Great turky wrap with fresh mozzarella and veggies! Really hit the spot and the outside seats are great for people watching. But the New York animals are the coolest!
I recently visited and I was disappointed with the level of service. While the atmosphere and menu have great potential, the staff seemed unprepared and inattentive. It felt like they lacked proper training or motivation, which affected the overall experience. I believe with better guidance and focus on customer engagement, this place could truly shine. I hope management invests in improving service standards to match the quality of their offerings.
Its a bit on the snotty side, but hey, its Midtown Manhattan, so what can you say? Other than the food and coffee ☕️ are pretty great, and theres always hope for New Yorkers, after all. Were just going to need another thousand years to evolve. Were getting there. In the meantime, this place is a good place to stop along the way.
Have used Mangia for birthday parties and holiday parties and several events and they have great service, communication, and food/overall experience. Shoutout to Jamel who makes working with Mangia extra seamless! Also Catalina, Stephanie, and Ada were amazing staff at a recent Holiday Party. Highly recommend. Thank you again for making the party great.
Great coffee with espresso shot. Well worth it. My daughter lived the strawberry and Gingerbread macaroons as well!
One of the best spot in Manhattan! The staff are exceptionally attentive and always make me feel right at home. The food is delicious and beautifully presented, with a great variety on the menu and fresh ingredients. The cozy atmosphere makes for a perfect evening. I will definitely keep coming back!
Amazing cafe and the best coffee in NYC! But at around 6:30 pm on Saturday the 21st, I accidentally left my black JBL headphones on the bench outside. Please let me know if they were found. I don’t blame anyone if they weren’t, but they have sentimental value and I’d love to find them.
They offer a wide variety of foods, pizza, pinsa, salads - which you can arrange yourself or chose from given ones, pasta, sandwiches. It’s fast, fresh and they also have places to sit (though limited). Recommend it.
Wowzers this place is fantastic ! So many amazing fresh food choices all under one room . Love the set up and the food is good too . Sit outside or inside or in the window on a stool . Two clerks to check you out and plenty of staff preparing food so you move through the hustle & bustle quickly . Can’t wait to go back for more soon .
I discovered Mangia while walking around and was not disappointed. Fresh and delicious all the way! Wonderful salad bar; I highly recommend the grilled octopus. I couldnt leave without ordering some sweets to go; the plum tart was exceptional, the raspberry chocolate cake so rich and the lemon meringue pie zesty.Spent $19 on the salads and $23 on the desserts. Will definitely go back.
Ive been going to Mangia since the 80s when they were on West 56th Street between 5th & 6th Avenues. Its the best of its kind in the City and better than most full service restaurants.Their Flourless Chocolate Cookies are divine as are their oatmeal cookies. I, also, love their veggies wraps. . .my favorites plus the salads, etc.
Great option for lunch near office
It’s a good place for lunch but very crowded. Food comes out fresh and tons of options.
Love, love, LOVE this place!! Obsessed with their pastries, food and coffee. Whenever Im in the area I make sure to stop by. Their fruit tarts and gravalox are amazing.
Food was delicious its kinda like buffet style and they weigh your food so be careful. Definitely try the Salmon.
Great breakfast place lovely staff, Multiple choices of various types of food and fresh juices! Good location
Nice spot for coffee and desert
I really like “Mangia”. Such a nice spot to come in for a quick breakfast or lunch during the day while I’m on the run for the castings. It’s always very clean and the staff is friendly. Coffee is very decent (and I am picky) and the food is delicious.
Came to Mangia 57 to get pavlova dessert, but unfortunately they didn’t have any at the moment so I opted for breakfast bowl I made for myself, which included scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage and bacon. Some workers were preparing for lunch at the back of the shop, while others served coffee to customers upfront. Very cute and clean cut place!
Absolutely amazing service!! I used Mangia for a corporate breakfast at my office and from the first call I received, the service was wonderful. Elena and Jamel in the office were very helpful and detailed orientated. The food came in on time and a gorgeous set up for the executives. Coffee fresh orange juice. Everyone was blown away on how fresh the fruit was and bakery items were. Carlos the delivery man was wonderful as well! I will use them again for any catering needs.
Amazing service, delicious food and clean! The music and decor makes is one pleasant place to have some very nice food for reasonable price. Would love to come back soon!
Always wonderful quality plus great staff with possibly the best Blueberry Scones that Ive tasted!
I recently visited your establishment and had a disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share. Upon arriving shortly before 4 PM, I was informed by a barista that they were “closing” and was refused the opportunity to purchase a coffee to go. While I did buy a croissant, my request to have it warmed was declined, and it tasted extremely dry—certainly not worth the $7 price. While other staff members were polite and seemed willing to assist, this single negative interaction left a lasting impression and has unfortunately turned me away from your business. I hope this feedback can help improve the customer experience for others in the future.
Very good food here, went here for breakfast! Service was quick and great!
Beautiful little sit down and eat. The food was amazing and had that real Italian authentic taste . The store is very nicely decorated and food is superb.
A little pricey, but pretty good, fresh food. The soups are always good. Try the pizza and the pasta bar in the back. The chicken Parmigiano sandwich is always good as well.
Nice place for breakfast or lunch. Very good for any meetings. Second floor sitting area is big enough and quiet.
Good food, a little slow in the am coffee but a beautiful
The food is always good. Loyal costumer for 10 years.
Good was great they have gluten free pizza that was good. My husband loved his chicken and mash and salad. My filet minion steak sandwich had some hard parts but it was good 👍
Great fresh food made on premises. Wonderful salads and grilled vegetables and salmon perfectly cooked every day. I go there all the time for take out.
Our guests had never had such delicious birthday cake. Each said they had a favorite and would order two or more for the next party they hosted. My personal favorite is the strawberry shortcake. My best friend says the Oreo is better than any other cake he’s had in his lifetime.
Mangia 57th Street recently MOVED to 57 W 57th St (Northeast corner) from the 50 W 57th location. I was a little devastated when I walked to get my apple walnut goat cheese spinach salad today and #50 was spotlessly empty today. Glad to know they didnt go far!
Ive been to a Mangia before but the one on 57th Street was very appealing. The service and the food displays were amazing. I would highly recommend this location.
Solid choice for a NewYork lunch, dine in pick up or delivery… fresh sandwiches, personal pizza, tossed salads. Salad by the pound, great desserts to pair with coffee. Tourist or local you won’t be disappointed.
Solid catering, good variety in sandwiches and wraps. Everything arrives packaged very nicely. Desserts are delicious!Tried: Turkey wrap, salami/cheese sandwich and Caesar salad. Desserts: chocolate macaron, brownie
Amazing salad buffet with a ton of choices, including toro tuna salad, grilled octopus salad etc... Amazing cook to order fo pasta and sandwiches. A small outside and inside area to sit in is a good addition but quite rudimentary But overall one of the best lunch option in midtown.
Great food, some seating too
A nice discovery. When you feel hungry on the 5th avenue and want a quite street, this will be your secret place in NY. A very good service and choice of meals. Clean place and fresh ingredients. A nice and modern decor too. For sure, I’ll be back when I’ll be around.Bravo!
Good place for take away or dine in.You can customize your bagels, food quality is high.Recommended.
Stopped by for breakfast a couple of times during my last visit to NYC. Recommend the prosciutto and egg sandwich and the cafe americano. Friendly staff and management.
Love the concept… their ceasar salad was ok
This morning, I came in to order 2 sandwiches for breakfast. I waited in line to pay for the foods. The cashier took the avocado burger out of my container to give it to another customer who was in front of me. I told him that the box is my order. He totally to stay quiet and continued taking the foods out of my container to give it to the other customer lol. The staff who prepared my foods intervened and he finally put the foods back without apologizing.
Its been 15years since the last time we visited Mangia and I cant believe that they still have the same good attitude, delicious food and nice attitude. We were helped by an Italian guy I think hes the manager, he was very professional, had the best attitude ever and had time to chat with us while helping other customers. We were pleased to go back to Mangia and will definitely be back soon. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
Location is great right on 57th and 6th Avenue. Great food selection and friendly staff.
Upon walking into this establishment I noticed how it was anything but gourmet. From the doors wide open for flies to accumulate around the mediocre buffet to the perishable pastries sitting out in the heat. I’m appalled to say that I purchased two salads and two pastries that I could have gotten at any fast food place. 48 dollars for my salad dressing to rival Hellmans mayonnaise and a egg that was boiled to a lined blackened yolk. I do not recommend this “gourmet Italian” restaurant.
I got Cafè late and lemon raspberry cake which tasted so good, it was juicy and creamy right balance between sour and sweet taste.
Love the new relocated place! Better lay-out and updated decor but same delicious food.
Just had the worst Cacio e Pepe in my life… tons of pasta and almost no sauce
Food is good. Cute little shop. But they need change the workers at the main cashier.3 girls 1 guy. Very sassy and always give an attitude. Always forget to count a sandwich or coffee or whatever so you need to take your wallet twice out. Coffee is always long and very much too sweet. I don’t buy coffee there anymore.
Fantastic food, really fresh and healthy options, manic but great atmosphere
Outstanding service - delicious food and extremely kind people at the register. Gabrysia deserves a raise.
I paid $45.00 for a box of Christmas bookies that had one layer of cookies and the rest was tissue paper. Outrageous.
Good food but pricey. You definitely get what you pay for though, as the food is very good. The staff is nice and will make your food to your liking. A great spot for lunch.
Good location on 57th steet and 6th avenue, subway near and the 1 hotel. Great selection of pastries and prepared food to take or eat in the place. Also the option of making your own sandwiches, pizzas and pastas.
This place is a must if you want too quality food while on the move in New York.
EDIT:Campo Panino now $9.50+ @ Mangia 57If you change the black pepper herb mayo to a vegan mayo, make it a black pepper herb vegan mayo to stay close to the original sandwich which was excellent. The new vegan version is just bleh! Every time I get it, I have to go to the sandwich station in the back to ask for a side of black pepper mayo!I can do black pepper herb vegan mayo so please change the new Campo Panino accordingly. TY.P.S. Usually the sandwich station does not have the pizza Bianca bread so you cannot get this sandwich done there to your liking. You get it up front where it is pre-made and they just hot press it on the grill.3 months ago:Mangia has been around 40 years+ and pioneered farm-to-table menu in NYC. Still my go-to spot for lunch since 2003 when my office moved to midtown. Varied food options including the prepared salad section which I love! Arugula with fennel! Recently includes castelvetrano olives! Also great paninis with Pizza bianca bread. Pizza bianca is Rome’s version of a focaccia - flat bread with an outer crispy crunch. The Campo Panino is a classic and one of my favorite sandwiches. The original version wasCAMPO PANINOroasted asparagus, spinach, black pepper and herb mayonnaise, roasted fennel, on pizza Bianca bread.Really awesome! The new version isCAMPO PANINOroasted asparagus, spinach, vegan mayo, roasted fennel, on pizza Bianca bread.BLEH! Does not have the oomph of the original version. The mayo makes a difference. And the filling is skimpy lately. Really a travesty cause Mangia ruined a really good sandwich. Very disappointing!!!
Mangia is the best, been coming here for years. But beware, they moved their location across the street from the one in some of the older photos!
One of my top ten favorite places in New York City to eat in, or take out. Wonderful staff.
Decent place for a quick dinner.
Great selection of desserts and sandwiches. Their macaroons are really authentic and to die for. If you are around the area definitely stop by and try a few of their offerings. You will not be disappointed.
The prepared salads are amazing! Chicken Curry and the Chicken prosciutto, dried fruit were my favorite. Flourless chocolate cookie to go for nibbles at Central Park make for a perfect day! Staff is very nice and helpful.
Spectacular coffee and a great place for a business breakfast. Perfect location in an area that can be pretty ordinary. Great service and friendly staff - if you have to meet someone in midtown - breakfast, lunch or dinner - look no further!
I did not have sit down dining here so I cant comment on that. People that I know always raved about this place so I decided to check it out. I went to the buffet and had many options to chose from. The food here is delicious and is fresh. Food here is priced by weight so be aware. It can be pretty expensive if you do not keep an eye out on how much you are getting. I would not recommend delivery as I have been told that it takes a long time.
Lots of fresh choices. There is a salad bar, pasta bar with cooked salmon etc., a separate sandwich counter, a hot food counter and a bakery counter. There is also a open refrigerator to pick up fresh fruit cups, packaged salads, packaged pasta and drinks.
Pretty overpriced (even for the area), an egg and cheese wrap should not cost over 7 dollars, theres plenty of places nearby that use fresh ingredients and still cost marginally less. Friendly staff and beautifully-designed location though!
We love Mangia Food is super delicious and very tasty, Italian food is good and very healthy, can’t wait to go back , everything is yummy I highly recommend this restaurant.
Food is flavorless. Everytime I try something from here, Im left in huge disappointment because not only is there no flavor in the food, its also quite expensive & spent all this money for bland food. I tend to spend $50+ every visit.
One of the, if not THE best breakfast spot in the area. Great selection, staff are nice, and prices arent too bad considering the location. After a few decades, I still find myself returning because I know Ill find a good meal at a reasonable price.
Love the food and the location is convenient, but when you order online for pickup its never ready when they say it will be and usually takes an additional 10+ minutes. when Im swamped at work I dont want to have to guess when my food is going to be ready.
They put mayo on their Italian hero’s. Big 🚩
A $12 lunch for $24! The problem i always have with Mangia is that you are paying for the high ceilings and piped in music and cacti on the tables. Mangia is a beautiful restaurant where a grilled flank stake sandwich, a cup of gazpacho, and a juice comes up to $24. The Natalies orange & beet juice is the most amazing magenta color though! Stunning!!!
The most delicious, healthy, and reasonable self serve salad bar styled establishment. Good value and high quality. I hope this exact concept comes to other large cities!
The food was ok. Nothing spectacular. Had a sandwich that had a good taste. The bread was incredibly dry though. Many of the salads and side dishes seemed bland. Probably wont return.
I had scramble eggs, it made my stomach unconfortable all day. They didn’t have many healthy options for breakfast, everything served with bread.
Food may be great but their customer service is horrible. Had an incident where my credit card was billed twice. i bought food from their cold bar using the smallest container....billed $26 advised the total was $13.Called and spoke with Mirek Stando. He was impatient rude and told me he didnt know what to tell me. He cant prove that I was over billed. Said ok bye and hung up. I called back for his name and he said yeah let me spell it for you so that you dont mess it up. Its not about the dollar amount. Its the jerky reponse and poor customer service. I will NEVER patronize this place again.
I HATE to give a bad review, but I was not impressed. My sandwich was cold...sent it back 2xs and it never came out hot.The pizza section was closed...My daughter had pasta and liked it...it was a big portion
We found Mangia walking through the city and stopped to recharge our energy, the place is lovely and the service is excellent, especially the guys at the counter. We were a group of 10 people and they served us perfectly (with all that comes with a large group, not knowing what they want, changing their mind, ordering special things, etc).Definitely a really good experience, as soon as I return to NYC, I will be back.
Good food, okay coffee
Ive been going to this gem for years. For a little snack or larger meal. Wonderful buffet with healthy meats, fishes, veggies, fruits, etc. Pleasant ambiance.
Oh my God !!!! so delicious, fresh ingredients, the sandwiches are to die for, great coffee, loved that place !!!!
Very poor delivery time as well as customer service. Took an hour and a half to receive a singular sandwich, which is unacceptable.
A hidden surprise.Initially were looking for a quick coffee, headed off the busier streets and saw what initially looked like a business coffee shop. Turns out there is much more to offer. We enjoyed a breakfast tea and a cappuccino, the coffee was great. This was accompanied by macaroons, which were delicious. The place is modern but comfortable. The selection if food behind the coffee area is superb. Although we didnt eat we couldnt help but notice how nice it all looked!
The food is amazing. They have so many options of food that I never have to worry about eating the same items like most restaurants. My office is close by so I go at least 4 times a week.
Perfect place
Really great handmade Christmas goods made in the back of the store.
Brought a fruit and two bottles of water. And a hot water need $0.75.Even you said you are a ‘take away restaurant’, you should have the hot water in the menu, but I don’t see any hot water in your menu. Sorry. I can’t remove it.
They had a glitch on their website and they delivered $200 with of food early and did nothing about it to rectify the situation. Not to mention the lettuce in the salads delivered was wilted.
My favorite place for years.
Excellent place for a quick lunch. Self service and many fresh salad choices
Great food. A must when I go to Manhattan.
Been there before lunch time so very quiet. Nice food and nice service fresh juice fresh veggies, good sandwiches. Bon quoi!
Most try! Gluten free - Chocolate chip cookie - super good
Only serves brunch downstairs on the weekend until 11. Come on people. Egg sandwiches should not be an impossible ask at 11:15am on a Saturday.
I’ve ordered catering from my office from here for over 2 years and they constantly deliver (literally and figuratively lol). Every person I’ve worked with is kind, quick to respond, and helpful if advice is needed. Thank you to Zoe V, Elena C, Natalia R, Kevin, Gosia - I couldn’t do this without you! Also Liam A was INCREDIBLE - he was my amazing account rep for the first year.
A nice place to eat healthy en NYC.
Super busy at lunch on weekdays, but the sandwiches, salad bar, and the great variety of food make it worth bumping into a few people. Slightly pricey, but its Midtown.
If you live in the delivery area, you are blessed - prix-fixe 3 course meals for $18.95. the standard of excellence for the working late financial crowd.
Some of the finest italian food Ive had in New York for the price. Very cool to see them cook and they are great with kids!
Love it! My favorite restaurant cause you can always change it around depending on your mood
Crème brulé tart was amazing, nicer than a Parisian cafe. Macaroons also worth a try.
Great place for lunch . Plenty of different types of food to choose from . A little pricey but well worth for the quality of food .
Excellent sandwichesAverage coffeeSuperb salad bar and pasta
Absolutely the best choices of food with terrific service and greatoutdoor spot to meet a friend or have lunch. The new location on 6th and 57th Street is perfect!
Good food and quick service. Takes a little longer if you want it heated but well worth it.
It’s expensive but a nice restaurant
Took 2 hours for my and two friends to get 3 small pizzas. Good food. Slow service
Came in on Thanksgiving after leaving the parade, and the Hot Chocolate was rich, thiccckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk, and creamy.... Best hot chocolate ever!
Very good lunches. self serve downstairs and full service upstairs. great value and quality.
One of the best places in NY. The food quality is very good
The lunch bar has a lot of variety and is always fresh and clean.
CONGRATS on the new location
Consistently fresh, consistently delicious
I enjoyed lunch here ,the food was delicious. I gave 4 stars because there are not enough sitting places.
Great spot for lunch in Midtown. Food made with fresh, high quality ingredients.
Great place to grab a quick lunch, they have a lot of different options so there is something for everyone
Great breakfast wraps and coffee!
Fast service, clean and friendly staff, great food…we needed a quick breakfast before catching the bus back home
This place was pretty good, food was delicious. Clean. And staff was really nice.
The sandwiches were ok but the salmon teriyaki salad was absolutely delicious!
This used to be my favorite spot to eat lunch in NYC, until yesterday when I went to get a salad at the salad station and I saw this huge cockroach make its way from underneath the salad ingredients to the top on the counter! I was beyond shocked. The worker played it off so well too which was also alarming, but you should never see a cockroach that close to your food/store front - a huge red flag. So sadly, I will not be going to this place anymore.
But I will say Smile a little bit more
Perfect
Best food in Manhattan! 🥗🌮🍕🧆🍰🍮Price and menu.Strongly recommend 😋👌
Whenever we are in New York, we go for breakfast. Sometimes its actually even better for lunch, because they have an incredibly large buffet of extremely delicious salads and appetizers but also hot food, pizza bagels sandwiches and everything your heart desires. Everything is totally freshly prepared and tastes really good. Mangia can be absolutely recommended.
Great hot/ cold bar and other Italian food. Very popular for Midtown lunch takeout, for good reason.
Excellent Italian food, everything is superb. Unfortunately, it only opens on weekdays for breakfast and lunch.
They repeat too much of their meatballs. its exhausting...
Pretty good for Midtown lunch but a little pricey for everyday eating.
I never feel comfortable there. The food is a buffet, or a panini press sandwich. Its good food, but I just cant enjoy myself there...
Love my morning coffee fresh juice and blueberry scone.. a great ambience !
Great place for lunch and a quick bite. Staff super nice and cool.
Variety of choices, something for everyone. Lots of healthy veggie choices. Tables inside and out.
Its costly but everything tastes so good. I love it.
Food is good, large portion
I always stop by here when I’m in NY. Food is always good and service is exceptional.
Moderately priced for incredible, sophisticated food.its an amazing place
Excellent quality and price.. I have been going for 15 yrs.. And they are consistent
Great lunch food- salads are delicious
Love it!
Good food, fast, variety. Very pleasant experience
Good place for a quick bite and good coffee
Delicious food with tons of healthy options, is great for a quick lunch. You can make your own salad, sandwich or combo. Good price for quality
Best tuna sandwich in town. Do it with a baguette
Not nutritious but Delicious...
Don’t go to this one. Worst one in the city and never has anything available.
I used Mangia for a client lunch. I worked with Liam in their corporate offices to set everything up. I put in less than 5 minutes of effort to feed 10+ clients. Everything was on time, hot, enjoyable, and presented well. Highly recommend.
Great place for lunch
First time. Good food nice and open, masked and metered entry for crouds.
A very good place for a lunch break at affordable prices
If there was a possibility to give zero stars it would be the case here. Horrible customer service. Beyond rude and unhelpful. Have been a customer almost every week for the past 3 years. So unfortunate.EDIT: Also, the item is on their menu, they informed me that they just refuse to literally walk across the kitchen to get it. But, apparently if I ordered in person vs. online, that request would be able to be fulfilled. Make it make sense.
Great salads. Wonderful desserts.plum tart was amazing.
Delicious! I had roasted sweet potatoes, brussell sprouts, and baby carrots and could not have been happier. The Americano was also superb!
Good food, but pricey for lunch.
This place is a very good place and it also has a pool not a outside pool but a inside pool and its very comfortable.
Very good italian food !! try the pizza made by the chef
Good place to have a quick bite I like it convenient.
Good food and good service the host waiter Ellio it is it is a pleasure to have Julio as a waiter Thank you
The food is great and the reason why I wake up extra early to be able to get breakfast here. However, one of the older man who’s usually at the front is very rude. I asked him for some utensils, instead of giving them to me in my hand he threw them at me. This is his attitude every time I go there. This kind of ruins my mood for the rest of the day.
Great for lunch
The best place for fresh bake blueberry muffins and scone
I love Mangia! Their salads are great and their hot bar options are always fresh and delicious. My only complaint is that they say on their menu that they have gluten free bread, but they have never had it when I asked for it and they often offer a GF wrap instead. Many times, though, they dont have either options.I get their salads every time I go and never grow tired of them! Love this place!
We were three days in NY and it was our favorite restaurant for the variety of healthy and traditional food. Very good attention in each station. clean spacious and very well located. Highly recommended 👌🏼
I love Mangia because of the wonderful people who work there and the delicious food and coffee. This is my work neighborhood go to because the food is so fresh and healthy. I have been eating at Mangia for over 10 years and am so happy they are still here serving despite this pandemic and almost empty neighborhood. The best cappuccino ever!
Lovely environment. Good service good food
The food is excellent, its super fast. I like it, enough to come every week.
Very good quality food.
Amazing for make your own salads with excellent quality ingredients
I dropped my fork and the staff formed a shame circle and I was forced to eat under the table food was good tho 10/10 would eat again👹👹👹
WE LOVE THIS PLACE! 💘 Unexpected find today and now loyal customer when we are in town. A friend and i who works at Dior were gonna meet for coffee but that place shut down and i happened to be walking past so i told her to meet here. 😍 It is much more than just coffee. I would have never known...i walk by often. Lillo is AMAZING & kind. Went above & beyond! It is self serve and they offer a plethora of delicious goodies! There is even an upstairs they are not open at moment but they do alot of delivery as well. Outdoor tables, indoor high tops community table and some open glass wall doors to combine the two. Check it out! Gonna try to share some pics. 🥳 Happy and will be back. Just leaving now...
Would you please not order from this place, the biggest joke of a restaurant ever? Took order for salmon and tuna sandwich and coffee 8 am estimated delivery time was at 9 am 9:50 am call the restaurant to find out they haven’t touched or they’re quote on quote production team still waiting for salmon they don’t have the courtesy to call and tell you’re not getting your food meanwhile they charged the card. However, now I am left to get my order delivered an hour later because they only use the train and bus to provide food. Would you please stay away? I wish I can give them negative stars. Also, I had to spend another five minutes hearing how great and how busy they’re, and that scares me fiercely for people who are about to order and have this experience, please stay away.
It’s an overall great atmosphere!
Came here for breakfast, very good and fast.
Extremely delicious! A great option for breakfast and lunch.
Had espresso and desert, both were very good
Where do I begin with Mangia. The food here is amazing. You can get some of the best sandwiches for a very reasonable price.Amazing fresh pizzas and one of the best fresh desserts in all of Manhattan. As I lived part time in France for college, I can say that their macarons are as good or even better than the ones I had there. The service is great and so is the ambience.
Omg! This place is awesome. The food is incredible. Had the best cheesecake ever and I never thought I could find cheesecake better than mine. The soup was perfect. The place is huge and had something for everyone. It is super busy at lunchtime but they seem really good at moving customers through. Wish we had something this great back home.
Good lunch place with sits outside. Busy during lunch, but lines are moving fast
It was good, but not great.
Great food great atmosphere 👌
The upstairs dining room is open for full service lunch. The food is great and good table wine. We had sea bass with spinach and mushrooms that was incredibly delicious. The menu changes often and they use very fresh ingredients. Our new fav midtown special lunch place. You can bring deli food upstairs as well to the non service section. The management and staff attentive and great service. Downstairs juice bar is one of my favorite for green juices and smoothies. No dinner at the moment.
Once in a while, because it gets so busy, you may get bad service. I havent tried the restaurant upstairs, but the quality of their quick foods downstairs is great. Even today, ham and brie on baguette was delicious! Must be the ingredients. Just dont forget to order the fresh made foods and to have someone toast sandwiches. The already-made foods are good too, but you can NOT beat the fresh made foods, especially since your sandwich maker can listen to the special requests you may have (like mustard instead of mayo). Previously, also tried the pizzas that are amazing! Fresh made and for the size, easily feeds two persons. Seats can be difficult to get but if youre a little patient and lucky, you shouldnt wait too long.
Great restaurant upstairs a hidden gem Great for pasta
The upstairs part of the restaurant is full service. There is a lunch buffet filled with delicious delectable foods. There is also a menu, which you could order from. Large variety of foods. The prices are not expensive. Downstairs is a full array of fresh fruits, vegetables including grilled vegetables. All types of unique sandwiches such as curried chicken salad on croissant or roast beef and cheddar cheese with horseradish sauce on an onion roll. And more. I love this place. They also offer a large variety of homemade delicious sweet desserts, as well as fresh fruit.
Mangia always has first-rate food and coffee. Baked goods are divine.
Prices like a fancy restaurantFood is like street foodI hate itFelt so unclean, sat in their outdoor tables with a disgusting trash bags view right in-front of the tables where u should eat. Smelled terrible as well
Great catering service, quick and accurate delivery. Our office orders corporate lunch and breakfasts This food is not food in the usual way, these are masterpieces of art, our whole team really enjoy it, thank you!
The salad bar is amazing! Super fresh.
Quick and efficient self serve. Food is decent
The coffee is so good here. Cold brew all year round from Mangia!
Nice place, simple healthy food for a quick bite.
Great selection of high quality food. Salad bar is awesome. Much better to go and eat / pick up food than get delivery / seamless order. Hot sandwiches are great
Great food!
Really good and freshly prepared food
Lots of options. Clean place
Their sandwich 🥪 from the deli is good. Coffee is bit pricey although very good and frothy
Amazing place to many options in one place with comfort zone ✨️
Best hot chocolate ever! Chocolate chip cookies to die for! Everything here is good except the mini strawberry shortcake. Artisan fresh sandwiches.
Feel free to come up and ask the staff if something doesnt make sense or if you have a question, they were super nice to explain how we can get what we wanted there:) loved the pizza, the sandwiches and the baked goods, esp the creme brulee and the raspberry custard tart;)
