Tartinery Caf - Bar Columbus Circle

AMAZING place. Wonderful view on the Columbus Circle and the Central Park. Its located right next to the Lincoln Center in the Columbus Circle shopping mall. Food is delicious. Service is quick, friendly, and professional. Definitely recommend to dine there. And definitely come back.

I would like to thank Daryl who provided amazing service and went above and beyond to help me when my phone died, making sure I could charge it and have it ready to continue to explore the city. The energy was so warm and inviting, and the holiday lights and decorations were absolutely beautiful to see. To top it off, I had the best lemon tart ever. Huge thanks to Daryl and the team for such a wonderful experience! I will def come back again

Great place! The views of Columbus Circle and Central Park are stunning, and its location next to the Lincoln Center in the Columbus Circle shopping mall is so convenient. The food is delicious—especially the avocado toast and the egg & smoked salmon, which were outstanding. Service is quick, friendly, and professional.However, the water glass was unfortunately dirty, which was bug disappointing.Still, I recommend dining food and view here.

The tart is on the sweeter side.Service: they have a big team, everyone I dealt with (at the cashier & seating area) were all professional & helpful, even before I order.Atmosphere: a beautiful and active location. You can have your coffee while working on a laptop or enjoying a brief read here.

As a French person, I could tell the almond croissants for sale were at least 3 days old, just dry, dry and extra dry.Yes, Im aware some bakeries used the unsold plain croissants from the day before to make fresh almond croissants.Coffee was great and friendly staff.I might give it another shot one day.

Light brunch at a lovely cafe. Right portions and a refreshing meal overall.

Excellent food. We got the smashed avocado with egg. Labneh tartine was also tasty but is on the lighter side. Up beet juice was magical and the chocolate fondant didn’t disappoint. Staff /service is friendly, fast and David A. deserves a special shout out .

Got an iced matcha latte. Was decent. Also got the chocolate and matcha Bundt cake. Chocolate was good, the matcha cake cover was too sweet but the sponge tasted nice.

Daryl was our server, he was so nice, attentive and knowledgeable. He made our lunch even more enjoyable. The food was very good also, we had a great meal and time. Will be back.

Stopped by on a very windy and cold day in NYC. The butternut soup was just what I needed. My daughter had the chicken salad sandwich she said it was amazing. David A was our waiter and he did a fantastic job.

I cant share about the cuisine as we did not eat there. We waited in line 20 minutes behind two couples. We were a party of three. There was a table for 4 that had been free for a while. 4 people arrived after us and were led immediately to that table. They did not wait at all. The host could have given us that table. She did not. We left. We did ask her how long it would be but she did not answer. I never go back to places that treat me like this, without consideration. I will not recommend it either. I dont know what we did wrong.

I stopped in on my way home from work. I wanted a glass of wine and a view and was nicely rewarded by their Happy Hour 4-7PM! An unexpected perk! The salmon tardine was perfect with the glass of Rose. I sat at the bar and was pleased with the experience! I will definitely stop there again!

Perfect light-ish lunch (soup & tartine combo, with a nice Pinot Grigio) in a pleasant environment, save the annoying mall music in the background (not from the restaurant itself). My server, Davide, was very pleasant and professional - unobtrusively attentive and efficient.

The cutlery was dirty. The waiter didn’t even serve us water and walked away in the middle of taking our order. Some of the food arrived raw and unappetizing. One of the waitstaff had his finger in my friend’s bowl. We had to send that meal back. Coffee was alright. Other than the view it was a pretty awful experience. Avoid this place until they train the staff better!

It’s my place in NYC like a must. I come here every time I visit the city. Absolutely love the attitude, the service, the dishes and drinks. Today I was serviced by Dana waitress. She is amazing! I have been here a couple times and the service is always super friendly and fast! The food is also great and next door they have a Tartinery to go with pastries and it is all delicious!

• This place has great views due to its location but drinks are just canned cocktails, they dont specify the contents, like a cranberry spritz has ginger and they dont tell you.• The chai latte was basically milk.• There are no alcohol-free options for the happy hour• Service is slow, my affogato took half an hour, and it was 9 dollars.

The service was very slow, having to ask for each item again and again. The apple pie is a very thin, flattened crepe type which is not a pie. Wait staff does not check with the table, anything needed must be asked for.

Stop in here for drinking a light nosh before heading out for dinner. sad at the bar. drinks were delicious and I highly recommend the creamy burrata tartine it was scrumptious.

My wife and I were looking for a place to have a hot cup of coffee and some pastry before we went to Jazz at Lincoln Center and we found the perfect place. They seated us quickly in a location that we requested. My wife had espresso over vanilla ice cream and I had a cappuccino with a hot apple tart served with ice cream. Everything was very good! Our server was extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place if youre looking for a quick bite without breaking the bank!

Were regulars here. Our server, Jennifer, always greets us with a smile and remembers what we like. The food is excellent, and the view is one of the very best in New York City.

As a visiting Canadian, the Tartinery provided myself and my travel companion with a delicious meal and drinks. If I could recommend one thing, do not combine banana, strawberry, cucumber, and turmeric in a smoothie. While they give you full power to be creative in your smoothie choices, I regret to inform you, that this was not it. Even after adding coffee creamer to the concoction, it was sadly a miss. If I have one regret in life, it’s that I didn’t pick a delicious smoothie choice from their menu. Regardless, a 10/10 experience.

I love it here! I live in CT now, so sometimes when I have work or events in the city I come here to eat and kill time. No one ever rushes me. The food, service and ambiance are perfect! Thank you.

I mean what can I say! I’m so happy you guys open in Columbus circle finally!! So convenient because is close to me and inside the mall. I used to go to the one in grand central but I stopped because the service for me changed. The food still never disappoints. I ordered the club tartinery with turkey and bacon and it was so delicious, plus a macchiato. My server Lia was pretty attentive with my order and super polite mostly when I asked her many times to bring me more lemons 🍋 sorry again. The view, the environment is perfect. I could see too the manager Mari was very friendly too, she recommended to try too the Arnold Palmer and wow, she was very attentive with the customer and employees to give a good service. I would definitely come back now! THANKS AGAIN!! 🩷

My friends and I took a break from sightseeing around Central Park and searched for a coffee shop. We stumbled upon a clean and tidy Café on the third floor of Columbus Circle. We ordered some delightful coffee and pastry, which helped us ease our tiredness from walking around the area in the morning. We plan to revisit this place and try other dishes in this small Café.

Such a lovely space right in the center, perfect space to spend a cold Sunday afternoon to grab a bite. My green juice was excellent and Ashley was such a kind and attentive server. Definitely stop by for a nice light lunch or to grab a great coffee.

Visiting NY for the first time from MS and stopped to get out of the heat of Central Park. Everything was so tasty and our server, Ashley, was so sweet and helpful! Definitely recommend!

Last night, my friend and I were there, and we had a sweet tooth. We went up to the cafe with the intention of sitting down and getting a quick dessert. The lady informed us that they were closing in 5 minutes and that we were unable to be seated. I inquired if they offered food for take out and she directed us to the to-go counter, which was located nearby. We requested two Warm Apple Tarts when we got to the register. The lady then handed us two fully frozen tarts, to my bewilderment, to which I asked if she could reheat them. She hands them to her coworker to heat them up. The coworker puts them in the oven for like a minute and then gives us the apple tarts, which are still entirely frozen. At this moment, they are hustling us out and stating that they are closed. They declined to assist us further, and as we were leaving, we noted that the cafes dining room was still packed, despite their assertion that they had closed 5 minutes before. There wasn’t any food on any of the tables, and everyone was just hanging around without anyone rushing them. Overall, a terrible and rude experience, my first and last time eating here.

Lovely place. Food was so good my guest ordered his dish twice. I had the warm apple tart and a lovely tea. The atmosphere was perfect for brunch and conversation. We met to take photos but ate everything and didnt realize until too late. We promised to go back to take photos and then devour it again.

Stopped by in the afternoon with a 10-year old after a NY Phil concert. We both loved it! My son had chocolate fondant, and he was so happy with the size of the ice cream that came with it. I had mushroom soup and tuna tartine lunch set, which was also excellent. Great service and view of the Columbus circle.

I recommend a spot to everyone, i come here very often. and the servers are so amazing and very attentive. The food is really good. I got the avocado toast and a couple drinks. The manager Arianna came by a couple times to my table to make sure I was doing OK and I felt very appreciated, she even reassured me it was okay to stay even past their closing time.

Delicious open face sandwiches (tartine). I had the prosciutto and ricotta with grapes and honey. I had also a side salad and a cappuccino (excellent coffee).My wife had the Croque Madame tartine (ham, gruyere with a sunny side egg)This is my third time here and the service was very fast for a change.You can enjoy great views of Columbus Circle.Update: I was in the area with some friends and we stop for coffee an some sweets at around 4:00 PM.Different servers but same great service.

The hostess, servers, and waitstaff were lovely, especially our waitress, Ashley. They get pretty crowded (especially during the holidays) but their food is quite good and worth the price.

Visited the to-go counter off to the side of the nice looking cafe area with the nice view of Columbus Circle. Kind of high up in the mall. Display was in dismay and service a bit limp. Probably more of a 3.5 rating but the chocolate chip cookie and mini bundt were both on point. Would go back but at the main area next time.

The cafe was lovely, mini baguettes, patries and coffee. The attendant was very pleasant and helpful. They have seating with a view that overlooks Columbus Circle. Cappuccino was delicious.

Ive been a frequent visitor to Tartinery, not because Im a tartine fanatic (well, maybe a little), but because Daryl crafts an atmosphere thats warmer than a freshly baked croissant. Daryls the real secret sauce here. Hes got this cool, laid-back demeanor that makes you feel like youve known him for ages. Hes like the long-lost friend. So, if youre looking for a side of sweet, a dash of cool, and a whole lot of charm to go with your meal, just ask for Daryl at Tartinery. Hes the cherry on top.

Come for a taste. I’m sorry I can’t leave a review. It tastes too good.

For a snack while shopping a nice place. They could make it better by separating it a bit more from the mall area. Drinks were served a bit late, apple tart was ok but soaked with ice cream.

The space was wonderfully situated. Although there was people, it didn’t feel packed or crowded. The food was good: I specially recommend either the tuna or chicken salad tatin.Service was AMAZING, so kind and attentive. Thank you Darrell! 🌺

It seems that being disrespectful to customers, waiters mocking their accents, pretending they dont hear them, and looking at customers with threatening side-eyes, is the new normal. How shameful and unprofessional

Had a club tartine for lunch with cappuccino. It was delicious. Friend got a goat cheese salad which was delicious as well.

Good food, quick service, a little loud because you are in the mall, but very pleasant overall.

Tartinery was a great dining experience. We had Lia, who was a wonderful server, very sweet, kind and attentive. She made sure to check on our table frequently and made us feel at home. We truly appreciated our time spent at Tartinery and Lia made it extra special!!

I recently try tartinery and I couldnt be happier with the experience. From start to finish, NAIT was exceptional, friendly, professional, and the food was incredibly amazing . I highly recommend to visit the restaurant

Last night I had a bad experience at this place, I came because a friend recommended the good drinks they sell here, but I left very disappointed with the customer service, I asked for a non-spicy margarita and the bartender didnt really know what was going on with it, he ended up for making me the spicy drink, I asked him kindly to change it and his attitude told me everything, he was being very rude to me, when I finished my drink I asked for a ghia spritz and he ended up making me a watermelon spritz, my friend asked for Pinot noir and he gave him a Pinot Grigio, I was like was wrong with this guy, I dont know where his head was, but I took it personally, and at no point did he apologize, his attitude was very rude, I dont recommend this place at all.
