I ordered the lentil vegetable soup and a savory crepe (the tomato, mozzarella and basil crepe) and everything was delicious!I dined in and the service was quick and attentive. I hadnt been here in a while and will be back for their hot matcha latte and espresso drinks. Please note: wine and beer are not currently being sold here. It may be a liquor license moment in time, but wanted others to know if visiting anytime soon. 😊
Crepe was terrible. The shell was worse than what you could find prepackaged at a grocery store. The “ricotta” was just a white sour paste… orange pieces had a chemical flavor to them. The chicken soup was rancid, inedible. I couldn’t finish either of the items I ordered, a waste of 20$.
The guy who is there on Saturday afternoons is very dirty to work with and he delivers the crepes cremated. I think you deserve the treatment before. The guys who were there in the afternoon gave good food.
Fairly priced. Quick and easy grab n go snack.I love the idea of grabbing a crepe the way you would a coffee. Probably faster service than your typical coffee shop too. I think i got my crepe in under five mins which is an important factor for someone like me who is always is late.I have heard the staff is kind of rude. I didn’t experience a rude staff just a staff that seems shy or uncomfortable speaking in english as it seems to be a second language. As someone who has worked in the food industry for years id say they don’t owe us a fake smile. Get your crepe and keep it moving! Will be back.
Crepes / waffles was good.Costumer service was horrible. The girl that works there doesn’t have manners.(I didn’t see a bottle of wine).Small place.
Greedy little liars running the place now. I used to love this place because, while the crepes are hit-or-miss, the ones that are good are REALLY good, and they were always reasonably priced. My favorite is the pear, brie, and sugar, for $9. Soooooooo good.I just went in, and the guy tried to charge me $14 for the pear, brie, and sugar crepe. A 55% price increase from just 2 weeks ago! When I pointed this out, he lied to me and insisted it had never been $9, that it had always been like $11 or $12. The price just went up a little. Dude stood there and lied right to my face.I have pictures of the old menu with the old prices. Ive included them here. So I can prove that the price was $9 on August 14 (when the photo was taken) and it remained $9 as recently as September 2nd (the last time I got crepes from them according to my credit card statement). Thats less than 2 weeks ago (this incident happened on September 15).I also noticed they have now removed all the prices from the current menu. So they can just charge whatever they feel like charging at the moment. You know, if he had just posted new prices like an honest businessman, and told me, Sorry, I know its a big price increase, but we couldnt sustain the old prices I would not be writing this review. I still wouldnt go back, but I wouldnt make it my mission to call him out publicly. What makes me so angry is the dishonesty. This guy thinks hes real slick, erasing the prices from the menu so he can make them up on a whim at the register, and then SMILING AT ME while lying to my face about what the price used to be (thats called dupers delight, by the way, when people smile while theyre lying to you. Its because theyre so pleased with themselves and their deceit). He thinks hes real slick, ripping people off and treating us like were too stupid to remember what we paid for something 2 weeks ago, but apparently it never occurred to him that some of us might have pictures proving his lies. Yeah, youre real slick, buddy. Thats some top-tier scam artistry there.Im very disappointed that I wont be getting those delightful pear, brie, and sugar crepes anymore, but no crepe on earth is worth being played for a sucker by some amateur scam artist who thinks hes a criminal mastermind.
I would give Bonjour crepes and wine infinite stars for the crepes alone. They are honestly some of the best crepes Ive ever had. Some of the staff here is the reason Im giving 3 stars. (almost gave 2)The attitude given every time I go in, is awful bordering on ridiculous. Whether dining in or taking out, its the same nasty attitude. When they mess up my order (and Im nice about it) its the same gross attitude. And its not just me. (Im not special 😏) The person who recommended this place to me, said the same exact thing to me when I brought it up to them. Knew exactly who I was talking about without even saying anything other than whats with the attitude?I point this out because its important and sad at the same time. The crepes are too good to not enjoy, but the nastiness really ruins the whole experience. Now I just ignore that particular staff member.
Chicken in chicken and waffles was too dry, no chance it was fresh. i’m not planning to go back here obviously but would only try the crepes if i did.
It is not possible for him. The cook does not know how to make a crepe, the boy who was previously in the afternoons in Asia, very good crepes
I would like to know who the owner is because the truth is that the man in charge Félix is a harasser. I dont know if he does it with the employees like ISO with me, but the truth is, be careful with that man.
Great crepe place! Staff was fine and the crepes are well priced and tasty!
Gave this place 2 tries and was disappointed both times. They basically just cook the crepe and stuff it with what’s on the menu. The mozzarella & tomato crepe was stuffed with big chuck of raw tomato and the cheese was not even melted. The apple, cinnamon crepe was the same. Just raw apples sprinkled with cinnamon. You’re better off making it yourself at home - 1 cup flour, 1 cup milk, 1 tablespoon butter (or to taste).
Incredibly small portions on the coffee and smoothie is mostly ice. Dont make the mistake of trying them.
Thats not a 5-star restaurant to kick someone out before work.
I love this place! I really like special crepe, pear and sugar.
This is the BEST crepe place in NYC. The crepes are so amazing and I go there basically every week!!! I have randomly bumped into my friends there too!
French toast smelled like vinegar and sour milk. Owner gave a distasteful attitude when told about the quality of food. Don’t recommend at all.
Delicious crepes!! Cute cozy place, super nice staff. I also tried lentil soup today and it was great.
I live in the neighborhood, and this place makes reliably yummy crepes and coffee. Great breakfast sweet tooth fix and cozy place to get a bit of work done as well.
Ignore the weird, ranting negative reviews. This place makes solid crepes.
Ordered Spicy tomato salsa, avocado, mozzarella omelette got soggy cold omelette with piece of tomato (salsa lol?), big piece of avocado and not sure what somebody was thinking, giant piece of mozzarella..... Cold as well. Never again.....for $16 dollars.... What a treat 🙄
I NEVER ever leave a review, but my experience was negative two thumbs down across the board. I ordered online and paid. Today outside it is 7 degrees. The address online said it was 15845 2nd Avenue.(94th and 2nd) only to find they closed the locations and how are on 82nd and 2nd. I got a taxi and went there and went to pick up my order which should have been ready. The person at the restaurant then chastised me and told me that my order was not ready because square does not talk to her system. And I should have called. Why on earth would I order online and then call when I paid and ordered online. It’s a TOTAL scam because most people would NOT then go to the closed location and get a cab to pick up their food. So the restaurant gets the revenue for an order that would likely not get picked up. Thus when I showed up which was 10 minutes after the “ready time”, it was a SHOCK to hear, you’r food is not ready. This place is not a place of integrity. And so she made the crepes in 5 minutes and they are soggy and taste terrible. Save your money and do not go to this place.
Have been coming here for years--the crepes taste great, particularly the savory ones. The price is normal for crepes (which are always going to be a pricey item, 8-15$). They use high quality ingredients that more than justify the cost!
Crepes were incredible but between them not having wine despite it being in the restaurant name, the waiter that couldn’t understand a simple order for two crepes and them accusing me of not paying for our meal when using their QR to pay code, I wouldn’t go back.
The crepes are perfectly fine, nothing special, but I do appreciate they have gluten free buckwheat crepes on the menu. I give it 3 stars because the service is spotty - sometimes it takes 10 minutes, sometimes 30 - and the drinks are frankly awful. I’ve tried coffee, both hot and iced, lattes, and the lemonade and never liked any of them. The lemonade has a chemical aftertaste. The latte was essentially just milk, there was almost no espresso in it. As for the regular coffee, the flavor is burnt, bitter, and also suffers from a chemical aftertaste. My recommendation is come for the crepes but get your beverages elsewhere.
The crepes are amazing, I go there every day. I love them so much, and the staff are so kind. They have the best crepes I have ever had in my life!
Healthy food in a nice non-crowded place. Service was kind. We recommend this place to taste real mediterranean food in New York
