The customer service was on point. We were immediately greeted upon entering. We were seated quickly. Our waiter Manuel was knowledgeable about the menu options including vegetarian favorites for myself. The eggplant Parmesan was AMAZING! The desserts were chefs kiss. Everyone knows you cant come to New York without having cheesecake and Arnos cheesecake was incredible. I would totally recommend! Overall, I give Arno a 10/10. Must try!

This is one of those restaurants your hotel concierge will recommend it to you if you ask for a nice place to eat. It serves the nearby tourist and business hotels but unlikely somewhere a local NYer would frequent.It’s comfortable, has large tables to accommodate business team dinners, and serves decent food. The fettuccine is homemade and pretty good. The gazpacho on the other hand was not really edible. It was probably just blended salsa.

This place! Felt authentic, excellent service, welcoming like everyone there was part of a family. Great service, great food. I think you could watch the world go by here. Loved it.

Absolutely wonderful from beginning to end! We came here on recommendation from hotel staff and it did not disappoint. The service is top notch, walking in the door and being greeted so warmly, the attention from staff during the meal- I felt loved. We ordered the calamari and a pasta special as an appetizer and were so impressed with both. We both ordered pasta dishes for dinner and shared. This is the best fresh pasta I’ve ever had! The texture, the flavors, the ratio- all perfection. I’m still thinking about it two days later and how lovely the whole experience was. I highly recommend Arno’s if you find yourself in Times Square.

The lady who greeted us at the door was very rude! She looked at us and offered us a menu at the door. FYI we had already checked the menu and the prices online. We still took a look at the menu and told her that we were okay with it and were seated.Once at our seats.. we were judged at every point , for not wanting to have alcoholic drinks, for wanting to share one plate of pasta between 2 people. None of their business how we want to eat our food.The staff is really rude and racist. The food was subpar for them to have such an attitude. Would never go back to this place.

Such a weird experience and despite the food being delicious, left me feeling unsettled. To start, 4 different waiters came by to ask for our drink order, but we were not given any menus. Once we ordered drinks, they provided us with food menus, but never shown any drink menu.So we order, it’s scorching hot in the restaurant but whatever, the food was great. However, if you try to split something, they will charge you $3.50 per person splitting the item. The service continued to be bizarre, with different waiters coming by to push us to buy more.Then we get the bill. Not only were the dishes overpriced and you have to pay extra to share food, but wine is about $20-23 per glass (not that we could’ve known that in the beginning, as they refused to hand us any drink menus). Overall, this place just oozes money grab from tourists despite the food actually being of high quality. Such a shame.

A pleasant surprise at this well known but touristy restaurant. As others have noted, everyone dining there appears to be on an expense account.Despite that, the waiter was very helpful and recommended a special chop with grilled vegetables. It was really well prepared and delicious. I paired it with a side of pasta with pesto, which was also really tasty.I enjoyed my meal quite a bit, though with two glasses of wine it was $150.

I was excited to dine at Aron’s having heard the food was great. While I must say the service was excellent, unfortunately the food was terrible. I ordered a chicken special. The waiter literally brought the food 3 minutes later. It had clearly been prepared long ago as it was dry and luke warm. I was expecting a freshly prepared meal, definitely a let down.I would not recommend Arno, it left a lot to be desired.

I came here today for my holiday lunch courtesy of my employers. I didnt know beforehand that this place is a sister restaurant to Delmonicos. This restaurant, just like Delmonicos is absolutely elegant and very clean. The food and drinks were pretty good as well. Everything came out pretty quickly after we finally ordered. The clam appetizer were a bit small where one person can eat the whole plate. My main course of red snapper was really tasty and my cheesecake was creamy. The only issue (and I believe it is because of the holidays) is that the service was a tad slow. Waitstaff seem to disappear when you need them and nobody checks up to see if everyone is satisfied or if anyone needed anything. I would give this place another shot, only when it is less busy.

Luis was exceptional serving us for the evening.The appetizers, the mains, the desserts, the coffee ... all of it. Just unreal.Wow wow wow... Id go back in a heartbeat

I ate here with my family over Labor Day weekend 2024. I never wanted to leave. My mother had to force me to stop eating the beyond delicious food. All of the service and owner himself treated me like a king. Everything on the menu is excellent. The owner even exited the restaurant as I was leaving to personally thank me for dining with them. That is exquisite and professional hospitality.

I absolutely adore this charming Italian restaurant in New York! I would gladly give them a thousand stars for their outstanding service, inviting atmosphere, top-notch food quality, warm ambiance, and the stylish decor that perfectly complements the Garment District of New York. Every visit leaves me enchanted with their delicious cuisine, impeccable service, and the wonderful ambiance.

Mediocre food, not bad.Asked for some leftovers to go, waited 10 minutes and when walking out they gave me SOMEONE ELSEs FOOD. Besides that disgusting mistake, service was fine.

Best Italian food Ive had in forever. We had the eggplant parm (amazing), smoothest gnocchi, and delicious chicken with lemon. Took my 2 kids (12 and 9) and they got to practice their fine dining skills. The service was incredible and it was not too pricey. Definietly going back on my next trip to nyc.

Arno and the entire staff ensured we had a delightful and delicious visit. Carlos is a fantastic leader and host in addition. The Chianti, bread, salad, grilled vegetables, lemon chicken and artichoke chicken was fantastic. Highly recommend visiting Arno for an unforgettable meal and dining experience.

Stunning Italian restaurant with an old timey vibe. Servers in full suits, white table cloths, polite prompt service. We sat quickly with no reservation. All of our food was absolutely delicious from salad, entree to dessert.

We were here for a party event in one of the lower rooms. We just had passed hourdorves and an open bar. The tortellini was very good, as was the brussetta, but the cold shrimp was flavorless, and the meatballs were nothing special. We just wished there was more food served. I would like to try the actual restaurant.

My first time eating here for dinner and definitely not my last! The atmosphere was bustling and reminded me of my house on Christmas eve, loud but fun! The staff was very helpful making recommendations and the food was so delicious. Portions were large but not overly large that would stuff you. We had shareable appetizers of fried calamari, baked clams, and cold antipasti and they were amazing. I had enough entree to bring home and eat the next day for lunch. Great food and great staff = a great experience. Will return!

Id give it 10 stars if I could! One of the few traditional fine dining establishments, while still feeling extremely accessible. From the start we were hooked. We were say immediately, brought water and bread before we could even look at the menu. The food was just as amazing as the service and I cant wait to come back!

My experience at Arno Restaurant in New York was fantastic. Firstly, I was greeted by the elegant ambiance and breathtaking views. The waitstaff was exceptionally professional and welcoming. The menu offered a wide variety, and the dishes were delicious, especially the seafood. While the prices were a bit on the higher side, the quality of food and service justified it. Its a perfect choice for a romantic evening!

Food was good and priced as youd expect for the location $$$$. Service was friendly and on occasion quite comical but perfectly good. Nice starters, good choice of menu and a fairly extensive wine list. Although it was busy I cant imagine they have to turn people away too often as the place is pretty big and airy.

My mom & I visited NYC this week (first time for both of us). One night we went to Arno for dinner. We both loved it so much we ended up going back 2 more times!The first night I got the Fettuccine Alla Panna and she got a pasta dish with clams. We both fell in love with our dinner. I am a huge pasta fan and while alfredo dishes are my favorite, usually places are heavy handed with the sauce. Arno lightly coats the pasta in sauce so it isnt too much, and the sauce itself is dynamite. We got a Baked Alaska for dessert which was also delicious.Our second time there I got the Pollo Alla Scarpariello, which is a yummy chicken with lemon, garlic, and balsamic vinegar. It was great.We went our third and final time right before we had to head to the airport on our way back home. My mom got the Fettuccine Alla Panna. She normally isnt even an alfredo fan but mine (from our first visit) was so good she was craving it! I got a special they had (penne with vodka sauce and shrimp) and surprise, it was yummy!!Their food isnt the only good thing here. The service is spectacular. Every gentleman there makes sure you are well taken care of. Your water glass will never run empty, the cocktails are delicious, and the bread is so good. This place could get away with charging so much more than they do!We already miss this place and it will be our first stop on our second NYC trip!Edit: As promise it was the first...and last stop on our second NYC trip.

I love this restaurant. From the time you walk in the door to the time you walk out of the door you’re treated wonderfully. Carlo and his experienced team excel at all. Food is always on point as is the service. Dessert’s are fantastic as is Carlo’s wine pairing.A must go to place….

The atmosphere was classy but friendly, if you are looking for authentic Italian then heres a place not far from Time Square. The waiter I had spoke Italian and there were others who did as well. The food was perfect in taste and proportion. The price is worth it, highly recommended.

Had dinner solo at the bar. Super wait staff. Good atmosphere but food was less quality than I expected. I got some red snapper with shrimp and mussels. It had very little flavor and most of it was cold. Very limited selection of wine by the glass as well. Great location close to theaters and MSG but overall disappointed in quality.

I attended a seminar last week, and I was truly impressed by the lunch they served. The chicken with mozzarella was outstanding, and the tiramisu cake was an absolute delight. The service was top-notch, and the ambiance added to the overall experience. It was a fantastic combination of great food and a well-organized seminar.

Just stopped in for lunch with a friend, and I had the most amazing lunch at Arnos. I have to eat gluten free, and the Red snapper was fantastic! To top it off I asked if they had gluten free dessert options, and the chef just made a chocolate mousse cake. When it came out It looked so good I had to question it again... Is this gluten free? The waiter assured me, and I wasted no time digging into it with my fork. Wow! It tasted even better than it looked. My compliments to the chef! You sir are a culinary artist of the highest level!

The best veal Ive had in years, perfectly tender, delicious special and their mouse cake is yummy! I would recommend going here any time.

Amazing restaurant and service. The calamari was a little overdone, but the pastas and eggplant parmigiana were perfect.After dinner, they give you the dessert menu and have a dessert cart to show you what the desserts look like. We shared the Tiramisu and Cheesecake and they were delicious.Very busy restaurant. Very busy, Reservations recommended.

Came here for an event and had a private room downstairs so it was hard to get a sense of the atmosphere. As apps, we had the meatballs, creamy truffle tortellini, bruschetta which all were good. Especially the tortellini. For app, the mixed salad was good. My salmon was fine and cooked to my preference. It only came with a side of mash which I found to be underwhelming. A colleague next to me had a shellfish allergy and ordered the chicken dish. Immediately, she could tell there was cross contamination as she had a bit of a reaction. Not terrible where she felt sick but enough to know she couldnt continue eating it. They took our coffee and tea order way before the dessert arrived. But it didnt come until after dessert was served (majority of us had already finished the dessert as they were serving it). The one thing that did urk me was seeing the dead cockroach just outside the ladies room but I guess its better out there than in my food.

This place without question provided to me the least professional experience I have ever encountered in NYC. I had a confirmed reservation at 8:15pm on a Thursday night and called the restaurant to ask to push it to 8:30, which I was told was no problem. We arrived only to be told the chef decided to leave at 8pm. Just felt like leaving. Forget my being unable to even be seated for dinner, but I guess the already full restaurant of people was out of luck if they wanted to order any additional food or dessert that night as well, since apparently the only person who knew how to cook anything there just felt like leaving. To be clear: there was not an illness or emergency. I was told to my face upon arrival that the chef just thought it was a slow night and decided to leave.Could not recommend this place any less and that’s without even having tried the food…because I was turned away from a booked reservation. Terrible experience. Really a shame they thought this was okay and did nothing to fix it.

We arrived a bit earlier than our reservation but were seated right away. The service was attentive and the food was exceptional. We ordered the clams and Arno salad as appetizers. The salad was perfectly dressed. Our entrees were the vodka penne special, the homemade egg pasta with mushrooms and the rigatoni with tomato and prosciutto and all were amazing. The mushroom pasta was our favorite of the three. Desserts are too good to pass on. The fruit torte, cheesecake and tiramisu were some of the best we ever had. Enjoy!

Had the veal. It was cooked well in white wine sauce. Saw the steak, looked impressive. Tiramasu was awesome, Great selection of wines!

It was a new year, and the menu was very limited with the holiday menu.Sadly.... we couldnt try other dishes that may have changed my expectation to 5 stars.Chicken Parmasean was just ok... chicken was too thin for me. No side spaghetti, either. My friend had seafood pasta and he liked it. Fresh squid and all....Tiramisu was just average. Im not sure if this was made in the restaurant or getting them from bakery, but it was just ok, tiramisu. It is slightly better than most average.

We were reluctant to try because of some of the reviews but happy we did. The food was good and the prices seemed reasonable for the area. The service was not the fastest but very friendly and we appreciated the relaxed pace. Never felt rushed like at some restaurants.

My dad and I were walking through Times Square this Thursday evening. We really love the bustle, but it was particularly dense. We sought a formal and quality but not pompous meal. ‘Arno’ provided that with immaculate service and attention to detail. The bone in Broiled Veal was amazing. The maître d style service is to the point but not pushy. Would definitely recommend ‘Arno’ if you need a modest but top tier experience.

Love this place. The customer service is absolutely incredible. I travel from Houston to NYC for work a few times a year and I make sure to go here for a great meal with an extensive wine selection. Carlos, the manager, makes sure that I am taken care of and all of the staff is super friendly.

Everyone is so nice and it’s obvious that this place has many regulars. Great if you like traditional Italian food, but I prefer more refined preparation. I had the mixed salad, which was overdressed; the tomatoes were cold and tasted like they were in the fridge for too long. The red snapper was filleted, fried and covered in sauce. I don’t believe that good ingredients need to be fried or covered in sauce, but this is a matter of preference, so if you like Italian food prepared this way, I’d recommend giving it a try.

Went on Wednesday with my daughter to celebrate her new job. Place was packed and had a great energy level. Everyone was having a great time. Service was fast and our waiter was excellent and funny as can be. Both of our entrées were delicious. I highly recommend the pollo bolognese. His recommendations for dessert were spot on. We loved them. Highly recommend this place whether youre in the area or not!

Excellent meal with plenty of availability. Had a party of 7, which included two girls and an infant. The Maitre D and staff were very courteous and attentive. While it was a white table service and treated as such, the atmosphere was very relaxing. All meals and desserts were delicious and the highlight of the night was an opera-style rendition of Happy Birthday for our 7 year old daughter. Highly recommend and will be here again in the future.

I came here on a family friends recommendation who worked in the garment district in the late 90s and found Arnos clam linguine unforgettable. However upon arrival, the service staff seemed completely jaded and uninterested in taking our order, which affected our meal experience unfortunately.

The staff was nice and attentive. We ordered Risotto ai Frutti di Mare and Taglioni Freschi con 4 Funghi, both dishes were great. I was impressed with the way they served each of us a separate plate with the two dishes already beautifully separated. It was a nice gesture, and I think more restaurants should consider doing the same!

The owner is very polite and knowledgeable. The food is unparalleled and should be paired with one of their many options of wines.Ambiance is key here. Its an absolutely stunning restaurant and I enjoyed my hi there. I definitely stayed for some drinks to take it all in

Pros: Food is good. Ok pricing. Gluten Free pasta is available.Cons: not very allergy friendly at all other than gluten free past, but the problem is that the staff didnt seem to want to help answer questions about the various dishes and their allergens, very much a trying to rush through getting orders, get food out. The place was PACKED. Tables are on top of each other. If you want room and are worried about covid at all still you will likely not feel comfortable during the dinner rush.

The food was delicious as well as the drinks served. Servers are terribly slow and will forget about you if you have a small party, I regret coming here. For the amount of money you pay here I would expect them to run if they see you having an empty drink. I’ve traveled across the world and tried many wonderful Italian restaurants and I can confidently say this is one of the worst in terms of service.

Food was amazing as was the atmosphere. We came here for a date night as it was highly recommended and have never been to the city before. We were pretty disappointed in our server however. We are a ginger couple and felt that was a factor in how much attention we received. Very inattentive the entire time and restaurant was not busy at the time. Waited nearly 15 min. For a water refill, we were never asked if we needed anything else during our visit except by the buser. Once we were finished and once our plates were cleared by other wait staff, We waited another nearly 10-15 minutes before we were acknowledged by our waiter and asked if we would like dessert or anything else. He often stood in the proximity of our table but with his back to us the entire evening watching his other tables. Even walking by our table to others he never gave as much as a glance to see if we needed anything or how our dinner was going.

We were a big group (12 people) they had our table ready even when we showed up 30 mins prior to our reservation time. The staff was amazing; gave great recommendations on wine, quickly brought out some appetizers while we were waiting for the other half of our group, joked around with us & made us feel like family. Honestly it was the best time we had and all of us said we would most definitely be back just for the experience alone. Then we had the food, which was out of this world! A few of us just got back from Italy and could swear we were back there just closing our eyes eating our dinners.

Ok. Menu was somewhat plain. Our waiter was attentive until we didn’t order any wine (I’m pregnant!). Food came out too fast... we had barely started eating the bread... almost wondered how they cooked it, it was so fast. Not the experience we were looking for.

I went there for the murder mystery dinner. I dont recommend this act for anyone under the age of 55. It was very boring but the older people seemed to enjoy themselves. The food provided was very blah I would have preferred to eat in the actual restaurant. The seating was very tight and uncomfortable to watch the show. However it was a night out with something to do. I wouldnt do it again!! They did include me in the show and they called me beautiful numerous amount of time compliments are fantastic but I still wanted entertainment not to be bored.

Let me be frank -- the 1-star rating has nothing to do with the food (which was spectacular) and EVERYTHING to do with service (which was horrible). We were celebrating my mothers 75th birthday, so we wanted a relaxed dinner. We were shoved into a back corner table. We were given menus, but no wine list. The waiter came over to ask if he could take our orders. When I asked about a wine list, he said hed bring one but did we know what we wanted to eat? So we ordered. No one ordered an appetizer, as we were hoping to have a glass of bubbly to toast Mom first. The waiter finally brought over a wine list -- complete with a dirty wine glass -- and our dinners came out not even 5 minutes later. (So much for it being truly prepared fresh... ). STILL no wine. The waiter eventually brought the wine; when the first of us finished our glass, he removed the wine glass, didnt offer to bring the drinks menu back, and basically treated us as though we were just a table he needed to turn over as quickly as possible. Mind you, by this time, it was about 7:45 -- so all the theater patrons had gone and we were one of maybe 6 or 7 tables left. PLENTY of time to provide a bit better service.Long story short -- if they have take-out, Id eat there again, but if youre looking for someplace to have a nice, quiet, relaxed meal, go somewhere else.

Very delicious, especially the bread! Recommend the baked clams, calamari, and the mussels as appetizers to share. The menu is classic Italian fare with pasta, seafood, and veal featured. When its time to order dessert, they bring to the table a trolley full of yummy options to choose from!

Worst meal Ive ever had in NYC, and I live in the area. The worst risotto Ive ever had with shrimp and scallops thats are so tiny that you cant find. The service was just ok. NYC is filled with outstanding restaurants, and this is NOT one of them. If I could rate it 0 stars, I would.

Overall it was meh. Yes place seems very fancy and wait staff is on point, very professionally ran but food was ok. Nothing to go back a 2nd time for. I ordered the delminico steak and was expecting something much much better but it was on par with regular N.Y. sirloin. There was no crazy marbeling as menu described. The mozzarella fried triangles with tomato sauce was not very good. I was expecting fresh mozzarella and sliced tomatoes but when fried triangles of cheese arrived I was willing to try. Frying it did nothing as the exceedingly thick breading on cheese too away from fresh cheese flavor. Overall food was just ok.

Great food menu with attentive staff. Great wine cellar selections. The owner also owns Delmonicos and knows how to pick gourmet chefs for the kitchen, great waiters and staff and everyone looks like they are enjoying a festive dinner. The downstairs room is great for dinner meetings that Ive attended quarterly the last four years as well as a few other Dental Continuing Educatiom meetings. That room can accommodate vendor/sponsor tables around the side with dinner tables, a podium with sound system and screen for presention projections.

My first time eating here, but definitely not the last. The bread was so flavorful and all the food was well prepared and delicious. The desserts were beautifully presented. A lovely find.

Interesting. No, disappointing. Party of 1, and no one follows up to see how my meal was. Not a manager, waiter, etc. And if the only conversation is after my meal would you like some coffe? That doesnt count. Sadly, too many other dining options. And sad because I heard so many good things about this restaurant. Will not be a good food blog review unfortunately. Good food can be ruined by a poor experience.

Truly the best Italian food ever next to my grandmothers of course. I always go here its my favorite the food and staff are always helpful and nice and service is great the wine and food is to die for. The specials are truly the best and the desert omg.

Arno was just ok, went with 30 people so i didnt see the full menu. But they could have done a bit better. Staff was good, bartender sucked. I would say there plenty of other place to eat at. Overall it was just ok.

I went to Arno last night for the first time and I was treated like a regular. The food was outstanding and the service was first rate. Carlos and his team made us fell Line we were home. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The food is mediocre at best, and the entrees are in no way cheap. I suggest going somewhere else.The ambience is good, and it is patronized by moneyed midtown lunchers. A side of rice will cost you $7.00 and make you wish that you had a 2 slices and a coke somewhere instead.Would I come back? Sure - as long as I am not paying for the check.

I haven’t tried the food yet. I stopped in randomly with my girlfriend for a glass of wine and just loved the place. It has a good energy to it. As soon as I get a chance I’ll be back for dinner.

Had a GREAT date night here. Very clean, food is AMAZING, service with a smile. Accidentally wandered in to Arno. So glad we did. We cant wait to go to the Murder Mystery Dinner Theater.

Great food with great service. Servers are personable and can clearly inform any person of anything on the menu and more. 10/10 would recommend to anyone for great Italian food and great wine.

Everything was excellent except the beer we ordered was warm, they immediately corrected that and all the others were nice and cold.Now the food was exceptional! One of my favorite Italian meals of all time. Homemade egg noodles w a brown based mushroom sauce, that was perfection. The pasta was too good to describe!! Soft and tender, yet firm w a little chew, just perfect in every aspect!! Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely the best prepared veal I’ve ever had. Scallopine Cardinale had sliced prosciutto and roasted red peppers in creamy white sauce. Great service, relaxed, and attentive.

Food and service were excellent. Appetizers, main course through dessert were delicious. I highly recommend and will definitely go back. ❤❤❤❤❤

Apparently having a reservation here is pointtless.Waited 30 min past our reservation . Sat people without reservations ahead of us.Was put at a table and waited another 15 min for a waiter.Food not greatService poor. Waiter never checked on us after we got our meal.Wont go back. Went there for lunch and the food was very delicious. Had the risotto ai frutti di mate and it was really good. Tried the calamari as well and that led me to believe the entree would be fantastic. Need to come back for dinner. Its pricey but worth it

Food was excellent but I wish I had sat on the restaurant side rather than the bar side. Never been to an Italian restaurant without a wine list, but I guess there is a first for everything. Service was a bit slow.

Pesto Gnocci is great!!! Lemon Chicken is also amazing. Desserts are fresh and their taste is more flavorful than many other desserts in the city.

Amazing! Great food and great service. Constant refills which is very nice. You get bread and butter in the beginning to snack on and then your food comes out very quickly. The restaurant feels like you have left New York and gone to Italy it is that fancy.

We came in a busy night and the staff were attentive and efficient but sadly the Taglioni Freschi con 4 Funghi, the Chicken al Rosmarino, the Linguine alle Vongole were mediocre. Ill never give another try.

I was there for our office holiday party for the third year in a row great Italian food the service was good and friendly.Quiet atmosphere, would recommend highly.

As calm as the atmosphere was, a lot of their meals are misleading and can throw some people off. My salad was good but the prices arent. Not my recommendation

This restaurant is way to overpriced for what they offer. Taste of food is bland, and and presentation leaves much to be desired. Skip this for other Italian restaurants in the area.

Consistently excellent for as many years as I’ve know it, at least 20.

I do like the Italian food here its a little bit of an older style the waiters wear those old waiter uniforms with the black bow ties and black jackets and pants but the foods really good and the service is impeccable

Just recently went. Restaurant is very clean and safe in regard to COVID protocol. Food was amazing and staff was friendly and great too. Definitely recommend Arno.

Owner was incredibly nice and opened the door for us on the way in and out. Everyone was very hospitable. The food was excellent and the service was just as great. Cant wait to come back here next time Im in NYC.

So disappointing!! The service was okay but however, there’s nothing Italian about their food! I ordered a seafood risotto that taste like a Spanish paella! My friends ordered a chicken special that came with mashed potatoes 😳 and they asked for pasta but the waiter said there’s no changes to the menu !! The antipasto appetizer didn’t include any antipasto… honestly, this restaurant is the epitome of a tourist trap !

Beautiful little hidden gem in midtown. Excellent staff that made great recommendations, the food was tasty, white wine was DELICIOUS, and best of all.. i left my bag under the table and the staff came chasing a whole block after us to deliver it back. What an amazing team they have here at Arno, will definitely be back!

I appreciated the food but not the 20% automatic gratuity added to a three person bill. I’d understand for larger groups, but for a smaller group like ours, a tip should be voluntary. Overall experience is otherwise enjoyable, albeit overpriced. (A pasta and a beer will run you north of $50 at the end. Good pasta though.)

Never in my life have I or my friends been harassed like we were by this staff. Made to feel ridiculous for asking for drink menus/being confused by the lack of answer or clarity, mocked for not ordering alcohol or finishing our entire plate…just the strangest, most uncomfortable dining experience any of us have ever had. I don’t know what was up with the staff this night but it was….uncomfortable.

Going to this restaurant was a big mistake.We got there by recommendation and left very disappointed. We had a reservation at 9pm and got there at 9.05 pm. The server welcomed us really unfriendly with the information that the kitchen closed at 9pm.As an answer to our question how this can be possible, because of our reservation he only replied that the kitchen closed at 9pm.Verly unfriendly very disrespectful and very humiliating. Never ever again !Majmun
