious coffee, better food and nicer people.

Ordered an impossible breakfast sandwich which was still frozen. Got a replacement sandwich, still frozen. Stay away. Wasn’t even during peak hours.

Charged me for my drink qnd extra before checking that they had the extra that I requested.Gentleman behind me ordered his usual, explained what his usual was, and they still apparently misheard him and made the wrong thing (Hot vs. Iced).Not impressed to say the least, but it was clean.

Toilets really dirty & no friendly Staff.My Order was wrong. I received Decaf but I ordered a regular Coffee. The Toilets have neither paper nor soap and they are dirty.I asked friendly for a some boiled water for my Babys Bottle and they told me I need to make the line, which it was really long.

Sunday July 9th; 7:16am. Myself and other patrons were at the door of Starbucks Beacon and Broad Street - NYC. The barrista (if you wish) didnt open up despite the fact that opening time is supposed to be 7am. We knock and ask what time; she looks up does a head cutting sign (finger to neck) to indicate they are closed then and puts up 8 fingers to indicate it will open at 8.I returned at 8:15. Still closed. This time she raises her shoulders 🤷🏾‍♀️. I dont know what the deal was. Its outrageous and it was the only sit down coffee shop meant to be open at this time. Management should be outraged and embarrassed OR they should change Sunday opening times.

Yes, I actually gave a Starbucks 5 stars. Why? Because its spacious, clean, and remarkably comfortable for what youd expect space-wise in this neighborhood. Honestly, in pretty much ANY neighborhood.

Like so many Starbucks this one is in the middle of the financial district. You could come here while enjoying Wall Street. Enjoy the sights there are around here, the different museums they have, and its not a far walk to pier 17. Im pretty sure they get busy during the week but during off peak hours walk inside and see what they have to offer. Nothing different than any other Starbucks though. Enjoy nyc and the financial district.

This is a roomy Starbucks. I found the service to be fast. They quickly correct any errors (which are seldom). They also strive hard to keep the place tidy.

Adam loved being at Starbucks, Sadly our beloved Son died on August 11 2016 . He was at Starbuck nearly everyday his favorite place he lived on broad street right across . Since then we have come to visit for his memorial anniversary from Canada and always visit Starbuck on broad street in memory of his awesome life RIP

Probably my favorite Starbucks in the city. Right next to the NYSE, large seating area, good selection of food and there are wireless chargers. Since it’s a big location they test a lot of new ideas and features here before rolling them out elsewhere. Been getting coffee here regularly for 5 years.

I took the pumpkin spice latte which was good , but not as good as in the UK. Staff polite but very slow.

The barista Keisha gave me a dirty cup and got upset because I requested a clean cup and abruptly walked away while I wasnt finished with my order and ignored me then the manager didnt care to give me her name so I send an email to corporate headquarters.(shouldnt they should have name tags?)I will never go to this location ever again.

The team works well together!They always offer my dog a pup cup.I appreciate this being the fidi neighborhood Starbucks.Usually the atmosphere is very open, not over crowded, and if anything I think this Starbucks maybe could use a little updating. It’s feeling a little dated,lacking that charm some have. The interior is not as warm/inviting as other Starbucks.

I like this location of Starbucks more than any other in New York City. The coffee is good, of course, but the snacks are even better. I like their donuts, scones and even pizza that they serve occasionally. The tall coffee is actually their version of small. It is not very small, perfect for an adult. You can also give your phone number and they will text you when your order is ready. Coffee is available on demand and it is unlimited. Cappuccino is made to order. Goat milk is an option but not lactose free Goat milk.

Convenient, spacious and clean. Centrally-located. Great selections. Open long hours.

Being from Seattle, this place needs a lot of help! They burnt the latte and the drip tasted weird. Maybe try a different one nearby?

Run out of everything in the mid afternoon... No skim milk or dark roast coffee even. But the latte was not bad.

Very happy with my visit at this location.I usually order the vanilla cream cold brew with ice and shaken and always am told it doesnt come with ice and Im given the ice separately. Today they did exactly what I asked for at this location.Thanks Chris for putting in my order as requested!

Very cozy place with extremely friendly workers. Only downside was one of the restrooms was covered in urine all over the toilet and floors, while the other restroom had no paper of any kind.

A great place to visit out of the 3 Starbucks within this area that is a block away from each other this is the best. Its the biggest one by far and its a great atmosphere to relax and get some coffee. There is also a bathroom which is a plus and some fast food stores near buy. The wifi works well so for students and others who need to do work while catching a break this is a place to consider.

The rest room is available to all who come into the store. You dont have to purchase anything. This resulted in a disgusting restroom used by the homeless around the area. Urine all over the floor and seat as well also stool stains all around. The restroom requires a considerable amount of staff attention to ensue cleanliness.

I asked for dairy free products and they couldnt answer. I later discovered on the website that they did actually have some.Anyway, I buy the only vegan option they have - bagel - and they asked me if I wanted butter or cheese in it. Like, seriously?How can you work in the food industry and have no idea what dairy free means?At least toilets were clean.

This place is amazing it has been there for a while more than 10 years. People come and go but service never change… always on point. It’s my favorite spot from all the stores. It has great locations close to the best part near the harbor it is always ready to help you sail through your busy day at the office or visiting the lady liberty or just simply recharge your battery your the last work to Times Square.

Earlier this afternoon ordered my usual sandwich & coffee. Sandwich arrived quickly, then stood there for nearly 25 minutes waiting on my coffee. Nobody asked what I was still waiting for, in fact they looked a little annoyed I was still there. Finally I asked about it and they had no idea what I meant. I can see the charge on my card so I know they at least knew to charge me for it. Asked me if a completely different order was mine, I had to re-order all over again. This is the third time its happened here in the last two weeks, always the same thing where they remember my sandwich but lose my coffee. Sandwich is always cold by the time I get to eat it. Also there was an instance of a person cutting right in front of the line from the other direction, in plain view of the staff, and them serving him like nothing happened. This place is right on my way to work but Im not leaving the house 30 minutes earlier or spending my entire lunch break standing at the counter. Ill just go to Potbelly. Good luck to you.

This is my favorite store in FiDi. The entire staff make every visit a fun experience. I say “fun” because there’s always something to laugh about when I stop by, which is practically every single day!

This is without doubt one of the better Starbucks Coffee stores.They serve great coffee… consistently.Ample seating with tables and booths—I’ve never seen a store with booths.And on some tables, there are built-in wireless charging docks.

They dont have Venti cups. Other things so good. Recommended.

One of the best Starbucks around Wall St area, drinks are always perfect. Employees are very kind and accommodating. If you wanna just pickup and go, highly recommend you order on the app. They have ample seating available especially for a NYC Starbucks.

Good place, clean, friendly, always good service. The only reason its not 5 stars is that it can be super-busy and there can end up being a wait. The store is oddly configured, so it often feels crammed while ordering.Extra points for being on the corner of beaver and broad.

A good size Starbucks that you can charge your phone at some of the booths with the built in chargers. Never had any problems and staff is friendly and courteous

Very nice people and a fast service

Cappuccino is my favorite drink here. Being a vegetarian I prefer Spinach and corn cheese Sandwich here. Other drink I like here is Frappachino chocolate java chips, it tastes awesome and being chilled, it is good in summer. The staff here are good. During morning rush hour they work fast to clear the line.

Love love love love. The ambiance at this location is electric. The energy and organization that the staff here us exceptional. This Starbucks is very busy in the morning which is the time I usually go. I then stop in the early evening to have my last cup while I study. By that time its very tranquil. Thanks Starbucks!!!! Convenient place, somewhat irritated personell, probably just tired

If negative review stars were a thing, I would give NEGATIVE REVIEW STARS - There is this barista who gave me and my mom attitude and made the coffee wrong. When I asked her why there was barely any coffee she wanted to argue with me. I am the customer; I am the one paying. When I ask for a drink to be re made you should not be giving me attitude. After she made it for the second time (still with barely any coffee in it) she started talking about me and my mom in front of her manager and looking directly at us. She needs to be evaluating and trained in customer service. This used to be my everyday spot, now it will not be. Higher management needs to check their cameras on date February 11, 2022 around 6:00-6:30 P.M . Starbucks is a place to drink a coffee and sit down calmly not act negative and she is full of negativity that should not be allowed at starbucks.

Came in today with my wife. The doors were locked but the establishment was open. One of the doors was open. Some guy came in and yelled at the manager about locked doors being a fire hazard. They quickly unlocked the doors and more customers started entering. My coffee was decent (signature burnt flavor) reliably okay tasting warm drink for the brisk evening.

The people are nice, but SB is really taking advantage, & I dont want to hear abt safety anymore. Most restaurants are doing just fine. So wheres the seating? Wheres the Splenda, the sugar, straws, cinnamon, plastic cutlery & milk if the client wants to grab some? Wheres the Siracha sauce? Get with it, please.

Despite it being high traffic location, they are organized. friendly and accommodating. I love seeing everyones face light up like a child on Christmas morn! Very clean bathrooms and facilities.

This is probably the most awesome Starbucks Ive ever been to. I love the charging stations on the tables! My phone was almost dead and I needed an Uber. This technology helped! Plus its huge and had lots of room to sit and talk.

Overall its a good Starbucks, but they often close earlier then their hours specify and they seem to close based on the whims of the employees working there. Its frustrating because I often come 15 minutes or a half hour before they are supposed to close and the employees wont let me in.

Fast service. Ordered coffee and a banana loaf, was out in less than 5 minutes

Typical Starbucks. Hard to locate because is located within Giant supermarket. No signs from rt 611, making it hard to locate. Had to ask locals. Get in the strip mall and drive all the way to the rear of the supermarket. Enter from Pharmacy door.

Nice set up. Friendly staff. The food is good and they have wine and mac n cheese.

Ticketing machine broke down and they still were incredibly fast and helpful. Took orders by hand until the machine was fixed. Excellent employees.

I came to New York two days ago with my girlfriend and today we happened to pass by Starbucks Broad Street. We went inside and had an absolute blast. Despite the late hour, the whole team and especially Nakita went over the top to make us feel welcomed to this amazing city. We definitely recommend thos place and want to thank them again for all their help.

This is one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The service is so unbelievably slow - down by wall st an it always takes at least 20 minutes to get a drink even when it’s not crazy busy most of my coworkers will not go there am now I see why
