It is one the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I go there often with some friends and it’s a great meeting place and it nice and big and has great food and drinks.

So I placed an order online for a venti matcha latte with 6 scoops of matcha and walked over to the Starbucks location, I saw Lou making my drink and I dont know if he was having a bad day or whatever happened but when he saw the sticker on my cup he sucked his teeth and nodded in disapproval, he then proceeded to just poured a very little amount of matcha in my cup, mixed it and just handed it to me, the drink tasted just like soy milk, I just dont understand the nasty attitude he gave me. This is why I stopped being a regular because this is not the first time this happens, I thought the whole idea of customizing your order was to actually get whatever you wanted the way you wanted, because otherwise whats the damn point? This is why Im becoming a regular at Gregorys Coffee.

Even I ask few times I didn’t get my latte ((( . I understand it was early in the morning but isn’t it the best time for coffee??

I’ve been going to Starbucks since 2011 and this was the first time I went to a Starbucks and left better than when I entered. The staff here is superb, they are so personable, kind and deeply helpful. I entered on a seemingly normal day for myself, into a lively cafe of people who were enjoying their experiences. The staff had organized a little event and were sharing samples of creations,that are now some of my personal favorites. Not only did this create an environment of community that is usually devoid in a Starbucks due to it being a chain; but it also made my day. This is by far the best Starbucks location I’ve been to not only in the US but abroad.

Cashier was nice, ignored my drink request 100%. Confirmed twice that I wanted a tall matcha Frappuccino with no whip cream. I was charged for a grande and it came with a ton of whipped cream. Worst was the plain brewed coffee- it was literally lukewarm and gross. I leaned my lesson and won’t be going to Starbucks again. There’s too many other better places to go.

They missed my order so I had to wait forever. Absolutely disrespectful attitude from the employee - I got no apologies but ignorance. I will never visit this location again.

If you go around Noon. Dont expect your drink soon. A tall, slim barista with an attitude could care less about you. I always have a problem when he doing the drinks.

Avoid this location. Not worth the time.

Seemed like place was closing down hours before the sign showed closed. Chairs flipped on top of tables. Very friendly staff.

The music is super loud and the baristas shout out at clients and each other to be heard. Can’t hear what they say and can’t be heard. Got my name misspelled and missed the order when it was ready. Overall crowded, messy and noisy place. Most baristas are friendly though.

Great addition to the neighborhood!EDIT (feb 2018): Its been getting quite crowded; but what bothers me the most is that the MUSIC IS EXTREMELY LOUD at this site. Its close to impossible to enjoy a cup of coffee in a pleasant environment.

Some employees are extremely nice and welcoming, I wish I knew there names. Then you have others with terrible customer service skills. Makes me want to stop going. Additionally, the music is super loud hardly hear yourself.

The otherwise very friendly employees use this place as their private boombox. The music is so loud you cant have a conversation or listen to music on your headphones.Other than that, the store is clean, service is fast and friendly. But the music ruins it.

Worst location. Customers waiting outside knocking being ignored by staff inside.Customers came and went frustrated. Location was supposed to be opened at 6am and 8:15am this location still wasnt open. They turn off the phones frequently and have locked their doors an hour early on more than one occasion. I waited and orfer ahead finally resumed at about 10am. And someone, either a staff member off duty or a friend of the staff got an order of a drink and something bagged ans exited promptly from a side door.

Just came here and wow. I really felt like I was at home talking to Kay, its really easy to feel comfortable with her. Not only that but she sold me on the Blonde Brown Sugar Oat Milk Latte and just...its my go to now I dont want anything else.Kay is the exact type of person I want to see everywhere

I find Starbucks to be overrated and overpriced. But I needed a cup of joe to get me through my evening so it served its purpose. It was clean, the staff was courteous and I like that you don’t necessarily have to be a paying customer to sit for a bit while waiting for someone or need to pass the time.

Great service on some days, but terrible on others. Came there Thursday afternoon, ordered a venti Strawberry Acai and got a flavorless Mango Dragonfruit. But I visit every week on Monday and they get my order perfect everytime. But seriously understaffed.

Wish my iced coffee tastes like coffee.This place needs better management.The girl at the counter giving drinks out is not pleasant at all.When you guys first opened you were brilliant now it’s just either bad training, bad hiring or bad management.

If I can give it a zero I will. First of all they poured my coffee from another cup and poured the classic sugar syrup from a cup in the sink and didn’t bother to measure it. I asked for half and half and the guy preceded to pour whole milk in front of me and when I ask for half n half he said “oh it’s inside”

Ive been here almost every weekend this summer, and every time the staff have been helpful, kind, and just overall amazing customer service. The drinks and food are good, and when I was coming in at a consistent time they started to remember my order.

I walk in to get me a coffee. Seeing the line I thought I would use a restroom and order me one. This guy ALBERT tells me I have to order first to use a restroom. I go order coffee nd he is in restroom telling me I cant use it for 20min. Because he is cleaning... This is how you treat a paying cuatomer... It would have been one min the most... I used restroom after 15min nd it didnt even look clean.. little bit of understanding would have gone a long way!!!

I ordered a low sugar chai tea latte (medical issues). The guy didn’t want to make it and lied, saying the low sugar was falsely advertised and actually had more sugar. Really went out of the way to come up with that one and claim all of Starbucks advertising to be fraudulent.When I ordered it anyway, his face fell and he asked someone to go get it. Then he said, it’s in the back and most people don’t get.Liar, liar pants on fire. Sometimes you get caught and just took ridiculous.

This place sux!!! Close it down!!! Place closes at 8. There at 324, and they are acting like they gonna close at 330. They had chairs up on the table, and block the recycle garbage with napkin holders. They say they dont have stuff, so they dont have to do anything. They block the bathrooms with Huge garbage cans, hello it a coffee place!! How I gonna drink coffee and not have a bathroom. Just mean!!! Guy came in to go to the bathroom and couldnt, so he started taking stuff in retaliation. And they act like they dont see anything. So, if you are in the area. You are here with your kids, just avoid this place. AND Coporate HOW could YOU allow this? Id love to see undercover boss here, lol. Skip this one. Youve been warned!!!! 😠

The worst Starbucks ever!!!!! It truly doesn’t even deserve a star. Cashier is to slow, waited 6 mins to give my order!!! Then waited 15 mins more to get my order and that was wrong!! Completely disappointed. The workers are more interested in having conversations amongst themselves then actually doing there job correctly. To top it off the place was dirty, tables filled with old cups and coffee stains. I was in there for 21 mins and not one worker cleaned the tables! To be honest they shouldn’t be open or they should get new workers!!!! Worst experience ever!!!!!

They locked the doors 15 minutes before closing and wouldnt let us in... guess their hours are flexible

Everyone who works at this location deserves a raise. This place is PACKED every morning and they still manage to get out orders quick and make sure that the mobile orders are going out to the right people

It’s been a few times that I have encountered rude staff. Why have bad attitudes and work in a service industry? The management needs to do more training.

Worst Starbucks ever, staff very slow and juts two people working when there is like 4 other workers on the floor. I had to walk away twice the waiting juts to order a coffee is ridiculous and the waiting to get the drink is another extra time very disappointed.

One of the newer and nicer Starbucks. Not a ton of seating, but not so few that it’s a problem. Only thing is they keep the music a little too loud.

One of my favorite Starbucks stores! Everyone is pretty chill there, and its quite a walk away from the train. But the atmosphere is nice.

This Starbucks in particular was really slow and impolite... The baristas were just talking and took them 10 minutes to give me an Americano when they were just talking about food and toys.

While I understand staff may be busy, its essential not to let fatigue affect customer interactions. Not only did they misspell my name, but their overall demeanor suggested they werent really listening to me. I ordered a tall but received a grande. This level of carelessness and apparent disinterest made it the most disappointing Starbucks visit Ive had.

This is the best Starbucks ever. They game me FREE premium quality water.

Contrary to what google maps says, this starbucks DOES NOT open @ 5:30am. Nor was I able to cancel my app order. Fail.

Some of the staff is nice but most of them are incredibly rude. The whole place is incredibly unorganized.

I had one of the worst experiences at this location... I felt discriminated, plus they made my tea which tested like toilet water... I think if you arent capable of working with people and have a positive attitude, this is not your field

I’m begging the store manager here to step up the game. HIRE COMPETENT PEOPLE. I was here on New Years Day and this guy who’s clearly a newbie made both my orders wrong, the vanilla cold foam came out liquid TWICE, the second time he just shook his head, laughed and gave me my coffee. I was in a huge rush so I just left. Wasted $15 that morning. There’s another skinny guy who’s constantly getting orders wrong and being sassy with customers. The women there are carrying the team honestly.Please for the love of God, hire people that can make the drink and treat them well. Your workers are tired and miserable and the customers aren’t happy.

Terrible service, I walked into a Starbucks on 61st street at 8:30 PM on Wednesday June 12 and asked for a cup of water, this man refused and gave attitude, if this is how Starbucks treats their customers then they should be shut down.

I actually can’t believe the workers at this location. This has been my worst Starbucks experience. Right away the location was extremely chaotic and loud filled with middle schoolers (not the fault of the Starbucks at all) so I felt bad for the workers but I didn’t anymore when I ordered. The worker taking the order was extremely monotone and looked fed up- okay I understand it’s stressful no problem I brushed it off, but then when my drink came out lighter than I wanted I asked the barista very apologetically and politely to add to it and they replied with the nastiest attitude of sarcasm. If you hate your job so much that you have to talk back to a customer asking you something politely then you should change jobs. Only good thing about the location is that they have wifi, a bathroom and some wall plugs.

As Starbucks go - I have found this location to be mostly stress free with friendly baristas

This Starbucks (21 West End Avenue) is great. Why? This one woman behind the counter is AMAZING! Starbucks is lucky to have her. Just the epitome of what service should be. I only wish I got her name but she worked today (2/28/23) and simply provides the most excellent service! TY!!

I wish I could give this location -0 stars. The customer service here is horrible. The wait time for a coffee is insanely long. They never have seasonal ingredients ever. No pumpkin spice for weeks. The baristas have horrible ghetto attitudes when you ask a question or if the coffee isn’t made right. You have to scream over the loud music so they can hear your order. I dread every time I have to order from this location. I avoid it as much as possible living in this neighborhood. Better off going to 57th and 10 Avenue location.

Located on a corner, plenty of window space, arm chairs, soft seating, a few tables, power outlets, WiFi.

Food is standard for all starbucks but i feel like the rampant hell that erupts in there from when kids r let out for lunch needs to change. staff are also being super unprofessional and unproductive. i’ll go to the 65th location from now on

They frequently close not at the store advertised hours. Sundays hours are advertised as 5:30 close and the store was already closed multiple times at 5pm. In addition I have been a starbucks customer for 25 years and this is probably the worst staff I have seen at any starbucks location. There are lines of people waiting while the staff chitchats among each other and consistently makes the drinks wrong. Total disregard for the customers. I hope management can take some action here to turn this location around.

This is my first time visiting this Starbucks...With that being said it was a staff of 3 employees I arrived at 6:36am and was out the door at 6:43 am2 male employees (black) & 1 female employee (Spanish)I observed the employees while waiting for a Pistachio Latte... the 2 male employees was working their buns off, especially the gentleman making the Drinks....The Spanish female on the other hand, constantly nursed a bunch of cups she was supposed to be stacking, while constantly trying to engage her male co worker in conversation... several customers were waiting for their orders,a milk like drink had spilled all over the counter behind the counter and instead of this young lady trying to help her co workers, she was constantly looking to chat at 6:40am in the morning.....It was disappointing to see her co workers carrying the weight of the work while her lazy backside, just stood by looking to run her mouth

Never able to place orders trough the mobile app they purposely mark drinks not in stock not just one drink all of them including food items so people won’t place mobile orders in the morning we have jobs in the morning the purpose is to place the order ahead of time !

Nice staff; pleasant and roomy atmosphere.

I come to this place after school hours and you can tell they are understaffed. There is never dark roast coffee brewed at this time and they don’t offer a pour over in place of that. No toilet paper in bathroom (they are probably too busy) and no receipt paper left in store today. They need a good store manager to help make things run a bit smoother. Most of the staff is nice.

Rude. Slow service. I stood at the register for 5 min waiting to order while 6 employees stood behind the counter in front of me chatting with each other. The guy who eventually took my order started to take it and in the middle of my ordering he turns away and starts talking to an employee again. SUCH TERRIBLE RUDE SERVICE.

This is my closest Starbucks and used to frequent it often before Covid19. There are usually long lines as they are understaffed. I highly recommend placing your mobile order before heading to this location. Even with mobile ordering, the wait time especially on weekends around 930-11 am is more than 15 minutes. However, the staff are polite and kind. They have been cleaning and maintaining all social distancing protocols.

I live about three blocks from the Starbucks. It is almost a 2 years old I believe and I was so happy when it opened! From about 2:45-4:30 in the afternoon it is packed with kids all trying to spend their allowances on Trent’s fraps as it is located smack next to a school. Other than a bit of slow service, this place is amazing. Staff is wonderful and kind 😀 whoever said that they were swore at by staff is probably over dramatic. The staff at this place is great!

Starbucks is always a welcoming experience, open to community relations. We bounded with an 11 month and his mom, a French bulldog who enthusiastically ate a bite of my vanilla scone, and a man I engagedin a discussion of the merits of Biden. Oh, yes, we enjoyed our cold brews too. The staff is professional and friendly, and the environment, clean.

The loudest music possible and last time I was there they made up a bizarre story about being out of ice, then offered me an ICED caramel latte instead of a Frappuccino. Just say “I don’t feel like making that” at this point.

I came in yesterday night before they were closing with my younger cousin. I didn’t realize the time and I walked up to the register and noticed they were cleaning up. I asked if they were closing and one of the girls said “yeah we are.” (Came off a little rude but it’s okay) The girl at the register named Kay said “no it’s okay what can I get for you” I said I could just take a coffee because I didn’t want to make them clean again. She insisted and said to not worry that we could order anything. Following that, Kay was soooo sweet to my cousin and I. She made conversation and was so nice I felt like she needed a good review. (I don’t usually do this) She was extremely sweet, made our night and made us try a new drink. If I lived in NYC I would go back to this Starbucks just for her!!

Weak coffee... Pike place tastes like water.... maybe someone needs more training.Also... one day they ran out of small cups so they were telling people to buy bigger drinks! Needs more management skills!

Might be the worst Starbucks in Manhattan. Consistently struggles with app orders so they’ve turned off ordering ahead. The final straw came as they refused to open its doors by 7:05am (opening is supposedly 6:30am) as customers waited outside in the rain. It seemed as if the staff were expertly trained to ignore customers.

The Starbucks is in need of more workers or faster workers it’s always crowded and many times needs a little pick up/cleaning person. The employees are friendly and they try their best, but they need to expand or get more support.

I only purchase a chocolate cookie and a cake pop, just so my 4 year old daughter could use the restroom. Which they told me can’t be used. I then received my food and left gave my daughter her cake pop and getting ready to eat my cookie cone to realize they messed up my order, they gave me two cake pops 😒

Not a typical Starbucks experience. When I came up to order, two of the staff members were avoiding the register. The one finally came over to say that the cashier was in the bathroom and should be out to take my order soon. A couple minutes goes by and she comes back to ask me for my order and said the cashier will ring it up when she comes back. The cashier never came back. Kinda wonder if shes having some issues in the bathroom because there were people starting to line up behind me. Eventually the same girl just asks if she can ring me up in place of the missing cashier. I guess they have their set jobs? Sure hope that cashier was okay.

Trash on the floor, trash all over the condiment station, long wait for drinks on the app or after waiting in the always long line. Even the outside of the store is messy. Drinks aren’t made consistently or to a high quality.

Today I went into Starbucks and due to their customer service I feel obligated to praise DJ and Markus. I oredered my favorite, Oreo frappe. I left able to make my deadline in two mins. Great service LOVE YOU GUYS

The barista made my green tea latte with the powder for one of the refreshers either in the cup or didnt rinse out the shaker cup well enough. It made my drink taster nasty.

Hello, today I came into Starbucks to get the usual mocha Frappuccino. Once again, had a fast & smooth experience with Dj & Markus. Both memeber were passionate and outgoing. They definitely reached maximum customer satisfaction for me. Will definitely be coming here consistently to get my Starbucks order. Feels like such a welcoming environment. Thank you .

Starbucks in NYC are the worst. Consistently, they are dirty and the service sucks. The staff at this one are like rude, stoic robots without emotions. The coffee is good ... after all, it’s starbucks. But the service just sucks. This town is the only place where we seek the smaller, local coffee shops. Unless you absolutely have to have a SBs, go to the local shops. I gave them two stars and both were earned by the coffee and not the staff!

Pretty big location. After 3pm its too loud in here as all the kids from the school next door come in to hang out. I like to come early for coffee and to read or browse online and check emails.

By far one of the top three slowest Starbucks across NYC. Doing mobile order is futile given the glacial pace.

Here, if you dont tip, you can wait forever for your order! They keep a keen eye on whether you left a tip or not. If not, then they pretend that your order doesn’t exist at all! I waited 10 minutes for my latte! Despite the fact that there was only one person in front of me and no one behind me.
